The reviews here are accurate! I booked an appointment with Dr Faisal after reading his reviews here. He is gentle, kind and empathetic. I have an irrational fear of dentist so it was really last choice to come and get my molar fixed. Dr Faisal explained everything without forcing anything on me. He gave me the time to decide on what I wanted and was supportive. I ended up needing a surgery to remove both my molars and it was truly non painful. Thank you Dr Faisal for your patience and gentleness. Additionally, the staffs at Nuffield were all so kind.

Had visited for wisdom teeth surgery (two lower extractions). Had been really nervous prior to the visit but Dr Faisal helps lighten the mood by passing jokes and ensuring that i was comfortable throughout. He would stop and ask if I am doing fine and let me know what he is going to do next. His team of nurses were really kind and helpful, upon knowing that i am unable to swallow pills, they took the extra effort to help dissolve them in water so that i can consume the medications and prevent feeling pain after the anaesthesia wears off. Post-operative instructions were delievered well and receptionist was really patient in explaining what i have to do for the upcoming days. Now one day after surgery i can say that i feel little to no pain. No facial bruising as well. Am glad that i trusted the reviews and trusted Dr Faisal to do my surgery. Really very thankful to him and his wonderful team! Would highly recommend to my family and friends in the future :)

I did my wisdom tooth surgery with Dr Faisal and everything went very smoothly. This is day 1 post surgery and I have not felt any pain, after following their after care instructions. I had a number of follow up queries post surgery and Joelle and her male colleague at the reception attended to them very promptly. Really appreciate the great skills and service of the team here.

I recently underwent wisdom teeth extraction with Dr Faisal, and the entire experience was very pleasant. I removed 2 wisdom teeth but the entire process was pain-free and over in just ~15-20 minutes. Dr Faisal and the staff were also very friendly and reassuring. Will definitely recommend to my family/friends who need wisdom tooth extraction.

Dr Faisal and his team did an amazing job with my wisdom teeth surgery/ extraction - I was shaking the whole time, but they made sure it was completely painless before going in with the actual procedure (for every tooth)! 2 surgical, 2 non-surgical in under 25 mins. I felt completely taken care of, even by the receptionist who briefed me on postoperative care and checked in the next morning. Now, 24 hours later, I’m glad to report minimal pain, swelling and bleeding (no numbness at all). Thanks so much to the Nuffield Simpang team for your experienced care!

Amazing experience with Dr Chung. Super friendly with my baby. I brought my 2 year old son for a visit to Nuffield Dental (Simpang Bedok) and I have zero regrets. As a mom, my top priority is to find a baby/kid friendly clinic be it Dental or GP. If you can handle a crying baby with so much patience, you definitely have my trust! I’ll definitely come back to the same Doctor 107%. My first dental visit with my 2 year old baby was amazing. Highly recommended.

Had check-up and cleaning done by Dr Anna today. She was really gentle and thorough with the cleaning. I usually experience some sensitivity in my lower teeth but I felt none from her! Staff was really friendly and polite as well. Thank you so much for the great experience :)

Dr Teh was super friendly and makes me feel at ease throughout my procedure, regardless of just check up or surgery. Really feel very relaxed and at peace knowing that I'm being taken care of well! The staff were friendly and very helpful too! Dr Faisal was my first Dr and he was super friendly and chill as well. I'm really at ease with my dental knowing that I'm being well taken care of!
