Regular customer. Purchased dozen of product from different tanishq showroom Jabalpur. Very limited design availability. Without knowing size and looks none can take risk to order online and order it by giving 75% amount without seeing any product. I needed more varieties in earings and rings on all sizes. I had to drop final order of ring due to non size availability.. vlcc kitty party was there at that time so no customer representative taking care of current customers.. I have purchased a Chand Bali but it's billing process was so slow and frustrating that my old aged mother started panicking. We forget to weighing the purchased product.

Nice sales person behaviour. But I find very few designs of my interest.

Tanishq offers genuine jewellery with gold certificate. Also, they have karat meter to check karat of gold. We exchanged gold bought almost 10 years back and shockingly the karat is too low. Local dealers cheat customers and provide amazing looking jewellery with low karat.

Regular customer of Tanisq Jabalpur; Nice collection of jewellery, cooperative and friendly staff. We have been nicely dealt with by staffs especially Poonam Garg who was found to be very supportive, courteous and is always available on calls and responds to any queries.

Wish i could give 0 stars. They either don't have proper stock or most of jwellery is outdated stock. Sales stuff is completely clueless and dumb, Not recommended at all you can visit Tanishq Hyderabad or Bangalore for new collection.

Store has extensive collection. Staff is polite. Customer service is a bit lacking. I have had better experience with their Rewa store. I have been to both stores with kids, staff at the Rewa store is definitely more customer oriented ensuring the kids are engaged and welcomed so that the parents can concentrate on shopping. This store lacks that factor which makes shopping with kids a hurried experience and we had to hurry through the process. Won’t be visiting again.
