Ordered from uber eats, uber eats wasn't the problem, your pizza was horrible dried out a chewy

The pizza was nice and hot when I got it. Young Andiswa at the paypoint very friendly. My pizza was ready when I walked in after ordering on the Debonairs App. Nice experience. For those with disabilities they have a good disability toilet with the right height especially for those those things like Cauda Equina, Spinale Stenosis and so on...cannot have knees higher than hips...so that is good for Debonairs. Will visit them again.

Ordered online for delivery had problems with payment eventually worked but somehow the delivery changed to collections, called the call center and ask if they can deliver, call center said they will come back to me, well I am still waiting for the call. Had to go collect. I told the manager- he said: it's the call center that is the problem. I then called the call center and told them what the manager said- who, by the way, has no person skills.... The call center said they will connect me to the call center manager.... I am still waiting.... lost a customer... Poor service leads to no customers 😢

The worst debonairs in the western cape. Would not recommend even to an enemy.

Disappointed, disappointed, disappointed. Crammed crust pizza is no longer the same as it used to be... The sausage used now is horrible (cheap, processed and yucky). The bases - which are usually slightly undercooked - were waaaay overcooked, like chewing gum. Will NEVER get pizza here again

Had my order wrong 3 times in a row on 3 different occasions. Told the manager that this was the 3rd time and no apologies was made for any of the events, nor was I contacted afterwards to confirm that I was happy with the replacement pizza. I worked in hospitality for a long time and Debonairs George is heaps and bounds below what is expected of the industry.

Useless. Ordered a pizza at 10:10 for 11:30 and still manages to be 20min late. Dissatisfied and not impressed

First the generator was faulty during loadshedding and food couldn't be made. Next day they try to speed up pizzas so the pizza dough is still raw on the pizzas! Was absolutely horrible

Debonairs if you have time to Facebook you definitely have time to get the George branch to attend to my month old query on why they tried to give me food poisoning by putting ham and tomato (which I am highly allergic to) onto my pizza as I have send in so many emails seems it was done on purpose??? Then after phoning me ONCE and I could not take the call you send me this message after you could have left a message? Emailed me? We are unable to get hold of you re your Debonairs Pizza CAS-1085472-W0D8N1.. Please note we will close the case after a further attempt within the next 24 hours

Terrible service, the George branch is apparently closed for delivery for a few days yet they don't update their online order ability, we placed an order, waited an hour only to hear that they are closed and greated with rude staff not willing to resolve the situation but merely put the phone down after saying that they will put you through to a manager. This after ordering a day before, also waiting over an hour to get any food or response and the driver saying that the other drivers refused to take the order since it had no tip registered. Apparently drivers can pick and choose whether an order gets delivered or not based on what they feel like in the monent.. Not likely to order again anytime soon

Very nice place, value for money if you take the value deals. Cooldrinks could be less expensive but otherwise great. Also free delivery helps. Pretty quiet atmosphere.

Food is always warm when deliverer

Ordered over the telephone to save time but when I went to pay and collect my order was no where to be found. Ihad to re order and wait and wait what's the use of ordering over the phone .☹️☹️

Everything was just like you would want it to be. Clean, friendly and fast. Pizza was good.

Phoned for a delivery, after an hour we still haven't received anything. Phoned to check what is taking so long, to find out they had the delivery address incorrect. That after we ordered before, got the delivery with the wrong pizza. Terrible delivery service from George Debonairs!!!!

Just came from debonairs where I waited more then 40min for my pizza and it wasn't even that busy, people were coming and going and I'm just standing there. When i went and ask whats going on, my pizza was lying there for who knows how long(COLD). Service at worst to say the least. Debonairs George

Oh my, i loved the lady that served me at the counter. Friendly and knows her menu so well. The Pizzas were amazingly delicious and my whole family enjoyed them. But pls try to have toilets near ur business place.

I'm a George citizen currently residing in Thembalethu. I find it absurd during this pandemic time for them not to be able to deliver my order knowing that we can't collect from store. So what should a person do in order to get their order especially when you can't transport yourself during this pandemic time? I'm very disappointed

I am so highly disappointed in your services. Fine the fact that we had to wait long for our pizza I was fine with that as I was charging my phone since the electricity will be out for 4 hours. However the pizza that you guys gave me its 1/10 . The third slices of the something meaty triple decker is burnt I wish I can send you guys a picture so that you can see after waiting so long only to get a pizza that will that look like this 😡😡😡😡. Now I have to waste my money and throw the third slices away because I can’t bare the burnt areas on it worse part I am pregnant in all of this it’s just makes me nauseous 🤢🤮.

I haven't ordered from the Debonairs in a while. As they always got our order wrong. And is very expensive. But i did like the small cheese and bacon poppers and the small cocktail sausages. The last time I wanted to eat from them. Was in March this year. But we couldn't sit outside. As the male manager said my small poodle will bite the people. So we went to KFC. They have an outside. And they always allow us to eat there. With our dog.

The food is good as long as you add extra toppings and know what to add. Every now and again there will be slip ups but it's not all too common, found a very noticeable sized piece of plastic in a pizza along with something that tasted almost chemical-like

Service this evening was very dissapointing. Yoliswa was pleasant and helpful. The kitchen staff messed up the order terribly. Ordered 3 pizzas only received 2 small pizzas after waiting an hour. Eventually when the 3rd small pizza arrived no extra cheese as ordered. Kitchen staff in a flat spin not knowing what to do. The pizzas were tasteless and drenched in mayonnaise. Very chewy. Not nice. The worst was while waiting so long was extremely roudy and noisy patrons they were screeming and shouting. Made it very unpleasant for the other patrons. Some patrons actually walked out. One would expect the manager to bring order to the roudy crowd of people. Even staff of steers were complaining. Not good for the store in general. Order needs to be maintained. Other patrons needs to be considered.

Came to order my pizzas 11:00 for pickup 16:00. When I come to pickup they did not even started with my Pizzas. Last time I will be ordering by them 😡
