I just went to pay my account. People friendly and no long queues.

I visited the food section at the Garden Route Mall yesterday at about 13h00. The shelves in the fresh produce section are absolutely bare while the filthy, smelly and visibly stoned packers are all bundled up in the middle of the shop, blocking shelf access and general "traffic", loudly socialising and cackling uncontrollably, while SITTING comfortably on full crates of the actual produce that should really be on the shelves. And just you try to get them to get you what you need, they'll just wave vaguely at the shelves and continue socialising, barely acknowledging you at all. All this happens in the middle of a very busy shop on a Monday. The saddest thing is that I have complained about this routine a gazillion times before but the "manager" appears to be terrified of these characters and therefore unable to do anything about their unbecoming behavior - or personal hygiene. Here's a suggestion: promote them to management - they are already de facto running the place anyway.

A wonderful shopping venue and a well maintained shopping mall. One of the best choice of tile installations in South Africa. Shoppers can enjoy safety under foot. The Developer made a very wise choice!

I am absolutely in love with the quality of foods and clothing of this store. The staff is very helpful and professional. In the food Court their whole baked chicken never disappoints if ever you need to make a plan for dinner👌👌👌

Staff always packing out during peak hours,making moving around tight/cramped.Staff don't know products. Specials not displayed on shelf pricing. Incorrect pricing labels vs real products on shelves.

Well...the roasted chickens get smaller each time I purchase one. The white flesh was very dry. So disappointing as they were always delicious before. Like everything in SA, declining service!

Large store with wide range of products. Can be crowded and slow during peak times (Sunday mornings and holiday season). Staff are well trained and mostly friendly.

My number one store for fresh fruit and veg. It's so much nicer since the revamp. Always grab a freshly brewed coffee on the way out.

All the familiar items one would expect to find at Woolworths. Flat White Coffee is a good companion for the Berry scone. Service is friendly and helpful.

My experience of this store was off. Too many shoppers and staff unpacking at the same time. I had to leave my trolley and walk up and down isles to find what I wanted. At last Asanda at the till gave me that wholesome Woolies experience. Thanks Asanda!!!

Clean and priced reasonably well for the food quality you get. Clothing quality really gone down from the old Woolworths. You need to check it properly.

People working for wolwotths all ways helpfull ,but yesterday not so please did buy cash so my question was if i buy 3 packs under pants ,the one is open may i bring back the other 2 if not fitted for a extra larger number 🤔, No said the sales coanter,not part of the return policey.Surley not opened and sealed can not bring back !?

It's woolies - you know what you're getting

The mall is impressively clean and has quite a number of options available. We stopped in on our drive through the Garden Route. Staff were also super friendly and kept asking if we needed help wherever we were in the store. The one thing that was strange were the other patrons shopping, looking at us weird. Some were super friendly as we'd expect in the area, but others seemed to have an issue we were there. Just a strange vibe.

Always nice to shop, although a bit cool in the restaurant area it serves excelkent meals, great coffee and a variety if cakes. Salted caramel cheesecake was an amazing eating experience.😋 definately recommended. The service was also very good and friendly.

One of the managers Natasha Malherb was extremely helpful made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The professionalism was something that is rarely seen these days. Professional, tactful and precise making it look easy and all with a smile. Well done Woolies. Protect the investment you have with her.

Every visit to the cafe is disappointing. Service slow and poor. Food is good though. Required more attention to customers. Other Woolies shine compared to this store

As usual this store is amazing. The little resturant in the shop sells very good meals. Quality is exceptional.

Ate at the taste Cafe. Service is slow, but the food is really good, wotth waiting for. Everything, from the kids choc shake to the sandwich etc. all tasty.

Always a great pleasure, some essentials and a breakfast to start the trip back to Cape Town

No enthusiasm from staff to assist finding and sourcing the specific curtains which was advertised. She simply said we must supply her with the serial no (- where would we get it? -).....for her to search which nearby branches have stock. The whole ambience in the store is offsetting rather than inviting. Would definitely not shop there besides the fact that its really a basic necessity store.

Absolutely love this mall. From the parking attendants to the staff in the shops we were at....especially Woolworths and Dischem.
