Best Specialty Coffee place in Georgia. No cap. Great location (it is best to come on foot but parking is possible nearby - if lucky). Loads of choices of coffees and preparations to meet all your tastes. Super friendly international and knowledgeable staff that make you feel home and want to come back every day. The place is super cosy and shines with sunlight all day long. 10/10 MUST TRY!

Light-filled space with friendly service and great ambiance. There’s a variety of seating options indoor and outside-the perfect third space for reading, working, or hangouts. It’s also one of the very few blessed coffeeshops in Tbilisi that open early in the morning. The coffee taste great, lighter roast but very smooth, fragrant, and not sour. They roast the beans on site in the back. There are also baked goods and warm roasts for breakfast.

We had Shavi coffee a few times but in the garage branch and we love it, even bought their bean to make at home, so decided to come to this branch to sit and work, but so many people all day. We love the coffee at other branches more though, but yes it’s still nice.

Shavi’s coffee is one of my favorites. I buy their beans all the time. My favorites are their sandwiches, which are exceptionally simple, gourmand, and delicious (and they are limited in number all the time). I wish their chef invent and add to the menu more options of the not-sweets, like wraps, quiches, salads etc.

Newly opened cool cafe that’s part of the so-called third wave movement. Shavi is one of those nicely designed cafe that’s comfortable for sitting down and have a nice conversation with friends or catching up to some works on a laptop. The cafe also contains a roaster where the owner Ryan, who was trained under a master roaster, roasts his own beans. The result is a rare combo of nice coffee and a very nice sit down place. Here you either have one or the other bit rare to have both.

If you want great coffee, sweets n professional and friendly service…all in a nice environment…come here! I had the apple pie but all the sweet treats looked appealing. Both hot and cold coffee options are all good! Ryan the owner is as knowledgeable and passionate about coffee as you can get. That translates into the overall 5-star coffee experience

Oh it’s heartbreaking place! SO friendly stuff, THE BEST coffee, and an amazing atmosphere! I enjoyed this coffeehouse a lot! By the way, they’re able to speak in Georgian, English, and Russian 😍 Incredible! Highly recommended!

Giorgi, the bartender, really knows his stuff and made two awesome, killer V60 coffees, explaining it all. The coffee was top-notch, and we even got to chat with the talented roaster!:)

for me, this is the place with the most famous coffee in Tbilisi. The guys themselves roast and brew coffee, it is divine! and in addition to good coffee here you can take a bun to it, with cinnamon, caramel and nuts. This bun is the most delicious in my life! I always choose Shavi when I want coffee, that's love 💔

One of the absolute best coffees I ve had in Tbilisi, the space is lovely and cozy. Such great service and they offer milk alternatives. They also have a nice selection of delicious looking homemade cakes.

Best coffee in Tbilisi hands down and the only place I’ve found that uses good-tasting vegan milk. Great pastries and sandwiches. No obnoxiously loud music, so you can still have a conversation. Plus a sweet cat who wanders in sometimes. Good vibes and good people. Keep up the nice work!

Great little coffee roaster in Tbilisi. Great choice of beverages and food; perfect for a quick dinner or lunch. The coffee was flavourful. I had a double espresso which was excellent as well as the flat white. Overnight oats were perfect as they weren’t very sweet and they were topped with what tasted like a freshly made fruit compote. Friendly service in a trendily decorated cosy space. P.S. also had a bite of their cinnamon roll which was delicious but quite rich.

Second fav coffee place (this place and a place called stories are our favourites). This is a must for any coffee lover (they got 2 locations, the other has a garage feel to it) got a cappuccino a flat white and a double espresso. Great place again a must for any coffee drinker.

This is a great coffee shop in Tbilisi. First of all it is the first speciality coffee place since ‘21 in Tbi. Very important think is espresso. Have different tipes of it always. Home atmosphere, good music, a lot of young and beautiful people. Also you can come with your pets)) 🐕

Lovely and cozy coffee shop, but it takes a while to get a table free. The coffee shop is small and at the same time all the tables are occupied by freelancers. Another disadvantage is that coffee in Tbilisi is on average cheaper than here.

Shavi surely belongs to the top-3 coffeeshops in Tbilisi. Great coffee & beans, excellent desserts (especially cheesecake and cinnabon), friendly community. You can work at any table, though finding one might be a challenge.

I visit Shavi Coffee almost every day, and it is a really important part of my usual day. Little things like that lift my mood. There is a beautiful atmosphere, friendly polite service and, of course, great coffee. My choice is Raf vanilla. It is like a sweet liquid cloud! Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place to work and have some coffee in Tbilisi. I would actually go further to say that they have the best Flat White in the city. Additionally they toast their own coffee, which is even better considering how few coffee shops in the city do it. They don't have a big food menu at all - only bakery related and only a few- but that is because it is an actual coffee store. You can definitely seat here all day and have something to keep you along.

My second favourite coffee spot in Tbilisi. Incredible roasts with so much variety, great V60, cozy atmosphere and lovely staff. Might be a little tight for larger groups. As a workspace it depends on if you get one of the 5 good tables. Also, that pistachio mini cake is flawless.

Had an amazing experience at Shavi Coffee, barrista Giorgi showed us how he makes V60 filter coffee and we tried two very good and interesting coffees which were 'cold washed'. He was very knowledgeable and explained a lot about it. The atmosphere is very nice as well and we played a game of chess. Thanks a lot!

Good-vibes-cafe. I appreciated that the owner asked me about my coffee and that the barista reminded me it was the first day of spring. Right now is a sad time with Russia-Ukraine so I appreciated the lift (caffeine, mood). I like that the space is bright and down-to-earth. I also enjoyed the music too! Looking forward to spending more time here.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is charming and stylish, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone who loves great coffee!!!

Cherry pie is so gorgeous! Filter is stronger than in other coffee shops here but definitely delicious as well. I also like their quiche. Moreover, Shavi has banana milk, it hard to find one in other places. I’m in love with this spot and their atmosphere :)

Fantastic coffee, friendly (and non intrusive) staff, and a good mix of locals and visitors. I had coffee for a whole week here while in Tbilisi, and it was always excellent. As a bonus, the wall art is hilarious.
