We
were
thoroughly
impressed
with
Siyolise's
customer
service
on
June
17th,
15:59pm,
so
much
so
that
I
got
his
name
to
write
a
Google
Review.
Having
worked
as
a
customer
service
manager
for
Qantas
for
a
decade,
I
know
excellent
customer
service
when
I
spot
it
-
and
it
isn't
often
that
I
do,
nor
did
I
expect
it
at
a
fast-food
joint.
But
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
at
Siyolise's
professional
and
genuinely
friendly,
can-do
attitude.
As
a
vegetarian,
he
took
the
time
to
explain
the
menu
to
us.
Anything
we
wanted
extra
and
within
the
realms
of
possibility,
he
gladly
assisted
us
with.
When
there
was
an
issue
with
the
ice
machine,
he
swiftly
handled
the
matter.
And
all
with
a
demeanor
that
showed
his
genuine
enthusiasm
for
his
profession,
and
made
the
customer
feel
appreciated.
Nothing
was
an
annoyance
to
him
and
I
observed
his
harmonious
teamwork
attitude,
making
everyone
feel
valued
in
the
team.
If
Siyolise
isn't
a
manager
already,
then
I
can
only
recommend
him
to
be
and
he
deserves
to
be
commended
for
his
skills
and
potential.
Lastly,
the
vegetarian/vegan
options
at
Burger
King
are
fantastic,
and
particularly
tasty
at
this
joint
somehow!
Hot,
crispy
fries
and
no
funny
taste
to
my
burger
like
I
had
at
another
joint
in
Cape
Town.
Keep
up
the
