Money minded clinic. Actually I got tooth implantation here (in 2021). I paid the amount in full but before getting treatment i got transferred to Bangalore. So I asked for refund. Female doctor said okay but later a male doctor came and refused for refund and said that the female doctor doesn't know the policies of the clinic. He said - refund policy is not there for our clinic. I must say - ethics are not there for you. Finally I took leave and got the treatment because of their unethical policy. First they said amount includes crown also. But before getting crown, they charged seperately for it and they bluntly replied that for crown placement you have to pay seperately. Broke the commitment which they gave earlier.

This Clinic Should be renamed as “ManMaani” dentals - they don’t tell the treatment clearly to patients, old elderly helpless CGHS pensioners come here and face difficulties- when we tried to tell them the procedure they shout at us asking us to calm down, not happy with service they need some training on how to tackle customers and how to be more transparent- I wish i checked reviews before making a huge payment today - I regret a lot

Worst hospital. One doctor told my teeth is good, next day another doctor told my terth is not in good condition. Highly money minded. Did one time cleaning and charged for four times. Not suitable for CGHS patients. They loot money from government through us.
