Had
a
very
unpleasant
experience
in
which
all
the
staff
were
so
fixated
on
the
fact
I
wasn’t
wearing
shoes
(I
think
they
said
they
have
a
sign
in
the
inside
of
the
door
that
says
shoes
are
required,
but
you
can’t
see
that
sign
unless
you
walk
in
and
turn
around)
that
they
completely
forgot
what
public
etiquette
was.
I
wasn’t
wearing
shoes
as
I
was
about
to
swim,
but
I
was
wearing
normal
clothes
and
my
dad
was
too.
We
didn’t
look
like
street
bums
or
anything
and
we
can’t
figure
out
why
they
decided
to
have
a
problem
with
us.
Forget
professional
etiquette,
they
treated
my
dad
and
I
like
monsters.
They
demanded
to
see
my
I.D.
because
I
carried
one
beer
to
the
counter
and
then
refused
to
accept
digital
I.D.
(We
cannot
find
any
conditions
on
their
website
about
having
to
carry
physical
I.D.)
I
am
over
18
but
wasn’t
buying
the
beer
so
I
didn’t
expect
I
needed
my
purse
that
day.
The
manager
condescended
us
the
whole
time
and
wouldn’t
put
aside
the
beer
I
touched
to
serve
my
dad.
When
he
came
back
in
to
ask
for
her
name
to
put
in
a
complaint,
herself
and
the
security
guard
gave
him
a
hard
time
about
fines
and
what
would
happen
to
them.
Any
decent
manager
would
be
concerned
that
a
customer
wants
to
put
a
formal
complaint
about
their
treatment.
