    One of the dirtiest worst food experiences we have experienced. One of the workers literally took a box and filled it with the ice where you fill your drink and took it for her friends outside. We waited 40 min for our food as our order was given to someone else and thereafter the burger was very dissapointing. The chicken was nice. Very dirty inside. Will not go back again. We have been to several burger kings in RSA and even overseas. And this one was horrific.

    Extremely bad service. Had to wait very long for food in comparison with Burger Kings in Gauteng. It seems as if they are under staffed. The poor manager had to call "follow your screans" constantly. We specifically stopped at butger king cause mc donalds takes longer. This one was disappointing. We also had to go back as food were missing. Nuggets and burgers were missing. Bit of a mess

    Amazing we had no halal restaurants near by and this burger king saved our dinner at last min although it was a bit far we went there because we were so hungry! We need more of these halal restaurants in here

    it was quite busy and the soda machine didn't have ice, but the food made up for it, I ordered the crispy chicken with cheese and it was amazing.

    Bought a Bar one fusion. Waited long time in drive-thru. When I received the order it was ice-cream with a lump of sauce on top... not a fusion..... the staff member just laughed and said that they can mix it if I want it mixed...... it is suppose to be mixed...... bad bad service.

    The drive thru menu could have more options, I got to the order speaker and not being a regular I just said the first thing that came to mind, whopper, but over all, great service, friendly smiles and voices

    No cold drinks available from soda fountain for more than a week in December holiday period. Out of Order sign on the machine for over a week! Sodas only available in 2L bottles, 1 glas per customer with very long qeues standing even outside the restaurant. Poor planning and service!!!

    Such a let down when your order is 4 burgers short and it's supposed to be a special moment . Just not good enough . Please ensure your phone number is correct too. Just a really bad experience altogether

    Gave this place a good rating and removed it. So disappointed in the service This is supposed to be a fierce crispy chicken with cheese. Where are the jalapeños and where are my fierce onions and No sauce for my chicken tenders 2nd time being disappointed at this place I have to drive so far for this restaurant only to have to drive back and complain Please fix this guys

    The store only had pepsi which we were only informed about when we collected at the drive through window. Soda was warm and given to us without any ice. Chips were stale and apart from burgers which were cold, it also had an offish smell. Very disappointed. Waste of money as food ended up on the bin. Will not order at this store again.

    Usually I don't have any problems with this Burger King but tonight I ordered the new Chicken Chili Cheese Lover and I was very disappointed. The patty was so small you could not see it inside the massive bun without opening it up. The burger in the picture also shows what looks like onion rings and cheese but they were completely missing from the burger. Very frustrating.

    Their touch-screens order facilities inside are brilliant!👌🏼 Very similar to those that Ster Kinekor have implemented 👏🏻👏🏻 This particular branch has an awesome Manageress who ensures that all her customers are happy & comfortable whilst waiting for their order to be completed🏆

    Good day I am so disappointed in their service yesterday! They were so disorganized. We ordered 3 burgers 1x chilli lovers tabasco double ,just the burger 1x extra chilli cheese ,just the burger 1x crispy chicken meal. When we were at the window to receive our order they gave us the pepsi and one bag with just the chilli lovers tabasco burger with fries? We askes where the crispy chicken burger was and they said they forgot. When we drove home all the way to Mossel Bay we saw they did not include the extra long chilli cheese which we paid for. The chilli lovers tabasco burger was only a single burger and the crispy chicken was a fierce cripsy chicken what we didn't asked for. We loved burger king but this is giving them a bad name. We drove all the way from Mossel Bay to get Burger King.

    Totally fantastic service and very neat and clean restaurant.. food is freshly made and all ways good... Fast response and open at convenient times. At least they open till late unlike McDonald's across road.

    Sadly a disappointment this time round. Food was cold, chips were old made sometime much earlier and just warmed up. Noise levels from staff screaming for orders was unnecessary and quite annoying to say that least. What a disappointment this time 😪 Previous visits and Food have been better.

    Order through MR Delivery . When the orde arrived al 3 meals were missing chips. I phoned management to clear up the problem and they took my details. Took awhile for them to get back to me, when they got back to me they wanted me to drive to the stores to collect missing items. As they confirmed they have missed pack the order. I mean you have one job is it so difficult? Its unacceptable . Worst service ever i do not reccomend Burger king George at all

    Does not have alot of the menu items as on website and was dissapointed I could not order some I came there for after looking on the website. Had a wrong order too, but took it since it took a while to wait for food. And then food not even hot when received. Cheese slice was still cold and not melted as advertised on menu board. Service and staff can definitely be improved along with preparation of food...not much effort in putting it together. Just throwing it together to get order out

    The worst service I've ever received (and not based on one visit - I mean since the business opened). Staff are unfriendly, they do not have the correct training and do not know how to redeem vouchers. The food takes so long! I sat for 22 minutes tonight from when I spoke to the operator until I got my food in the Drive-thru. It's quicker to go inside and order. Worst experience, should've gone to McDonald's.

    We waited a bit but them found that they included fries in our order. We didn't order then because we wanted to cut calories, but we ate a few and they were good. Kids loved their crowns.

    I am not a frequent burger joint consumer but this place deserves 5 out of 5 amongst burger food service. The burger i had was delicious and the staff were happy and helpful. You need nothing more, than this place offers, from a fast food outlet. Thank you Khanyisi for your lovely smile.

    What a positive experience, the staff looks like they enjoy their jobs and are happy to be at work...not like other drive through's in town. Ingredients are fresh and tasty. Will support Burger King any day. Thanks for 5 start service and smiles!

    Fantastic, quick service. Their was an unruly customer whom complained about everything, and was yelling at staff, but the staff handled the situation very professionally and still managed to get our orders to us quickly even though the drive through was offline. Hats off and much respect to the staff, 'cause I would not have handled that customer so professionally😅..

    A few colleagues and I ordered lunch through Mr D and chose to get Burger King. Mr D arrived, but upon checking we were one order short. We tried to call Mr D's hotline but couldn't get through so we called Burger King directly. The first lady was very friendly and helpful, I gave her the order number and she got her manager Charlene to call me back. Charlene was amazing, she sorted out the missing items and she phoned to follow-up with me to make sure everything had been received. I'm not sure about using Mr D again, but I will gladly support Burger King George in the future. Thanks again o Charlene and the team for amazing service!

    Shocking, we haven't bought from there in a long time because of there always being something out of stock and their soda fountain being broken. Tonight was no exception to the disappointed. Ordered the burger special and they have no sugar free Pepsi but we can take three large coldrinks from the soda fountain which firstly had no ice then no gas so flavoured water essentially. We asked for two of the burgers to have no garnish or sauce and when we got home they still have garnish and sauces, we will never go back and tell friends and family to avoid frustration!!

    Horrible experience - the manager woman, Amanda. On duty tonight 13 December at 20:00 is rude to customers, denies us our redemption codes from This Pepsi Marks the X thing that they are not prepared for - She denied even looking at our codes and walked away from the window muttering obscenities. This is not a first occurrence, Just as the Call of Duty didn't have the Vouchers the last time we came. And the Ghost potion wasn't available every single time we ordered on Halloween? I wouldn't suggest supporting the only Burger King in the Garden Route becausee they truly let the brand down horribly. You will be treated like trash and the food will not be correct, this is a review based off of atleast 20 visits, we stay nearby. Beware the Garden Route Burger King.

    Drove all the way as website says drive-thru is open till 11pm only for the store to be closed. They only open till 11pm on weekends, but website shows all week (with exception of public holiday). Not happy!! 60km for what?!

    Awesome consistency in quality of food…service is terribly slow and staff not able to cope with volumes of sales. Be prepared to wait a long time. Soda Machine also constantly out of stock or certain flavours not a available.

    We were thoroughly impressed with Siyolise's customer service on June 17th, 15:59pm, so much so that I got his name to write a Google Review. Having worked as a customer service manager for Qantas for a decade, I know excellent customer service when I spot it - and it isn't often that I do, nor did I expect it at a fast-food joint. But I was pleasantly surprised at Siyolise's professional and genuinely friendly, can-do attitude. As a vegetarian, he took the time to explain the menu to us. Anything we wanted extra and within the realms of possibility, he gladly assisted us with. When there was an issue with the ice machine, he swiftly handled the matter. And all with a demeanor that showed his genuine enthusiasm for his profession, and made the customer feel appreciated. Nothing was an annoyance to him and I observed his harmonious teamwork attitude, making everyone feel valued in the team. If Siyolise isn't a manager already, then I can only recommend him to be and he deserves to be commended for his skills and potential. Lastly, the vegetarian/vegan options at Burger King are fantastic, and particularly tasty at this joint somehow! Hot, crispy fries and no funny taste to my burger like I had at another joint in Cape Town. Keep up the good work.

    I liked the service of the cashier and my food was good but as I was eating (alone) this random woman come sits next to me on the bench almost on top of me when the other side is open and starts chatting loudly to a burger king employee who sounds like their friend.. I wouldn't have minded if someone said excuse me is this seat taken or just acknowledged that I existed and was sitting there first trying to enjoy my meal.. I mean is that right? I felt bullied out of my seat and moved because I'm uncomfortable with strangers just making themselves at home, talking over my head at my eating table.. the employee did nothing to check if I was okay or anything when I stood up. Shows the care they have for their customers. Super disappointed in my experience

    Did not have medium cups and had to get large meals. Did not have cheese for our order. Canceled order and went to another take away shop. Tonight we drove to get dinner. Made use of the drive through. Ordered 2 x Double chilly cheese burgers, got home only to find that that there was no chillies on the small burgers. No number for the store to phone and complain. Very dissatisfied with quality.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. This is pur third time there where we try to give it another chance and every time we just seem to be disappointed. There is absolutely no management, place is filthy, cooldrink machine is either not working or giving water or hot softdrinks. Will return. Feel sorry for the customers waiting.

    We did not have a great experience at this Burger King. We ordered through the drive through, and when the server passed the drinks to us, he passed them on a tray. 4 drinks on a tray, through a car window, didn't turn out so well. And there was no attempt to apologise or assist with cleaning up. Poor show Burger King

    Only burger King for hundreds of miles, and trust me the employees are acting as such. Don't expect burger King standard service. I had an employee telling me adamantly what I ordered instead of trying to resolve a minor miscommunication. Would not recommend.

    Although I haven’t really had any problems with the food here, I have plenty to say about the drive through service. It is very disappointing for me to say that I can’t remember when last I DIDN’T have to wait in the parking lot for my food. My partner and I ordered 4 smalls burgers and chips and we waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes before they brought our order out. I feel the whole point about a fastfood restaurant drive through is that you drive through and receive your food fast. This issue really needs to be addressed.
