    If there have been an option for Zero stars i would have been happy giving that to this restaurant. So much happy i was when i first ate in a restaurant in Dallas. This one totally ruined my experience and i would never give a chance to this chain of restaurants. Issue 1.Burnt vegetables in my meal(almost 90%). On raising the concern nobody paid attention and even after looking at it they were not sorry for it. 2. Cold Food. 3.Ordered coke came light brown coloured drink. Raised concern Drink was changed after 40 minutes. 4.Utensils were not clean. 5.The staff was rude and were blabbering on raising the concern. 6.No manager was found at the store to see the issue. Complete dinner experience was ruined all 4 means were of same kind. Never ever visit. Regards Bobby Email was sent to the id given with the details no resolution. There is no benefit of reply from owner

    I’ll be honest, I didn’t have a good experience here. I waited over an hour for one single bowl I placed an order for online. I also got approached by three different men while I was waiting for my food trying to hustle money out of me. I was very close to ditching my take out and leaving without my food or money back. The food was absolutely not worth the wait. It was just alright. I emailed customer service (this was almost two weeks ago at this point) to let them know the issues I had at this restaurant and I got zero reply. The one star goes to the staff. The woman at the front was friendly and the cook seemed nice and was apologetic for the wait. Update: two months later still no reply back from customer service acknowledging my complaints, so I stand by the one star.

    We walked in, weren’t greeted. The servers were running the hostess stand, I had to walk up to the bar to ask if we need to wait over by the hostess stand. There was an employee sitting at the bar talking on their cellphone. Our food and drink order took forever to be taken by our waitress- but we somewhat expected it since she was the only one really doing anything between the other 3 servers. Our drinks took forever to come out, and so did our food. The restaurant wasn’t too busy, only one section was full and majority of people already had their food. When the food came out it was hot but it seemed like the sauce I had put in the two cups vanished. The rice was dry, and it was like the protein was over cooked and the vegetables were undercooked. I was APPALLED that the large bowls were $25 each… for that price the food should have been a heck of a lot better. The kids macaroni was over $8 for 1/2 a box of Kraft. Never again will I be back. I also watched three different groups of people leave after waiting to be seated for 10+ minutes.

    It was my first time trying this location… tables were dirty… waitress didn’t understand my order at all… a kid kept coming in the restaurant asking for money… it was super loud… GG on Germantown Pkwy never loud… the waitress and waiter was rude… and I kept saying, the food smell sour… they reassured me everything fresh… I’ve been having stomach pain every since and absolutely no bowel movement… so thank you for being super disgusting, loud, arrogant, no comprehension whatsoever…! I’ll never go to this establishment ever again…!

    Only problem I had is the service is very slow. Wait time at least 35 minutes or more. (Don’t bet on lunch break time)Their strategy for carry-out while waiting in the car is terrible. You have to go back inside to find worker to see if your food is ready. I only go for convenience at this location but now I will drive extra 7 miles to the other location for better service.

    Great experience! They were carry-out only when I went to get my free birthday bowl. Everyone was very cool and wished me a Happy Birthday! Plus the food was very well made and tasted great. Much appreciated!

    Amazing experience here, I just arrive near to the close hour but they still let me in, the waiter was super professional and friendly, you can make your own signature bowl 🥣 chose your base, like a white or brown rice, and then you have a buffet to pickup all the ingredients you wanna put i to your bowl, give the ingredients to the chef amd you can see how the cook your food in the mongolian grill, 100% recommend

    This was great restaurant. Not very vegetarian friendly as all of the food is grilled on single big grill and same utensils+spatulas are used to process all food!! Service was great and very friendly humble staff. If you are a vegetarian it’s a 3/5 If you are a non vegetarian it’s a 4/5

    I understand we’re in COVID & they have too fix our bowls but you can atleast give us our money worth . We got regular size bowls and the guy didn’t even fill it all the way up . We did not get our money worth at all . I refuse too come back here during COVID bc how expensive this place is for our bowls too be so small is ridiculous!

    The food was amazing, but the experience was ruined by the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. I give the cook staff a solid 5, but the server staff a was bad enough I doubt I'll go back.

    I drove 30 mins across town to order to go because the app didn't work. I arrived more than 30 mins before close and was not even addressed by an employee for 10 minutes or more. Roughly 10 of us were in the to go line when 22 minutes before close a staff member announced they were no longer taking orders. I just wasted an hour.

    I think it's a new restaurant because there was nothing on the walls but paint. Our server was good, but not great. The food was excellent. It's not the best fried rice I've ever had, but it was yummy. We got the quesadillas and pot stickers for our apps. Then we ordered the Supreme Fried Rice Bowl. I've never had pot stickers before and these were divine.

    The host and waitress were great. The host greeted and seated us as soon as we came in. The waiter explained to us the details of the rewards program. He made sure to refill our drinks. The only problem is that the kitchen staff was not reading the ticket correctly.

    The wait was eternal! Once we got our food it was over cooked and one of the order was completely mixed up with some ones else's. Honestly the taste of the food and meats was not fresh. The only thing that tastes good was the sprite i was drinking. Do not recommend for the price.

    One of the best places to eat, in my opinion. So many selections to choose from, to make your own bowl. Any meat, vegetable, spice, and sauces. And it's one of a few places left that's really affordable. Plus, you will have plenty left to take home. Have to try it!

    It was a little difficult to reach items on the back row due to the window being down so low. Its not user friendly for people over 6 ft. Let alone people 5'6 ft struggle as well. We were hollered at when trying to go around the back way to reach a certain veggie we wanted from the back row. However, the food was still very good and always is.

    The skinny, dark skinned manager that works in the day time was so rude. She had a horrible attitude when we were trying to fill up our bowls and we had not been here before so we didn’t know we couldn’t go back after adding vegetables to add more meat so our bowls would be full. If we’re spending $22 for a bowl, we should at least be able to have it to the rim of the bowl

    I own two businesses, so I am always paying close attention to the customer service in an establishment. It is a lost art. But not here. This was my first time visiting a Genghis, and EVERYONE from the lady at the front counter, the bartender, the cook, and the lady I met that helped me with creating my bowl were ALL amazing!!! Whomever manages this location has created a phenomenal culture, and hired the right team! Great job!

    Showed up at 11 am to look at menu. Friendly waitress showed us the menu and how to order, we decided to come back for dinner. Same waitress sat us and others. She eventually took our orders after checking on everyone else in restaurant.I then realized SHE WAS THE ONLY WAITRESS IN THE ENTIRE PLACE. She was running around like crazy. I felt so bad. She was friendly and excellent and was definitely trying r her hardest. She had been there for 8 hours. I could not believe this. Whoever is running this place is not doing it right. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Shame on you!

    Ok food. Disappointing service. They took my order size wrong. And they forgot to add an egg to my Pad Thai. I asked for a regular size and they gave me a small bowl. Very slow service even if there are not a lot of customers.

    It's expensive and the food sucks. You can see from the picture that many foods are burnt, bitter, astringent and unpalatable.The food at $21.99 looks so bad. This is my first time here, and it's my last time here for dinner.

    I did not even get any food to eat. After waiting for a half hour for a takeout order, I asked the server to check on my order. She came back and told me and another person that our orders hadn't been started because of a $200 uber order. I asked for a refund but apparently only one guy could process a refund and he was cooking. I went over and told him I wanted a refund because I could not wait any longer. He came over to computer and was on phone at same time. I finally had to just leave with no food and no refund! Terribly managed. Even the bathroom reeked. Do Not go here!

    Best place for some me time! Took myself out and had a ball! The lo mein noodles will forever be my favorite base! Mr Ron is excellent in what he does. The restaurant is clean and has enough space to be close to family and safe to social distance as well! Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, date nights/days!

    We were there tonight and the manager Ron was EXCELLENT as well as his staff!!! Our glasses were constantly refilled without us having to ask and the food was EXCELLENT!!! Also the cleanliness of the Restaurant was Impressive to say the least. Thank You to Ron and his staff for a GREAT night out for my wife and I. 04/08/23

    The staff was friendly and the food was great. I think the staff could use a little more training on how to welcome customers, take orders, and follow up, but they were all friendly. The place was clean, and so was the ingredient line, which is usually a mess at other places, so that was nice to see. It looks like they did have a liquor license at some point, but they no longer serve alcohol. Was looking forward to a beer. Overall I would come back for the food, but they would really benefit from a professional organization tightening up.

    This was my 1st time coming here. The food was good. However, the atmosphere was not welcoming or relaxing. The employees were stressed out. From the servers to the ones piling up your bowl. Whatever management is doing please stop! 4 stars for the food. 0 stars for the manager stressing all those young folks out under their care.

    Great create your own stir fry. I love the Dragon sauce and the new Caribbean Jerk Sauce. If you get takeout on Tuesday, it’s 20% off. Order online and you don’t have to wait.

    We had a large group and yes I understand the social distancing rules but when it's 3 adults and 6 children and you have a table big enough to serve, I don't understand why the kids had to sit away from us. We got past that and then tried to order, the server can't to the table but this being our first time there we didn't know how it worked. So the server had to explain it to us and how it usually is and how it's different because if covid and that was fine. Then when we went to have our borrow fixed we had to wait for so long to be served. We had to wait for drink refills, we had to call the server over to get refills and ask for our ticket then she still didn't bring it over. We had to go speak to the manager to get our ticket and he didn't seem to care. Horrible first experience

    The worst experience ever picking up food to be delivered. First of all I had to get someone's attention to help me because workers were just walking past me and not asking if I needed assistance. Then they assume that it was being prepared not realizing that they hadn't checked the order printer in awhile so the order hadn't even been started. It appeared they were training a new employee definitely not a good look to train the new employee like that. Ubereats canceled the order due to excessive wait time.

    The waiter Aaron always has an attitude when you come in . He doesn’t listen , he walks off , and he has a smart mouth. It’s hard to contact the store to get the corporate number this is not a place to go to spend your hard earned money just to get treated badly .

    TERRIBLE DINE IN SERVICE! I could not even come in tonight before they shut us down and told us to leave saying that they weren't serving people to "Dine In" at the moment when there were clearly people inside and they have a GIANT banner on the front of the restaurant stating "DINE IN OPEN!!". It wasn't even near closing time. I was highly disappointed given that today was my birthday and I wanted to end it at one of my favorite restaurants :(

    I ordered food from here today by way of door dash. I ordered my food around 1130am and when I looked it up it said that I would get my food in 28 minutes. I didnt get my food until about 1:20pm. The door dash driver texted me twice. Once at 1200 noon saying they where still there waiting on my food then again at 1245 saying they were still waiting. Once I got my food which was two make ur own bowls. Everything was backwards and wrong. One bowl ordered noodles and rice. It only had noodles. That same bowl ordered potatoes and didn't get them. But the rice was in the other bowl and the potatoes where to. The other bowl order cheyenn sauce and it was put in the other one which person couldn't eat because they don't eat spicy food. Been trying to contact them and no answer. Horrible

    Things are different since coronavirus the food didn't seem to be cook thoroughly... Broccoli was hard veggies weren't soft and the calamari was kind of rubbery. Next time I'ma just tell them to cook it longer

    Service was awesome, employees were really helpful in putting together our food. Servers now place your food in the bowls but it was a good experience. Expect about 20-30 minutes during lunch hours for selection and cooking it gets busy fast!! Will be back.

    I online ordered two days in a role. Both times were bad experiences. Yesterday I wrote to customer service and still have not heard back. Not even an email saying her we got your complaint we will be in touch soon. Nothing. Yesterday and today. Same issues. Missing food items, wrong food items. Bacon way under cooked, and hard let ANY food. Yesterday customer service once I got their to pick it up was horrible!! Very un happy. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt by ordering a second day in a role. But no thanks! I expect to get what I ordered and not have missing foods and wrong foods in my bowl.

    The food was delicious. We will definitely be returning again. If I could make any recommendations it would be these 2. First make sure you get at least 2 cups of sauce for your bowl unless you like it dry. I got 2 but my wife only got one and hers was very dry but good none the less. Second, I wish they gave a second serving bowl for the vegetables. I felt like I got plenty of meat and noodles but very little vegetables because they have to try and jam them in the same small bowl. Also, I got a large bowl and my wife got a normal and they were basically the same size just for your cost consideration.
