Very bad customer service! First of all I found it absurd that they don't provide a proper menu, not even QR code version. Instead the waitress asked to take a photo of the menu hanging on the wall! They didn't seem to be keen on serving and welcoming customers. I was looking forward to this place and unfortunately it turned to be such a disappointment!

Dot has been on my list for a while and yesterday I finally got a taste! I ordered their chai latte, batch coffee (burundi), and a double chocolate vegan cookie. Everything was delicious!! Unless you're ordering to-go, just pick a seat and they will come take your order. They have a nice menu with lots of options without being overwhelming. I especially liked their presentation and level of service! I will be back!

I loved the food so much!! The avocado toast with smoked salmon and the soft boiled eggs were truly spectacular! The food is so fresh!! Truly best smoke salmon I’ve had (ever) - the matcha was so good that I didn’t even add any sugar to it (which is unlike me) - I also ordered their potatoes chips - which has an interesting topping ( a little vinegary and sweet at the same time) weird combo but it strangely works! Lol The only downside was the wifi connection- if you need a nice cafe to work and eat - you will be doing more eating than working :/ I had to take the rest of my food to go because the network was so bad I couldn’t work. Nonetheless, I will be back sonner rather than later cuz that food was givinggg! 👌🏾

I give it 3 stars because even though the food is delicious, it’s just not exceptional. There’s a cool ambiance but usually there is always people waiting outside, that’s why we had higher expectations, at least the portions are big enough. Prices are in comparison a notch expensive. Staff is really lovely though. Surely you can at least go once and try it out. Accessibility: it’s just one floor, at the street entrance, easily accessible by wheelchair or crutches.

Great vegan breakfast! We ordered two toasts (avo and tomato) and a yogurt with granola, a coffee and a lemonade. Would be lovely to see coconut yogurt in the offer. Everything very tasty and amazing homemade lemonade which felt like a LEMONade not SUGARlemonade, finally a refreshing, not oversweet drink. Great price for good food :)

Such a lovely place! It’s not just another specialty coffee shop. The little things make the difference – and they know this very well with their cool pottery, unique interior design and how they serve the food. The staff was super nice. They also have a lot of vegan options. Next time I will try the cake or cookies, it looked delish.

Love this place! Nice relaxed atmosphere with no pretence with a neighbourhood feel. The food and coffee are good and their cakes are some of the best in Madrid but the place is made by Maria and Ros, such nice people. Keep up the good work guys.

Lovely place. I go each week on my day off. The staff are friendly, the coffee is well extracted both on espresso and filter, and the food is fresh and beautifully presented. They use nomad, and Ive been impressed with the profiles especially on batch. The shop next door has a really nice girl tending the wonderful selection of retail and pantry items. Everything on the shelves seems well thought out and sustainable

Fabulous coffee, delicious pastry and super friendly staff. In my opinion prices are also ok, for a cappuccino and a croissant you will need about 3€.

The food was healthy and tasty, i really liked it, i was just annoyed that there was no QR code for the menu, and i was asked to check the menu via Instagram which unfortunately didn't have an English menu as well. Other than that all was very good.

Vegan whole food and relaxing atmosphere…

We went there every single morning of our stay in Madrid for breakfast... just looooved the place. Vegan bikini, tostadas with avocado and egg/salmon, croissants - everything we tried was sooo nice! Have to mention the homemade bread, the really great vegan options on the menu and the great coffee... The staff is the nicest - they were so helpful in every way and looked after us brilliantly. You definitely should check out the place, when you are in the area...

Very cute and nice spot for brunch/breakfast. Not expensive and very good quality. Coffee is delicious and lovely staff! I 100% recommend when passing in the South of Madrid.

Grilled cheese sandwiches that will blow your mind

Dot is the newest addition to Madrid's specialty coffee scene and currently the first of its kind south of Atocha. Their beans are from Barcelona's famous Nomad roastery. Needless to say that the espresso is excellent; the one I had was slightly fruity, well balanced and full of body. The food is also great. All their ingredients, as well as bread and cakes, come from local suppliers. On weekends, they offer brunch; I haven't tried it yet, but it looked delicious (especially the massive "Dot Sandwich"). The café's interior is very spacious, warm and inviting. It excudes a hip and modern vibe, similar to the specialty coffee places in the very center of Madrid. But given its location, Dot feels more like a neighborhood cafe rather than a hipster hangout (which I appreciate). Overall, I can't recommend this place enough.

The minimal coffee shop in Delicias and nearby Matadero park. I like the way they decorated the place and the color theme of the place makes me feel like I can sit and chill. There is a sizeable space with the wood table in the middle of the shop that so comfortable for working. I like the pastry and orange juice, very tasty and reasonable price. And they also have a good quality ground coffee bean, my boyfriend really like it.
