We had a wonderful time there, on our way through the garden route. Thanks to Ben and his staff, they are so friendly, helpful and heartwarming people💗 The food is really good and fresh and the rooms are cozy and big. The only thing that disturbed us, was that there isn't really privacy when you're on the toilet in the room😅 we had an executive suit, don't know if it is the same in all the other rooms. But when you're travelling with a friend or go to the toilet in the night its really uncomfortable, the other person wakes up easily and hears everything. But nevertheless I would choose the hotel again, if I ever have the chance to come back.

Very customer focussed staff who take pride in their work. The property and it's rooms are stunning, though the standard room is a bit of the small side which are great for kids. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back in a heartbeat.

Although the place looks luxurious at the first glance, one can see that some renovations are due soon. This is the case for Oceans 2, the house right next to the main building, where our room was. There are cracks in the wall, the window seals are a little shabby, the mirrors need replacement and the water in the shower did not flow off. For this price range, this is not acceptable at all! The pools were also very dirty. However, the room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was nice!

A beautiful and tranquil villa situated on the beach. Everything is accessible and the area is lovely. Dolphins can be seen in the waves from your room or having a delightfull breakfast. The staff and owner are very friendly and accommodating! Thank you very much.

What an amazing place! Stunning place with a view to take your breath away. Being here has been so tranquil. Job answered all our questions and provided us with a comfortable and easy stay. Carl and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beach is on your doorstep and the mountains are rightin your views. A very pleasant stay that we can say we coming back!

We've been to Wilderness ten years ago when we got engaged and wanted to come back. Especially to Wilderness. You know, it's that magical place you want to visit again one day. And this time we came with our kids and luckily found THE place to stay. Ocean's Villa became our loved "homebase" to visit all the great kid activities (animal sanctuaries, farms, playgrounds, wineries and so on) and take a bath in the pool in the afternoon. The Penthouse suite was just perfect to stay with our two kids. The breakfast (and the view with it): breathtaking. The staff: Just <3. Thanks Job, Carl and Jack for making our stay unforgettable.

Everything is exceptional. Beautiful facilities with access to the beach. Healthy options on the menu. I ordered the vegetarian curry and was very impressed especially since I didn't inform them of my vegetarian diet beforehand. The breakfast station my goodness is to die for. They have varieties of teas and coffees but I've been having the peppermint tea since I got there because it's difficult to stop it once you've started. They have the friendliest staff members and their rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. I'm definitely going back again. 10/10

This is a lovely place to relax and calm down. The views from the hotel are stunning. You can borrow a sun chair (very simple one), sun umbrella and towel to chill at the beach. However, due to flows, sharks and jellyfish it might not be safe for swimming. For refreshments you can take a swim in the nice hotel pool. Unfortunately, the pool does not have any sea view. The building itself is very impressive and has a lot of common areas to relax. The executive suite is a very nice room - unfortunately without any balcony. The twin rooms are very small (but also very affordable). The dinners with Conrad are delicious and the views from the terrace breathtaking. Service ist super friendly- though not as professional and service oriented as the prices of some of the rooms might imply (e.g. welcome information, check-in and check-out, beach towels availability, information about dinner and wine options (so far they do not have an alcohol license), etc.). Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great place to relax with great service and very friendly staff. Breakfast is amazing and the beach is a dream. We came back now after 2 years and it still as it was before but even better, now we had even a delicious dinner. Haven on earth

I took my breakfast in Ocean Villa with the owner. I will never forget this moment. The breakfast was delicious and the view to the ocean was amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommand this villa if you want to chill and have an amazing moment near the ocean. The villa is big, beautiful, clean and there is a swimming pool.
