This
was
one
of
the
worst
hotel
service
experience
I
had
in
my
life
and
I've
stayed
in
several
hotels.
The
booking
was
done
for
3
adults
for
a
luxury
room
where
we
payed
a
premium
amount.
But
still,
their
policy
says
that
complimentary
breakfast
was
only
for
2
adults.
What
kind
of
logic
is
that,
I
will
never
understand.
The
service
was
sub-par,
the
staff
was
treating
us
like
we
were
children
and
there
were
several
lapses
in
communication.
There's
not
even
a
closed
parking
space
for
guests
who
stay
here
overnight.
Even
while
explaining
the
breakfast
issue
to
the
staff,
they
were
not
ready
to
understand,
and
the
manager
was
not
even
ready
to
talk
to
us.
He
was
trying
his
level
best
to
evade
from
interacting
with
a
guest.
I
don't
know
why
he
is
even
in
the
service
industry
if
that's
the
case.
This
hotel
and
its
management
needs
to
learn
what
it
means
to
be
in
the
service
industry.
I
did
not
pay
such
a
premium
amount
to
be
treated
like
a
third-class
citizen
with
disrespect.
Lucky
I
am
a
lawyer
and
I'm
contemplating
initiating
a
consumer
action
against
the
hotel.
