to
one
star
due
to
the
owner's
lackluster
response.
Saying
my
review
is
"vitriolic"
is
dramatic,
and
an
over
exaggeration
of
note
-
the
only
bitterness
here
(initially)
came
from
the
terrible
cup
of
coffee,
and
there
is
certainly
no
malice
in
a
bad
review.
If
I
could
find
someone
who
looked
like
they
may
be
in
charge
I
may
have
opted
to
speak
to
them,
however
we
could
barely
find
anyone
to
pay
us
any
attention
during
our
visit
-
this
is
not
a
fault
of
mine,
and
I
shouldn't
have
to
take
more
time
out
of
my
day
to
speak
to
a
manager
or
owner
to
tell
them
how
to
manage
their
own
cafe.
Your
patrons
are
not
your
managers,
and
this
review
simply
reflects
the
experience
I
had.
Having
viewed
the
owner's
responses
to
other
reviews,
it
is
clear
that
they
switch
between
failing
to
understand
the
purpose
of
a
review
and
simply
being
steadfast
in
their
own
opinion
that
any
negative
review
is
objectively
wrong.
So
here
is
the
constructive
review
you
wanted:
Learn
to
take
negative
reviews
and
deal
with
them
accordingly,
without
getting
all
worked
up
about
it.
My
review
accurately
reflects
my
experience,
and
if
it
is
one
bad
review
stacked
against
thousands
of
positive
ones,
it
should
not
negatively
reflect
the
overall
image
of
your
institution.
If
we
did
catch
you
on
an
off
day
where
you
dropped
the
ball,
then
that
clearly
is
an
outlier,
as
my
review
would
then
be.
There
are
far
better
ways
to
deal
with
negative
reviews
than
this
arrogant
owner's
sorry
attempts.
