The provided me with several options but the last wedding band was IMMACULATE! I would recommend you ask for either of them if you want GREAT SERVICE!

I worked with Charisse at the Jared location in Collierville at Carriage Crossing. Not only was she a pleasure to speak with, but she was an amazing salesperson. She took her time, listened to my requests and concerns, and found the exact diamond wedding band I wanted. Her service did not stop there. She had to order the ring and called me the moment it came in. She then made sure that it was perfect in every way for me and did her best to speed along the sizing request. She took her time with me and, most importantly, made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely return to her when I make my next purchase.

We are here right now and have never received such poor service. I’ve been doing business with Jared for years, in many locations, across the country and quite a few visits into this location and , “just wow”. I understand it’s the holiday season and everything is crazy but at least look like you’re enjoying a small part of your job. C’mon guys, you’re better than this!

I am just leaving this location after attempting to pick out an anniversary gift for my husband the sales lady was the most rude, disrespectful excuse for customer service I have ever encountered. I wish I could give you her name but due to her unprofessional demeanor and lack of tact she never gave it to me. She was Caucasian , plus size, with glasses and faded red / orange hair. It’s a shame an opportunity to purchase something so special was ruined by someone so irresponsible. There’s a flower tattoo on her left ankle - do not give her your money

Exceptional customer service!! Davida Brooks and Jessica Taylor went above and beyond to ensure I was totally satisfied with my purchase. I went into the Collierville store frantic because there was an issue with my original purchase and it was past the timeframe for return. The two of them were determined to ease my frustration and to make my buying experience pleasurable. After a couple of days, I was called back and told to come pick up my new merchandise!! Jami is the plug. She really helped me out in my Mother’s Day shopping and I will definitely be coming to her when I need anything ring and/or Jared related.
