Hannah Nuade is amazing ….. BUT the billing experience has been horrible. If you don’t have insurance (or they don’t take your new insurance not knowing until AFTER your appointment) expect to pay over $600 an hour once you do the math. I’m sorry but for people who need the help this is ridiculous. For a place that is supposed to be helping others you would think there would be more compassion with office staff and affordable options, you have amazing psychiatrist why aren’t you making them more accessible. Money seems to be their only concern, not making sure everything is taken care of.

I have enjoyed working with Wendy Meadows. She is a great listener and answers my questions. She gets my prescriptions on time.

2 years ago, I had an emergency appointment with a psychiatrist through ZocDoc, and I am STILL fighting the bill. Whenever I call for an update I get some nonsense response like "You have two accounts! We'll fix this for you" or the like. When I bring it up, I'm told this was never the case. They never billed insurance, and they send me bills every few months without any updates on my complaint. I am paying it off so I can be DONE with Lifestance and their parasitic practices. They know they've got a monopoly on psychiatric care in Georgia and use it against their patients. Avoid at all costs.

I’m so happy to call LifeStance my home after finding Windy Meadows in the Pooler, GA location. If you need a therapist who will truly listen to your concerns and wants to help you, I 100%, in my opinion, recommend her!! A+

I truly felt as though I was being listened to. It truly seemed as though I may be able to get some help. The absolute only issue was the app to do the virtual appointment. It kept getting glitches that would make it to where I couldn't hear Ms. Meadows.

I was made to feel very welcome. Staff was very caring and supportive. Mrs. Meadows is very good at what she does.

I had my first appointment today and it was wonderful! Wendy addressed all my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. Well definitely be recommending to friends and family!
