As the name suggest, this Boutique Hotel is situated right on the Beach of Wilderness. I can only thank my sister for giving us a night at this prestige establishment as a surprise Birthday gift, as otherwise I would never have experienced such an amazing place! With arrival one is welcomed with a friendly smile by Ted. The decor is a pleasure to the eye, including a beautiful fish chandelier in the entrance hall leading to the floating staircase. One can see the Owners Clare and John had their personal finger print on this Boutique Hotel when views and comfort were decided upon. The view from our bedroom was breathtaking. Hearing the waves break on the beach was such a huge plus point, especially for people living in a big city. To find an honesty bar was a big surprise, as it's seldom that one finds this type of trust. The bedrooms are huge and the bath and shower large enough to cater to a tall person's needs. Africology products were a bonus, as the smell invigorates one's senses, to coincide with the freedom one feels when standing on the balcony, experiencing the freedom only the Ocean can bring. There's a capsule coffee machine in the bedroom - a big yes in my opinion. Breakfast on the deck the next morning was scrumptious and the cappuccino a must. Eggs Benedict can be recommended. I tried my husband's hashbrowns and they were delicious, fresh and crisp. I highly recommend this Boutique Hotel to any Traveler, local or from abroad when visiting Wilderness. It's in close proximity to town, which allows one to enjoy Supper at any of the recommended local Restaurants. We'll be sure to return!

We had a wonderful time here, this was the best stay during our 3-weeks Garden Route holiday. It is a beautifully designed house, with high-quality furniture and decoration, very peaceful thanks to its size and the adult-only policy. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. We have enjoyed sea views even from our shower... Breakfast is a small choice but also excellent quality and we didn't missed anything. The kitchen staff prepares the perfect omelette with tomatoes and avo. For dinner there are lots of great options in the town. The service is absolutely first class, like you would expect it in the very best hotels. Wilderness is absolutely worth a visit. We loved this peaceful place and there is so much to do! We've stayed for 3 nights and could have stayed longer. It was so relaxing, we hope we can return one day... Best regards from Munich, Gemany Dieter & Anita

Very modern on the beach guesthouse. Open plan style. Large rooms and large bathrooms. Small 180degree balconies. Seaview direct on the beach. Miles of beach walks. Friendly staff. Outside seating. Jacuzi.

A great place to stay with magnificent views of the Ocean and coastline. A rather too short stay of 1 night was really nice and had our itinerary allowed we would have stayed longer. Rhoda managed our arrival with the utmost professionalism and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was really nice in the lounge and I'm sure even better (weather permitting) on the veranda. We would love to return next time we're in SA.

Better late than Never. Let me say that I wished we stayed there longer than our plan. The staff were 10/10 the rooms are 11/10 and the whole experiance cannot be put into words. This is not your typical Hotel. It feels like getting into a family home were you are a part of it previously. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom was a big as a typical room in capetown. The view is stunning and the food was great. This is the best place to stay in on the wilderness beach period. Keep up the great work.

I was there with family a couple of weeks ago. The place is fabulous if you like to be on the beach. The veranda in the beach has an amazing view in the ocean, you can reach the beach (a very nice one) in few steps. The room was spacious and full of light, with proper coffee machine and a good size bathroom. The outdoor jacuzzi a real treat! Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and caring. It’s not cheap and you need to book well in advance- they only have few rooms and it gets full rapidly.

Fantastic place, had an incredible stay here! It was the most beautiful, lovely place on our journey to South Africa and we will always come back here. The first row beach views are inspiring.
