Very biased with tennants. They charge non refundable fee of Rs 10000 towards damages as mandatory. Good place to stay but the committe needs to change their behaviour towards tennant. I would suggest people who are looking to take house on rent in this society to learn more about the committe.

The locality is awesome. The location is peaceful and yet has a great connectivity as it is just 150 meters away from the main road. The property is very well maintained and looks beautiful!

Nice residential society with limited number of flats. The society premises are maintained very well. The space between each blocks and common area is covered with full of greenery which increases its beauty in monsoon. There is only single car allotted parking space which can be thought by someone if anyone planning to buy property here.

One of the best gated residential society at Gandhinagar. Tge buikt quality of the houses are also good. The garden area, the swimming pool, and the play area for kids are well maintained.
