We had the best view at Charlet 5 facing the beach and the whole of wilderness❤❤❤ The place is very clean and feels like a 5 star hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful all the time you need them. The 150 stairs to our Charlest was a very nice exercise for us with nice trees to view as you go up.

What magnificent lodge. We stayed in unit 5 which was around a 150 step climb to the apartment. Was a great way to get in our daily activity. The view from the top was absolutely spectacular. Staff were friendly and attentive to our requests. Unit was clean and modern. Conveniently located near to restaurants and supermarkets.

Had such a great time there. Loved sitting on the deck relaxing with a drink and the spectacular view. The kitchen needs some necessities like a proper cutting board and i found a dirty coffee mug in the cupboard (minor problems). A coffee machine would be a bonus as well, but they do have a French press so not the end of the world. The bellhop was really friendly and helpful. Please make sure everyone in your party is prepared to walk up a lot of stairs. But the view is definitely worth the walk. I Will definitely stay there again...

We had a fantastic stay here, great rooms with cosy beds, delicious breakfast and imens hospitality from Chris and Melissa. They had a small beach chair and beachtoys ready for our 2,5 year old daughter ❤️ we hope to come back one day!

Really nice rooms with an amazing view and friendly staff! Unfortunately we visited during low season, so there was no breakfast but we got a voucher for a local restaurant instead... Felt a bit weird being the only guests without 24/7 reception or further security as well as walking in the dark to the city centre whilst load shedding (rooms were powered by a generator though).

Great place to stay, a little bit out of the hustle and bustle yet still part of the action, just enough to get peace and quiet. Close to shops and restaurants.

What an amazing place! We stayed in chalet #5, the climb up was stunning, 150 steps up with beautiful views. Our chalet was clean and serviced every day, hot water available during load shedding and everything one needs to just relax. We enjoyed sunrise and sunset for days on end. Amazing views. Just breath taking. Absolutely recommend this place. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Me and my partner had an absolute fabulous time staying at the lodge . the view was spectacular at the self catering unit number 5 its definitely worth the steps. the unit was well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Fantastic town, hosts, view and accommodation. We stayed for an evening during a cold winter's night but wasn't an issue with a toasty fire place, comfy couch and a beautiful ocean view. We will certainly return for a visit and would highly recommend.

Excellent views. My wife and I went on our honeymoon a week ago. The wilderness weather was quite cold and wet, but the views were amazing. The service was amazing and the place, even more stunning. 100% recommended for couples.

Comfy, great view from some rooms. You need to do a lot of climbing, wouldn't suggest for Wheel Chairs etc. The poached eggs with Gnocchi was the best you will ever get

We stayed here about a year ago in studio room. One of the best places I've stayed in garden route. So clean majestic views. The manager goes out his way . Room is so spacious with EVERTHING you could need. Thank you!
