Poor service. They got my order wrong twice and the person helping still gave me attitude like it's my fault. Their space is so small, when it's full customers have to line up outside, just an inconvenient experience entirely.

Waited 45 minutes for an order. Had to check. 2 items weren't in the bag. Asked for it, then got it. Won't go there again or advise anyone else to go there. Poor service. One star, as I can't post without.

They should specify clearly that it is drive thru only. Poor service and rude staff. Card machine doesnt work and they are not willing to assist. Worst KFC on the planet

Its been around for many years.colonel burger is too expensive. Twice bought chicken and the thighs were still raw right in the middle close to the bone.the make over looks good but it seems that its to attract customers as it is part of marketing strategies but then food quality should not become less or too expensive.

Arrived 10mins before closing, still got the best chicken and service with a smile,..hope the staff enjoyed the ice ceams as tip....hope to see u soon..The Hungry Bunch😁🙌🔥

There aren’t enough workers at this KFC. Don’t go there if you’re not willing to wait 1 hour for a meal. It is usually packed because of this there’s only one cashier and one person at the “collection” counter. Terrible experience

I waited a whole two hours for my order two hours 120 minutes and no one was even explaining what could be taking this long because there was no load shedding

The worst place you can go to in George, poor, poor service. Staff have no respect for customers, don't mind wasting your time at all. I Went int 17:35, got my order at 19:00, and the person calling the orders skipped my order and it was just sitting there getting cold, gave her my slip 3 times didn't even bother to look for my order

Service and food was fast. Normal Kentucky quality...just what we wantes
