Staff was literally sleeping I thought cashier was looking at counter but was shocked when I called for her and she shook herself awake. Isles are not marked right.walked out again.Pet food in laundry isle.Prices missing on most dog food bags

What a terrible experience. Today I was helped by a Cashier who was not very interested, but she did her job. I paid and was waiting for a bag to pack my items. The Packer was standing over the bags chatting on his phone and was not interested in working at all. The Manager of this store should be ashamed at the way these staff conducted themselves. I will not be revisiting this store ever again.

Good quality and very neat Pick 'n Pay. The only drawback is the ciabatta, although nice looking, it's normal bread dough at an exorbitant price. Google a recipe if you don't have one

Absolutely disgusting service from cashier D'Lien Rhixana you dont leave a till point and go help another customer if a customer has a problem with her card. You assist and wait.

I had to wait for the manager to do a refund, called her 3 times personally, her answer to me as client, I can wait, she can't leave the money like that. I told her I'm in a hurry and she can lock her office. She told me she is alone and I can wait. Did not even apologise! Never experienced anything like this before! Staff was great! Just the manager!

I have never been treated so rudely by 2 Xhosa ladies, one behind the till and one packing, with such a bad attitude as well. (Please go back to Queenstown if you don't like it in the Garden Route! You spoil the experience!) I will never shop there again. 👎
