Food is amazing, it's nice to have something different in George. Specially with good prices and good food. Don't walk but run for garlic fried rice.

Pleasantly surprised by the delicious Asian menu with all the Thai classics from pad Thai and red curry to noodles and sushi. The food was well presented, flavourful and delicious. It was nice to see how accommodating they were with my allergies and presented an allergen menu to be sure. Great Thai drinks available like coconut water. We ordered The chicken curry and noodles with peanuts and chilli and everything was so yummy!

Went to Simply Asia last night after a movie and was sorely disappointed with the service received- which was none. There were 3 FOH staff and none of them attended to us but attended to a table that sat down after us when I asked the waiter for help she said she will help us “now now” at that point after sitting there for 20 minutes without service we opted to leave.

Extremely busy day and looked like the staff couldnt get to everyone, but yet they did. We served by Shamila, very helpfull and great service and the food quality as good as ever. The children love Simply Asia since it is the restaurant with noodle flavours.

Bitterly disappointed. This is an halaal asian restaurant, WITHOUT PORK??? Hellooooo, no pork in an asian restaurant??? But if it is halaal, then the owners should print (halaal) on the menu and make sure the customers are aware that this is a halaal restaurant it. Sorry, we will definitely not go there again.

It's such ashame that I have to put this review on. Yesterday i took take aways for my granddaughter and I. We found hair in our food. Now we've been buying food there for years we love their food. Unfortunately after this we won't be eating Simply Asia anymore.

Simply Asia In Garden Route Mall George was fabulous- We absolutely adored their Thai cuisine! During our visit, we savored their delectable sushi 🍣, indulged in the flavorful green Thai curry, paired it with fragrant rice and garlic 🍚 rice, and relished the delightful Tom Yum soup. To top it off, we enjoyed this fantastic meal with some beer on a Sunday afternoon, making it a truly memorable experience.

First time I've eaten at Simply Asia, I always thought mehh. The service was fabulous, swift, on point, and the food was really tasty. Enough for a hungry person to say - delish, I could have eaten a little more, but then I would be uncomfortable. A definite do over. Staff were lovely.

I’m very disappointed. I clearly asked the waitress in the restaurant if they have any type of broth that I can buy because I can’t have any solids at this stage because of medical reasons. I also clearly said that it can’t be spicy due to medical reasons. When I opened my order at home. The broth was full of pieces of meat and vegetables. I then strained the broth because it’s not such a big deal, but when I tasted it, it was flaming hot. The only thing I could do was to through it down the drain.

The store never answer their phones to place an order. Ending up calling the mall management who personally went to the store, but still no service. The times we have ordered food the food and service was very poor. Hoping it improved I tried again to order, but yet again no answer. Clearly they don’t need the business. Unbelievable!!! Won’t try again.

Ordered room service at Town Lodge from Simply Asia Garden Route mall. An hour and a half later and still no service. Phone taken off the hook so unable to follow up on our order... DO NOT OFFER A DELIVERY SERVICE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER. THE ONE STAR IS A MOST GENEROUS RATING IN THIS INSTANCE!!!

Not a pleasant experience. I ordered honey chicken but they had none in stock. I then placed a second order which was also not in stock. I ended up having soya chicken with was really good. I ordered thai angles which was then served without some of the core ingredients (without informing me that they didn't have it).

Medicore. 2 items on the menu not available but not demarcated as such. Another item ordered but didn't include a standout ingredient that is listed. Only when asked is it mentioned "we don't have that". This should have been upfront.

We love to enjoy our Saturdays having some Thai quizine. This has become one of our favorite and regular outings since the food is as expected. Service is a bit slow and one should be patient but they also serve take aways which could be ordered and delivered through UberEats

Horrible customer service, terribly slow service. It's 50 minutes since we ordered and still waiting our appetizers to come. My friendly advise is to avoid this place if you are looking for a quick bite and feeling hungry..

I think they've changed management about 3 times in the last year, one of which charged me extra, on several occasions, for tofu as an extra to a meal in which it is a standard (as per the menu description). Was once on of my favourite food take out choices has now become of my last choices.

Beans about coffee seems to dominate the artisinal coffee scene in George. This is a smart venue which tends to cater for the business crowds. It is next to Bespoke and from the outside you have a gorgeous view of the Moederkerk.

Worst Asian food ive ever had. For almost R400 you get the worst ad thai and equilly bad honkong noodles. The spring rolls where definitely not made by the cheff. Simply Asia Goerge will never see us again.

We went again today. After a wait of more than 45 minutes we paid for our drinks and left. We ordered fried rice dishes and after watching 4 people ordering and sitting down for lunch and still our food wasn't arriving. When these 4 people paid and left, we just asked for a Bill for our driinks and we Ieft. No apology from staff or manager. We won't return.

Slow service! One waitress to serve whole restaurant on a Friday evening & only 2 chefs to prepare dishes & sushi. Was told new management stingy. Used to be a favourite of ours, but now very disappointing.

The internet stated they are open until 9pm. I proceed to call several times before 4pm. They do not even have a voicemail stating their times. We drive there in good hope. They are closed. Just do something. Amend your times or get an after hour voice recording.

I ordered myself a take away which was the chicken roasted Chilli paste (Hot) and the Chicken Spring Rolls. I instructed no cashew nuts for my paste and I received about 7 of them. I also instructed for a Chilli on the side, but never received any. Not even a sauce for my spring rolls which one of them was burnt. On the app I payed R177 and when the bill came with my food it was R147. I really don't understand if maybe the app and the restaurant do not charge same prices or what.

I just ate at Simply Asia and I couldn’t wait to leave a review. What a fantastic place! Great service, delicious food and I recommend that all vegans/vegetarians should try Simply Asia. I will definitely return.

Inconsistent quality over a number of visits. Sometimes the food is great, other times it is not. Sometimes the service is terrible and unprofessional and other times the staff are very friendly.

I love Simply Asia, their food are great, but their customer service is utterly pathetic. It's like you don't exist, you stand there for more than 10 minutes before they help you.

Just absolutely amazing we go for sushi and noodles at least 3 times a month and every time the food is just amazing definitely the best sushi and noodles in town !!!!!

New exclusive vegan and vegetarian menu. Incredible tofu and cashew nut based items. Really tasty. My exact words were "incredible quality food and flavours; uncommon at a chain restaurant". I actually remember rating this specific outlet 5/5 a few years back.

Tried 6 times yesterday to order take aways by phone. Either just ringing, or then being engaged after phoning directly again. Not wasting my time there again. Did check with the Spur next door that they were actually open.

Absolutely dissapointed. After placing the order on counter and coming back to collect, both orders were incorrect. (Decided to check the order as it had been incorrect 3 times before,in the last 3months.) The manager on duty apologized and they remade the orders. I specifically mentioned that my wife can't eat spicy food so it should be standard. Well, they got half the order right. The box on my wife's order is marked standard yet her food was prepared HOT spice level. I don't think you will see us again, pity cause flavours are good. Thanks again for getting it wrong, twice in a row, 4th time recurring.

My friend and I wanted to have lunch at simply Asia. There were a number of tables open (about 3) and the server refused to serve us causing us to leave and enjoy our lunch else where.

The food was great, service and attitude from waiting staff was terrible. The manager was absent most of the time and didn't seem to care either. What a pity as we love their food.

Food was delicious. Unfortunately the service was terrible. We were already halfway through our mains and our empty glasses and empty starter plates were still on the table. My husband later had to put everything on another table. There were also only four tables of clients in the restaurant and still the service was extremely bad.
