    Great experience. Jodi was very good in helping us decide on the right hot tub for us. Took a while for the manufacturer to get it to us but she told us that going in. Delivered pretty much when she told us to expect it. Delivery team really knew what they were doing and got us set up without any problems. Nice helpful cheat sheets provided on start up procedures. Love the hot tub. Georgia Spa is the place to go.

    If you are thinking of buying a hot tub, do it now! The sale at Georgia Spa Co is unbeatable! Mark helped us find exactly what we were looking for! The deal he made with us, the quality of their products and the excitement of having it delivered to our home in 2 weeks is a dream come true.     We just purchased a spa from Jodi Martin and she was great! Very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Answered all of our questions and never once made us feel like we were wasting her time. I would recommend everyone to ask for Jodi if they are interested in purchasing a spa.

    Brought out Spa from the Atlanta home show in Sept. 2022 and what a great experience. Came into the Kennesaw store today and the experience was exceptional! Christina Nicholson and Niamah Brown were the most helpful! Explained what I needed to maintain my hot tub and gave clear instructions. I absolutely love my experience with Georgia Spa Co and the hot tub purchased!

    Love the Kennesaw store! Great atmosphere, it’s clean and organized, everyone is super friendly, especially Christina Nicholson, she greets you with such a warm smile and makes you feel so welcome. She’s super sweet and very helpful and listens to what your needs and wants in what you’re looking for. I was a little lost walking in with only an idea of what I wanted, and she helped me narrow it down to a few spas I really like that could work for my home! I will definitely be back in the future to see her, and will be referring everyone to work with her! She is wonderful!! Thank you Christina!!!!

    Excellent customer service from the time we purchased the Spa to the setup and delivery and the in-home class. Mark B. was our salesperson. When we were concerned about the delivery access to our yard, he came to the house and measured the entrance. He put the store Manager (sorry, I don't remember his name) on video; they assured us that we could keep the Spa we wanted and wouldn't have to worry about potential damage getting through our gate. The delivery guys were great, amiable, and professional. The company also set up the electrician service, which also went smoothly. We are delighted with our purchase of the Prism spa. Thank you, Georgia Spa Company.!!

    I recently purchased a new spa and had a rather frustrating experience with the sub panel purchase. While the spa itself holds promise, the sub panel situation left much to be desired. Initially, I was quite taken aback when I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $449 for a sub panel, especially considering I already had one in place from my old spa. The sales representative assured me that the new sub panel came with two breakers - a 30 amp and a 20 amp - which sounded like a reasonable upgrade. Given this information, I reluctantly agreed. However, when the spa and sub panel was delivered, I discovered that the new sub panel was identical to the one I already had in place. This left me feeling frustrated and confused. I approached the sales team seeking clarification on why I was charged for a seemingly identical sub panel, but unfortunately, their response left much to be desired. Despite my inquiries, I was provided with no substantial explanation for the redundant sub panel purchase. This lack of transparency and communication was disappointing, to say the least. If the intention was to provide an upgraded sub panel with added breakers, it remains unclear why this promise was not fulfilled. In conclusion, while the spa itself may hold potential for a relaxing experience, the sub panel purchase process has left me with a sour taste. The extra cost I incurred for what seems to be an unnecessary duplicate of my existing sub panel, combined with the lack of a satisfactory explanation, has significantly detracted from my overall satisfaction with this purchase. As a consumer, I value clear and honest communication, which unfortunately was not upheld in this instance. Moving forward, I hope the company can take steps to improve their communication and ensure that customers' expectations are met more effectively.

    Can’t say enough about our positive experience with GA Spa Company. We have been interested in owning a hot tub for nearly 30 years. There was always something more pressing that required our financial attention, so we are very fortunate that we are now in a position to make the purchase. Yes it’s a splurge. We know that. But we are very excited about now owning our very own. We came very close during the early days of the pandemic, but just couldn’t do it. Even then it had nothing to do with GA Spa. The crew then was amazing. However, now, from the moment we walked into the Kennesaw location, the experience was top shelf. Glen, our sales rep answered all of our questions. Was very personable. Not pushy. We were lucky that the spa we wanted was actually newly in stock and we got it in 2 weeks! Would have been faster, but the delay was on our end, not theirs. John and the delivery crew were on it! He took his time to answer my questions, went through everything with the spa. It was great. Then, Gravitt electric was right behind them and got us all hooked up! The spa was filled, balanced and ready to go in lass than 8 hours. It was fabulous! Thank you for helping our dreams come true!!

    The salesperson in the store was very helpful. Delivery/installation/transition not very good. We elected to use electrician that Georgia Spa recommended, and electrician was not notified of job until the day of the job (delivery was at 9am). This created somewhat of a scramble texting pictures of electric meter and electric panel to the electrician so that the electrician knew what he would be working with when he got on site. Group that delivered hot tub put the panel side of the hot tub on our concrete pad, but too close to the lip of the deck, and electrician could not get the panel back onto hot tub due to deck lip. (Would not have been an issue if electrician had come out a little earlier, but that’s not the electrician’s fault). Georgia Spa work crew had to come back out to move tub away from deck lip. Delivery person was very rushed, and was obviously trying to leave quickly after installation, so explanation of what to do with tub was very abbreviated, and we were told to just look at the online manual. The online links for the manual and warranty emailed to us a day after delivery were bad links, and we had to email Georgia Spa to have them send us valid links. I emailed Georgia Spa to give them feedback on the delivery issues, but no response, so assuming they didn’t care too much about feedback once they had sold the tub. In summary, sales process was very good and smooth, delivery and installation very choppy and we are still trying to learn what all we need to do to operate and maintain our tub.

    Please read the warranty. Poor leadership. My personal hot tube has broke down 3 times. Each visit cost 75 dollars for them to come out and just look at it according to what they say to me. I have talked with the man over the entire operations and he rather loss a customer than do what is right. My hot tube is 3 years old and may be going to the dump soon bc they are built cheep. My computer board which controls everything broke 2 times. 1 time in the dead of winter and it took forever for them to come get it back up and running. Now I have to worry about my pipes. My lights stopped working and I have to pay for them. It also took close to 9 months for me to get my hot tube without any warning for any reasons. I'm a honest person with an honest review
