πŸ‘πŸ‘ What a wonderful day out - lagoon cruise, drive and walk in the nature reserve, with stunning views over The Heads & Knysna, followed by an excellent buffet lunch and an hour or so at the beach bar. Not the cheapest way to spend a day out but worth every cent. People often mention experience, tour, lunch, guide, great, walk, buffet, good, boat, trip,

Our whole family absolutely LOVED our Eco tour experience! Collin is an extremely good guide who is so attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He really made the experience and Featherbed are lucky to have him πŸ™ The walk is not strenuous, the views are unbeatable and the food is 11/10. It is pricey but well worth it for the magical memories you will take home with you! 😍

We booked for the 8.30 eco cruise. When we got there, the cruise was cancelled because there were not enough people. They said they tried to call us, but since we are not from South Africa we did not receive it. They did not inform us in another way (like email). We were told that the 14.30 would probably go, so we could come back at 14u. In the case of too few people, we would be informed an hour before departure. However, when we got there at 14u it was cancelled again and they had not informed us. Really bad experience because we waited the whole day for nothing.

Paddle Cruiser crew - They are racist. We had a bad experience on 26th May eve cruise upper deck. My wife was asked to get up from her chair as we were not supposed to move the chairs. But a white family was not disturbed and were made to seat in the same situation.

Their Eco Tour was so, SO worth it; starting off with a ferry trip to the Western Head (and back again afterwards), taking a 4x4 trip to our hike starting point, taking a breathtakingly scenic stroll in the Featherbed Nature Reserve and ending Father's Day off with a delicious braai buffet lunch, completed with an assortment of desserts and a gin & tonic. Collin is the friendliest tour guide with his ferry team, Big Boy and Siya. They're the absolute best! πŸ˜πŸ‘ŒπŸ» We most definitely had an UNFORGETTABLE experience! 😍

Wonderful experience, it's expensive, but you may get into the place in the morning and get out in evening. Same cost.. you need to have surety that there is a ride back in the evening. There is a beach bar that stays open in weekend, I would highly suggest spending one of the days of weekends here.

This was a pleasant way to spend a few hours but was a bit underwhelming. 950 R for a boat trip, average walk and lunch was very expensive. We were expecting to see a bit more in the way of wildlife and nature but saw very little. Lunch was nice. Trip only worth 400R.

Great experience, tour and guide! Our guide Colin and our skipper big boy and the rest of the crew took us through the Knysna lagoon, on to the featherbed reserve for a short hike with scenic views. An amazing lunch buffet was also included in the price. Great tour if you visit Knysna as a tourist

We did the Featherbed Eco Experience including lunch as a surprise excursion for my Mom’s 60th birthday. The look of absolute delight on her face and the amount of photos taken as the activities unfolded are the best testament to this awesome experience. Johan the guide was knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. The views are phenomenal, the paths great and the caves are absolutely breathtaking. The Restaurant is stunning and the buffet was delicious and catered for everybody’s varying tastes. The way Featherbed Co has facilitated the fynbos’s regrowth after the Knysna fires is extremely admirable. They earned every good adjective in the dictionary! Highly recommended.

Great experience. Amazing view of the heads and lagoon mouth. The tour guide was lively and funny. The staff at the restaurant were downers which took away from the amazing food. All considered I recommend for young families. A little unadventurous for young adults.

The cruises are quite affordable and they make really great cocktails and food.

Great experience. Go for the 4 in 1 tour. The boat experience was great, the monster "train" tour was amazing, the walk was great as well, and the food was.... really delicious in a brand new restaurant

Shocking, unfriendly service and a very disorganised company. We paid in advance and the company only let us know on arrival (20 minutes before we were meant to leave) that the boat won't be going out. They told us that it's our responsibility to constantly check their website for updates. Apparently, one phone call is too much effort for the company. We had unfortunately paid ahead of time (we weren't given another option) and when we tried to get a refund, we were told that this wasn't possible until the money reflects in their account.

We enjoyed a fabulous 4 hour with lunch to the Featherbeds . Helen and the crew were excellent! The information and sites were a 'must do' for anyone visiting the area. Enjoyable trek down from the heights and along the coastal path gave photo opportunity like no other in Knysna. We even had a visit from from a young buck during lunchtime. Lunch was REALLY good making the 50% midweek discount a crazy bargain. Thank you Featherbeds!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I enjoyed my time and food at 34 Degrees South. If you sit outside, you get treated to awesome views too of what can be described like Venice. Towards the latter part of the day, you'll see a gorgeous South African sunset (if there are no clouds). I had some wine by the glass, one of the few places...
