Nice place to eat in Jabalpur. Taste is good,and ambience is also up to the mark . Service is a little slow, but nothing to complain about .

Hi I m dr. Neha shakya yesterday night I visited Crystal Hotel and restaurant.The hotel staffs are amiable, professional and they welcomed the clients with the wariness of their heart. They always smiled when they treat the guests. Besides, the food of the hotel's restaurant was delicious. I had a chance to taste the traditional meals of the country at crystal hotel. I was pleased with all the dishes there.it was wonderful experience

One of the best restaurants in jabalpur. Great ambience and delicious food. Though they can improve in their service as sometimes it takes a long time for your order to arrivre. It was opened on my birthday 22 June (maybe that's why I like this place ) and they have maintained it very nicely since then. And it's a little expensive.

No matter how much difficult the day was butter chicken and garlic naan can make you happy in no time. I have tasted butter chicken in more then a dozen restaurants in jabalpur but crystal is always top on the list.

i was very good ambience there... people were celebrating birthdays of their loving one's..... starters snacks were good in taste... service was also good... paneer kadhai..ok...but mushroom was not tasty at all...... i also feel that ... restaurant is little.. expensive as compared to similar others in the city...

worst hotel waited 1hr for soup only. came today on 13th Nov2023. After 1hr got soup in broken bowl. Starter took 1hr 30 min. Only if you want to waste time then only come to this hotel. Staff says we are running short of staff please go for self service

Very disappointed.The service was very late. We waited for 45 mins before our order was delivered. We ordered for chapatis and waited for 15-20 mins while all the other dishes cooled down. The quantity was also very less.Just imagine even the water in the hand bowl was cold 😂😂😂 Never ever gonna visit this place again

Dear crystal Rampur , Yesterday I ordered butter chicken in the evening I have to review you about it is i eaten worst butter chicken in jabalpur till now was yours . So i don't know weather you give these worst through zomato or not but was worst taste ! Giving 450 for these thing is worthless . Hope you improve your taste

Food taste was not good. They need to improve lot. Service was OK. I suggest to everyone try to other restaurant with family, if you come here your mood will get off. Bad experience.

In jabalpur there are very few places where tasty as well as hygienic food is served. Crystal is one of them. There's decent variety of food items on menu. Prices are comparable to that of places in Pune-Mumbai. The food is really good and so is the quantity. However when I ordered parcel, quantity of sabji was less as compared to what is served on the table. Ambience-wise I love places which are dimly light. And crystal scores here. Also it is quiet place which I prefer especially during dinner with family. Whenever I visit Jabalpur I do visit crystal and so far I am not disappointed. Must visit place in jabalpur.

Pathetic place, poor service and impolite staff. They are charging 40 rs for a kinley bottle having an MRP of 20 , what is the use of MRP in it then. The service is very poor, took too much time in order compleyion and staff was very rude. Had visited this place twice and my experience was bad in both the instances. Overall 0 recommendation for this place. Avoid it.

Ordered chicken italiano with BBQ sauce: taste similar to honey chili chicken. 3*/5 Diamond paneer: green color gravy. Taste good. 4*/5 Chicken biryani: against the hype it was average in taste. Didn't liked much. 3*/5

The food was good as good as it can get in that price range. The service was poor. We had to wait for 30min for our food to come and had to wait again in between for the "Naan" to come..

Had worst experience here ordered dum ka murg and it was uneatable ever and it was worst.. it was tooo salty to even taste. When asked for change they took they old gravy tried to make it sweet but then it was salty and sweet worst waste of money ever. Please ignore this place if you don't want issues and hassle free dinner refer other dinning places. "WORST PLACE TO EAT"

Ambience of this is good and beautiful. It's comfortable for all overall. I went to this place a lot of times just to give them another chance since we have heard a lot of good reviews about the place. But I'm disappointed and sadly to say all times we got food which okayish. I think it's more suitable for non vegetarian as it's their main speciality. The staff is really nice and they co-operate and greet nicely.

Behaviour of staff is not that great, they work as per their mood, even manager didn't seems friendly, chutney served at start was stinking have informed about that bt they didn't even care about it, and taste was not at all up to the mark, Chinese server tastes bad, we visit crystal every now and then bt service and tastenow a days is very disappointing.

Restaurant was full as it was Saturday night Only 4 men were there to serve everyone Waiting time was toooo long around 40 minutes, we ordered Paneer Barari Rs.295, Chicken Crystal Special Rs.395 portion was sufficient for 3 people, taste was also very nice and different from the taste you would usually get in other restaurants. Overall food was good 4 stars but service 3 stars
