One of the most specious hotels I stayed in Bhutan, rooms are neatly maintained. The staff were warm and cordial. The ambiance and food at the restaurant was good, the complementary breakfast was really nice. Over all it's worth the money you spend and I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Thimpu.

Very good hotel with big clean rooms. Some executive rooms overlook the street and you have a view of the archery grounds as well as the mountains. The reception staff are welcoming, hospitable, polite and helpful. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant is excellent, and its staff are helpful, and will accommodate your food requirements if possible. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Good room, Good location Irresponsible staffs I stayed there between April 1 to 5, 2019. I liked the hotel too much until it was the time for checkout. Our plane was very early in the morning, so we requested the staffs to give us a wake-up call and to arrange airport drop. We specially requested for a large car and they said they will manage it. But that the very morning, they forgot all. They forgot to wake us up, and to arrange car. After reminding they arrange a very small car which is too small to fit. What irritated most that the guy in reception was not bothered at all for this inconvenience. I suggest the management should be more careful on this.

I stayed twice here in June and November 2019. Everytime my experience was amazing. The hotel offers great service and nicely decorated rooms at affordable prices in thimphu. Further, the location of hotel is very close to the main market and offers a view of stadium. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. Looking forward to stay again with hotel norbuling on my next visit to Bhutan. :) Ps: they offer Indian menue in breakfast which was great.

Awesome place to stay, very spacious, clean and well maintained rooms rightly priced at a very good location. Very courteous and friendly staff. Restaurant food is very good especially the hand made flat noodles. Good spread of buffet breakfast.

no view from rooms, cant even open the windows, adjacent hotels block the view. right on the main road. executive room is ok but over priced. staff are very lazy and impolite. during check out they refuse to carry my luggage from room. spa is very inefficient. restaurant is very poor. overpriced foods, you order any plate and it takes a hour to prepare. run by a bunch of unprofessionals. breakfast - not included, need to buy paying 550 to get very basic items. not worth. Near to clock tower Hotel does not pay to Cable operator so from 1st April no paid channels were available, only some free channel sin TV. Front desk staff is very lazy and reluctant to prepare final bill, I have requested to make the final bill at 4pm the day before i checked out, and they were able to make that at 9.30pm. Very sad experience. Shabby people visit the hotel and restaurant (gaga) i felt unsafe with family. not suitable for family visit.

This is a lovely hotel that looks unassuming from the front but has beautiful well equipped rooms, nice interior and design but what stands out most in contrast to some of the reviews here are the polite and humble staff who made our stay very comfortable. On our first night they kept the restaurant open for an extra hour to accommodate us as we got late riding in from phuntsholing. The food is wholesome Indian and bhutanese. They readily accommodated our request to make the food less spicy the next day, the Bhutanese easy very hot food! The bathroom was nice wth hot shower and the bed was very comfortable. Location opposite archery field and close to town centre was also great...

The hotel is lovely. It is located within walking distance from the market. If u r visiting in ur own car be aware the hotel doesn't have its own parking space. And parking isn't free there and it might be costly if u park it overnight. The hotel's restaurant is good. The food is delicious and quantity is moderate. The breakfast menu has indian as well as international selection. The rooms are big and cozy. . The hotel has WiFi. The staff is helpful, cheerful and polite.

Norbuling hotel was a pleasant surprise as we had booked it online. Its comfortable, neat and clean, centrally located. The staff is very polite. You can walk to any other eating joint if you wish to try . We had a lovely time there.
