Staff was rude when questioned and challenged me why I were taking the photos, forgetting I were their customer. Didn't the staff know taking public photos and writing reviews to submit to Google is not a public offence or criminal act? Well, the one act of action now caused the whole place a well deserved 1 star rating. Time to buck up, management team. Train your staff and teach them the basic manner how to treat customers well, if they want to be treated well in return. Always remember, customers have other options like Ya Kun, Fun Toast etc.

So disappointed, the toast was burnt and is bitter but yet was served. Totally no control, is so disgrace, some more location in Changi Jewel. Come here can only drink not for food. Toast Box price keep increasing but yet quality keep dropping.

Just very hungry and wanting to eat laksa before leaving Singapore, but the service was so bad, very unfriendly and seems like not happy serving the customers. This is a bit sad for me coz I was looking forward to try toast box in Singapore coz it’s one of my fave comfort food but instead of being able to enjoy my food, I just want to rush and leave the place :-(

Hi Toast Box, please teach your staff to have basic courtesy and manners. No greetings and staff is ultimately unfriendly. As though I am talking to air and no respond heard. I would definitely not visit this outlet again.

Curry chicken rice comes with 1 small chicken drumstick. Why don’t you call it curry potato rice? =_=

Convenient place to have a cup of your coffee, tea or milo and rest or chi chat for a while. However, be warned that the prices are double or triple those outside of Jewel or the airport!

Staff was fast. Kaya toast had sufficient amount of coconut jam. I liked the drink infographics. Chicken thigh was juicy. My friend really liked the shrimp noodles.

The best local food combo of Singapore is Kaya toast with Koffee. Most prompt service ever! Divine taste. You cannot go wrong with this choice. This place sells other food items too; however, we ended up just eating Kaya toast.
