Absolutely AMAZING!! One of the best Yoga studio in Ahmedabad. I had never done yoga before and she has helped me progress so quickly , guiding me through the whole experience. She gives personal attention to everyone and emphasis on perfect posture. It is a great mix of posture flow, breathing and relaxation. I strongly recommend AUM Yog studio to anyone who wants an amazing yoga experience!

Amazing classes with various variations every day. Mam focuses on every part of the body and mind and designs classes so as to achieve flexibility and strength. Moreover, classes also include meditation and various fun and interactive yoga sessions in between.

Great atmosphere, great place to practice yoga. The way of teaching and the personal attention students get is phenomenal. The ambience helps us to forget the our daily activities and freshens our mind. The teacher always keeps motivating during the class, which helps to do better.

Bhavika is really good at her craft. Her method and style of counting during holding asanas is very unique and effective. Although it's been 2 weeks only since joining , I am happy and satisfied with my decision of selecting Aum yog studio among other options available in South Bopal. Highly recommended

AUM YOG STUDIO is absolutely AMAZING! Bhavika has so deeply knowledge of traditional yoga. and Explains very well during the session. She works with all levels like physical asana, pranayam,meditation and kriyas .she has helped mentally and physically progress so quickly. She is always on time and pleasant to work with! Excellent yoga coaching, personal attention to everyone in the batch online or offline. Good for beginners as well as people at an advance levels. I had multiple slipped disks in an accident 8 months ago and i was not sure i could do yoga but after a month i can not believe what i can do.Overall a very good experience. All the trainers are are excellent. Thank you guys.
