The ale and steak pie 🥧 was delicious. The staff efficient and friendly. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was due to the staff not knowing what English mustard was and served the Yellow American mustard used on hot dogs.

Such a cool pub. The way you order at the bar and they bring it to you is an excellent choice for this place. It was rather busy while we were there but our food still came out in a timely fashion.

I felt fancy at the Feathers. Steak and ale pie was tart and hardy while the fish and chips were as good as you will find anywhere. Two wing back armchairs and lots of dark wood made the posh lunch spot feel like an attorney's office--but somehow in a good way.

Food was decent. Customers are to order and pay for their order at the counter, and take the drinks to their table. They will deliver the food to the table when ready.

I liked the drinks range. Neck Oil IPA was very refreshing. I did hope there was more food on the menu. I once had a sandwich here and it had me filled for the day but it was replaced with a burger or pie menu. I will try one of your burgers another time. Really nice place I thought.

Great pub and excellent food. Ordered a burger and fish and chips both were brilliant and they were huge portions, sorted us out for our train back home. Will be back again when we next visit London.

A most pleasant hostelry with polite attentive staff to look after you. I received a jolly welcome with a genuine smile and was promptly served with my requested pint. There is an upstairs dining room to complement the downstairs bar area (plenty of space to eat downstairs as well). Not at all a bad place to escape the hurly burly around Westminster and the Houses of Parliament.

Highlights: the chicken pie and the grilled sweet potatoes. The smashed potatoes fail and the service is medium they forgot parts of the main dish of my friend and they do not give bread neither adapted for their dishes. But reasonable prices compared to restaurants in London.

Nice place for lunch or a drink. Expect more tourists than locals here. The soup of the day was good and not too expensive. I could try the mulled wine as it was still being heated up.

Great traditional pub in the heart of Westminster. Easy to order via QR code. Service is little bit slow however prices are good

Popped in to see what the place looked like now - I worked here over Christmas 89/90! The place has changed very little and was still recognisable. Very friendly staff and good beer at reasonable West End prices - three pints still under £20. Would have been able to get them for less than £4- last time I was here!

This pub is a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the barmaids greet you with a smile. The pour of Guinness was amazing. The house pie was exceptional. 5/5 for everything.

Great place service was excellent 👌 lots of space around us, sat upstairs. We booked a Christmas gathering for 15 people we all enjoyed our food it all looked amazing. Nice atmosphere. Bar area welcoming. Nice place to gather for a few drinks after our meal. Will most definitely be returning again in the future.

We had a delicious steak and bottle of wine. Good food, great atmosphere and friendly service were just what the doctor ordered after a long day of exploring London.

We held a works leaving do at The Feathers and were very happy with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was great. I had several comments from people who had never been before as to what a nice pub it was and a great venue for a big group to comfortably have drinks and not to have to worry about security as we had the whole back area to ourselves. Would definitely use again for any similar events we have.

Live music on Friday nights. Comfy booths on the main level. Choose a table & order at the bar w the table number. Tasty fish & chips & delicious lamb shepherds pie. I wanted the steak pie but it was sold out. All the ladies at the bar were very friendly.

The interior has a unique pleasant mood and it's very stylish. the place felt a bit crowded but we weren't uncomfortable. Our meals arrived quickly and it was rather delicious. We ate fish and chips and british steak pie and we were more than pleased with the taste.

Very nice ambiance with really huge comfy sitting area. A grand number of beers on tap, unfortunately the young person behind the bar didn’t know her products. Cannot say anything about the food since we only drank.

The decor is absolutely gorgeous and i was craving Mac&Cheese for so long and i got it here along with garlic bread (little burnt but that's ok haha). Really great experience.

We really enjoyed this place. Good atmosphere and really nice food. We tried to go back the next night (a Monday) and it was loud and dark so we went elsewhere. Tried again on the third night and it was better. We got to the bar at 20:01 to be told the kitchen closes at 20:00. We were going to be spending circa. £150 between our party but they weren't budding so we left. If you're visually impaired like me it's not a place to go unless you have someone with you. It's too dark and noise reverberates. We will certainly go back as the food was nice but the staff really need to cheer up. Main points Excellent food Dark if you're visually impaired Great choice of drinks Sensibly priced Can be too loud Staff need to cheer up Kitchen needs to stay open longer

Great pub, good pub food. Nice selection of beers and friendly staff. Worth reserving a table if you’re going in the evening because it’s rightly busy. To be clear this is not fine dining but absolutely excellent pub food. Fish and chips are great.

Had the most amazing evening for a postponed Xmas dinner with my team. A group of 9 of us all having 3 courses at 8.15pm on a Thursday evening. I would have hated us with our requests, but nothing was too much trouble for Cristinas team. They were so attentive, friendly and helpful. Great place, good food & good atmosphere.

Beautiful pub with gorgeous interior. The staff working were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The interior of the venue is very old fashioned and interesting. There is a huge sweeping staircase that is just dreamy. Highly recommend and will be back again soon!

The bar lady was really personable but didn’t know any of the beers tasted like. Ordered a steak and it came a little over cooked. Wasn’t impressed that the food came down in a dumbwaiter and was then put amongst all the dirty plates and glasses. When I was about to order a desert the menu was taken off me and I was informed the kitchen had closed which was impressive as it was widely debated between the bar staff when I entered and decided it closed at 9.30 yet it was only 9.10! Unsure if I would visit again. Photo has cooked food mixed with dirty drinks but this is not the worst I saw.

Great pub! Really easy ordering on the table side app and the food was amazing. Their starters are great, the meat pie was sooooo good (gravy has a ton of flavor) and the fish and chips are amazing!

Atmosphere is kinda nice, our table was sticky and wasn’t cleaned properly, food was very mediocre and the the movements from the the kitchen was basically at a snails pace..(almost an hour) just meh, okay for drinks I suppose. P.S: as one of other reviewer’s mentioned the staff does look rather miserable and sad 😶 Update - I saw the reply by Ryan which I think is very sincere and honest and I want him to know I appreciate his business and staff, I just think some things can be better, Cheers Ryan 🙂

Great place to go for younger audience on a weekend night after wetherspoons closes. Great service & Great drink prices not too expensive. Servers are very friendly and seem to make great small talk whilst waiting. I was served By Abbie who was lovely & security is very quick on dealing with anti social behaviour

This Nicholson’s pub has the good standard food and drink fare, the ability to order via app at table, and plenty of seating. The toilets were fairly clean downstairs and tables generally clean too.

Friendly old fashioned boozer! Great range of ales and spirits. Good food. Canny staff. Prices quite good considering it's location!

Absolutely delicious!! This place had a deferent menu that most of the pubs in London. It seemed more local and less of a chain. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The fish and chips was delicious and the steak and ale pies was one of my favorite! The sticky toffee pudding was also super scrumptious

Fantastic pub. Called in for a quick drink and made very welcome. They serve a good range of food which we will sample next time.

Lovely Nicholson's pub. Calamari is my favourite. Lots of space inside. Good for groups.

Lovely building but the game pudding pie was not worth the price, plus it came with ‘steamed veg mix in a bag’ style veggies rather than the luxurious ‘glazed carrots’ that the menu promised. Gravy was pretty standard, mash was nice. Needed more seasoning. Save your money and grab a pukka pie. The pub itself is a nice place to relax and unwind, very traditional with friendly staff and clean facilities.
