Beautiful cathedral with wonderful views of George. Heartwarming services and friendly community of worshipers. Best high church in the area. Thank you for blessing us with the Word.

St. Mark's is a beautiful small cathedral that is truly a beacon on George. It is open to visitors for most days and services are held regularly on Sundays. The peaceful atmosphere lends itself to having quiet time and pray. Visitors are always welcome and share this experience.

It's an open space for buses. Most cars park there during the week, there are no shops but there is a toilet. I don't know how clean it is, I've never used it. Taxi's to Cape Town park there as well. It is really quiet on weekends. There's a lot of movement during the week. St Mark's Square is between two primary schools,a business centre. And students from Nelson Mandela University, George Campus get their shuttle here.
