We have not used the room service so can't review on that. Coming to food, Rumali roti, Butter chicken, starters and chicken biryani were delicious. These items are worthy. Veg Biryani was not upto the mark. Also, have not tried the other veg items.

This was one of the worst hotel service experience I had in my life and I've stayed in several hotels. The booking was done for 3 adults for a luxury room where we payed a premium amount. But still, their policy says that complimentary breakfast was only for 2 adults. What kind of logic is that, I will never understand. The service was sub-par, the staff was treating us like we were children and there were several lapses in communication. There's not even a closed parking space for guests who stay here overnight. Even while explaining the breakfast issue to the staff, they were not ready to understand, and the manager was not even ready to talk to us. He was trying his level best to evade from interacting with a guest. I don't know why he is even in the service industry if that's the case. This hotel and its management needs to learn what it means to be in the service industry. I did not pay such a premium amount to be treated like a third-class citizen with disrespect. Lucky I am a lawyer and I'm contemplating initiating a consumer action against the hotel.

I had a remarkable dining experience at this hotel. The food was exquisite, a symphony of flavors that left my taste buds in awe. However, what truly set this establishment apart was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making us feel like cherished guests. From the moment we entered until we left, it was a gastronomic journey of delight and impeccable service. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a truly exceptional dining experience.

The food was good but the taste was little subtle and parking is available in large space.. pulaos are very good and deserts are must try!

Had a bad experience with takeaway recently. After consuming the idli and vada we bought from the hotel, 3 members of my family including me, fell ill. We had vomiting and diarrhea. It took us about a week to recover. We suspect it might have been the sambar. Tulips Grand should adhere to stricter food safety standards for takeaway. To be fair, we dined at the hotel a few times earlier and it was a good experience. However, one bad incident like this will make customers lose trust and refrain from ordering again. I urge the Management to look into this issue and ensure it does not happen again.

The service was good and the behaviour of Mr. Aspak. He is friendly and the food he recommended was also tasty. The behaviour and food for this I will also recommend my more friends for the hotel to go . It was a nice time to spend and eat food .

Family Pack Biryani is good here sufficient for 4 people. Taste and Ambience are also decent. Definetely recommend this once. Veg Biryani is very good.

Food taste is great. Dibyaranjan was a great host to provide good choices of food and serving time as well quality is very satisfying. Good place to have a dine out with family and friends.

Avg food with heavy pricing The blending of the spice’s isn’t that great. Ordered fresh lime juice which isn’t chilled and sweet enough at least. Used to order online which used to be fine but somehow didn’t justified at the restaurant directly.

You have to have good day to get good food here. Location is really good. I visited 3 times and got too much spicy food 2 times. The spice was too much even I was unable to handle. Once food was good but I have to ask staff for my order frequently. The person who took orders was missing or forgetting. There is lot to improve here. Respect customer's money and serve quality food and listen if customer asking for changes especially spice levels. Uppal branch is really good, follow them.

I have visited the Tulip Grand hotel multiple times and it never fails to impress me. The food served in the restaurant is always amazing with a great variety of dishes and a nice taste that leaves me wanting more. The hotel's ambience is wonderful and the rooms always clean and well-maintained. While I have come across some negative comments about the hotel, my experience has always been pleasant. The staff is polite and prompt with their service and always willing to help. The location is also convenient and accessible. I have enjoyed my stay every time I visited the Tulip Grand hotel and would highly recommend it to others. I am looking forward to visiting again soon and hope that the hotel continues to maintain its high standards. I wish them all the best and encourage everyone to give it a try.

I have gone there for multiple times for their excellent taste of food. I also love the hospitality of the employees over there. Especially Sonali who is one of the employee there have taken care of everything from seating availability till we pay the bill. Ofcourse, its their Job to do but I simply like the behaviour of Sonali. Thank you.

We have just ordered jeera rice and paneer butter masala. The taste was good but in curry they added too much food colour which is really not required.After washing our hands I was shocked by seeing hands they were in red/orange colour. I also yusually cook jeera rice and paneer for my daughter without adding any food colour it’s too good in taste but I am totally disappointed with my experience here and I don’t want to order next time. I got to know it’s better to cook in home only. Thanks.

Room was marvellous and staff were very polite and helpful Especially Mr.Aspak. His behaviour was very good Location is also perfect where you can have easy access to all the restaurants,cafes and the food is super delicious and tasty!!!!
