I was amazed by the hospitality, after my room allocation, I called the reception for a service. When the desk officer wanted to get back to me the room telephone was not receiving in coming calls, the officer called to my cell number and shocked me by saying " we are coming to fix your line, if we cannot be able to correct the challenge we will have to move you to another room immediately " this took me by surprising, hey how many hotels can change your room to another one all because the phone in the room is not working, that's amazing service, keep it up Kalahari Arms

A real oasis on the long road to Namibia or Maun. The new wing of rooms are very modern and well appointed. Good food and friendly service. Just a pity the pillows on the beds are hard as rocks

Was here for dinner which was good, we had local cuisine. The service was slow though.

Oh my word!! It was the food for me (I'm a foodie as you can tell) and the decor really exude the Kalahari vibes, and the service is really great.. I really enjoyed my time there๐Ÿท๐Ÿ˜Œ

A nice hotel with a few issues. The single room has no shower but only a bathtub. The cold and hot water are seperate so a improvised shower not possible. I wanted to go for a swim but the water was to dirty/cloudy. WiFi was not working and could not be fixed because it was a public holiday. That is in 2023 not acceptable

250 Pula to pitch your own tent. If you are with a single tentou pay as much as a 4 person tent. Trying to explain to the Manager that 1 single tent occupies less than a 4px tent is useless as she keeps telling you is 250P per tent. I didn't stay, I moved on.... Do the math lady 1 px tent occupies less tan a 4 px tent

Best meals, loved the facelift after Travel lodge management. Thereโ€™s a lot of history in pictures of how the Gantsi township was before all the developments. Though it took a bit of time to get food I am guessing it was the busiest time cos of the year end travel. The overall experience was great ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

Wonderful stay! The rooms are tastefully decorated with some nice modern features. The restaurant serves a good selection of meals, the steak is a must and room service is available. I booked directly with the hotel not through a booking site, which made a big difference in the room rate. The staff are very helpful and well presented. Overall an excellent stay and a must visit especially when leaving the Kalahari Game Reserve.

Kalahari Arms is refreshing, I love that it's close to amenities and the interior is so beautiful. They could increase the speed at the kitchen but the food is amazing even though the taste differs all the time.

Terrible service at the restaurant. Food not appetizing at all. Better off at a guest lodge

The best place to stay over on your first trip to northern parts of Botswana. Food is great with some traditional dishes on the menu
