Enjoyed staying at Zuzumbo resort with family during the week-end. Rooms, service, infrastructure are nice and worth for what you pay. To avoid noise comming from the rooftop restaurant, i suggest to take a cottage. Recommended 👌

Excellent location, beautiful yard, big outdoor pool. Standart rooms are not comfortable, superior rooms are fine. Breakfast is suitable. Rooftop restaurant is amazing with beautiful views on the pest part of Telavi. Aslo there is an indoor pool and spa.

Nice beer, unexpectedly cause it was unfiltered, which I don't fancy. Excellent khinkali. Decent prices and friendly service. Good place I can recommend

-Terrible view from the balkony (some kind of iron construction directly at the balkony), Sauna did not work, poor atractions for children. Atcaarival room was ready for 2 person instead of 3 grownups and 3 children. + crean room, good breakfast, nice indoor pool.

On the high floors of the main building of the hotel, noise comes from the restaurant, if you want to relax, it is not worth coming. I don't know what is happening in the cottages. The rooms are also of low quality and the noise coming from the corridor is probably coming from the room as well. Which is very uncomfortable. If you go, be aware that on Fridays and Saturdays you will be very disturbed by the noise. There is an extra charge for room service, which I have never heard of anywhere.

Hoel Zuzumbo Resort&Spa very nice pace in the old Georgian Town Telavi (Kakheti). I can recommend the good service, delicious meals, pool, gym, fine-trees forest and fresh air.

Very decent hotel with amenities, capacity. Kitchen needs significant improvement! Prices are democratic. Outside pools are great, forest is nicely decorated. Overall - nice place to stay.

An excellent place to enjoy staying in Telavi. Amazing area, full of pines, you are located in the cozy hotel in the center of the pine forest. Amazing hospitality. And separately I should emphasize the restaurant, full of delicious dishes. I will definitely return here

Loved this hotel. Whery nice , cleane and stuff is very nice too. Best part of this hotel is its forest with a lot of activities.

We have stayed only one night at this hotel. In all, we had a very good impression. We reserved a family type room (4 adults), the room was very big, a lot of space, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was also big (but unfortunately, it was leaking). Two outdoor pools were nice (one is 1.50 m. another 1.65 m.). There is a bar by the pool area where we could order food and drinks. There is also an indoor pool and sauna. Staff is very friendly and helpful, which I personally find very important! We were allowed to stay at the pool even after check out. Pros: pool area with floating mattresses, bicycles, and skateboards for free, the territory of the hotel is green and quiet, big room, good fridge in the room, very friendly and helpful staff!!! 🤍 Cons: showers in spa need some renovations, same as the showers in rooms.

Great place to escape the city rush. Huge area for walking and riding bicycles. Several pools for swimming.

Location is great, in Kakheti region there is no other resort like this settled in pine forest. There are the swimming pools, game room, restaurant, wine cellar, cottages and a hotel. And airfield for helicopters, it seems fine star complex but it is not, it is simply for good holidays ..

Standart room was very clean and large enough, with huge balcony. Breakfast was great. Restaurant and terrace have amazing view, delicious dishes and excellent service

The location seems almost perfect, until you notice that there is a cemetery right in front of it 🪦😁 And around 5pm there were holicopters flying around the place for an about an hour, so it was impossible to relax next to pool during that time.

We stayed for a couple of days in the cabins, an incredible place! The service and people are incredible, friendly, hospital and responsive to all of our requests. Food and the wine are delicious, the pool was very relaxing. The view in the area is really beautiful. Definitely recommend if you're going yourself or with the family or friends or to get away in nature

If you want to relax, forget about this place. The noise comes from everywhere, which is too disturbing, it comes also from the other rooms and corridor as well. That is very uncomfortable. And probably reason for that is the poor quality of doors and rooms. Also stuff can’t control noisy people. We called several times about it, talked to them personly, but nothing changed. It was almost 2 am on monday:)
