How you even pack a burger without the bottom bun is astonishing. Both KFC's in George, i have constant issues. They are all rubbish. Always something missing. How do you miss something like that ???

Drive though Service is very good. Never had a bad experience.

Disappointed last night, we ordered online to avoid the long wait and still waited.for 1:40mins after we arrived there. We ordered family treat 10pieces and got 9pieces. The chips was so small that only 2family members could eat of them. The container it was in was so empty. The staff however are very friendly ,over worked.

Waited almost an hour in drive thru and when i got my food it was cold, you could see and feel it has been made hours before

Chips was as cold as something coming out of the fridge. Chicken was luke warm and very oily. Not my first such experience, not only at the one KFC. I used the drive through and was late for meeting someone and couldn't turn back, otherwise I would have. Loved KFC...But the love of it is starting to disappear... 😔 Even the photo shows the chips not looking fresh...

The service was fast and efficient and the food was good and consistent in flavour and brand and value for money. No complaints!

Very good service. The lady that took the order and came out to swop signage from breakfast to lunch took my order just there and assisted with a good decision by good guidance. Good staff are very valuable and this is driven by these franchises which is a good example for other businesses.

If u order u seat down, the staff will take your receipt and bring your order whilst u r sitting down. I was very impressed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the service was speedy. They had a short delay on chicken but they kept informing the customers about the process. The store was very clean and neat and there is lots of parking available.

The service of KFC was very bad, the staff took my phone to do a survey of how amazing the services are when their equipment doesn't work, i personally would not have rated the services to supreme quality, we did get a refund only after waiting for our order half an hour later, it was very unprofessional of their staff to take a customers phone to do the survey for them, I am highly disgusted with the fact that it happened and will be sending KFC an email.

What can one say about KFC that hasn't been regurgitated over and over. As long as a KFC is 3 star average then you can atleast be sure that you are gonna enjoy you meal. I feel they lose stars due to their location, which can be congested at times.

I placed my order at the self help kiosk, payed and took a phote of the order number. 30 minutes later I went to the front desk and asked how far is my order, at first they could not get it. 15 minutes later affter searching they got and 10 minutes I got my order. My burgers was cold and not well prepared. Very disappointed

Its KFC. If you get it fresh, then it is good. BUT... Avoid the drive through at all costs during lunch time. Non-existent service - I waited 24 minutes for a boxmaster. Service inside KFC Courteney is a little better, but also really bad.

I ordered streetwise 3 and they only gave me two pieces of chicken. Had to go back it get it. This is now the second time they have short changed me. When I orderd another meal about a month ago (forget the name) they did not include the chicken strips. This time I was already home when I realised what they had done and couldn't go back. I am also finding KFC chicken more fatty than normal but still great taste.

We went through the drive thru last night...crazy busy ..... Staff were brilliant.....extremely helpful..... unfortunately one burger was not packed in but today when I went back to hopefully get my crunch burger... The manageress was very pleasant and helpful. Awesome to have great service.

Terrible. Bought a strawberry milkshake and the milk was very sour. Like its been standing for some days. How can you not smell it.. It smell gross and taste even worse. If I could go back I would. But thought this was a quick on the road meal. Never again.

Last two times I visited, the chicken on the burgers were dry and it was not finger licking good at all. Will not support them again. Food not fresh at all... very sad because for a family of three it is also expensive... total waste of money. KFC George gets a zero star rating from me and my family.

Food was fresh and manager also came along and asked if everything was ok. Place was clean.

Order was all good. The lady who did the order was rude and we didn't get our 5 white sauce eventhough we specifically asked for it when we did the order and when we paid. Else food is good

The drive through is always quick and friendly staff.

The chicken fillet on the colonel burger tasted like rubber. We waited for a good 15mins for 2 All Star Boxes imagine...

Ordered the krusher burger combo on mrD and man did it slap , everything was perfect ive never had chips so fresh from a KFC before and it was delivered , keep it up staff !

Service was fast and good. The best KFC of all in George. Also offers drive-thru ordering. As well as delivery through Mr Delivery.

Always a good choice,nothing like a piece of KFC,and there coleslaw Mmmmm man it's good.But be prepared,they can get pretty busy.

Love the franchise as this is my take out of choice just at this store there are a lot of vagrants hobos around one does not feel safe unless you do the drive in part

Very poor service. Staff talk to you as they like. The food had plastic object between food. After i ordered and pay ,at the collection they gave me 3 x salads that was suppose to be mash and gravey. The lady at the collection telling their dont have gravey.Dont ever buy anything at this sloppy, dirty place. Service is bad bad. Food is bad bad
