Dr O Jyoti’s personal receptionist is the worst, the PA is so so rude to everybody, anybody who is visiting a psychiatrist is obviously going through something and need kindness, I’ve never seen someone behaving like that with their patients, if dr O jyoti needs clients, she needs to change this entitled receptionist who thinks she runs the hospital. She’s bringing your patients down! Pathetic.

The Asha hospital is located in Bajara hill Road no 14. It is exclusively treats Mental health and tobacco and alcohol addictive cases. Here you have a panel of experienced consultants and clinical Psychologists. The Doctors give an excellent treatment and patient hearing. I feel this is a place for Mental, depressive and anxiety and mental health patients under one roof, you get all doctors are available as per the speciality.

really poor service, went to get an adult ADHD diagnosis, one doctor was able to arrange an emergency appointment for me for the next I was very grateful, but the doc was also dismissive and said that they don't think i have ADHD based on a short conversation and no testing, and then said that everyone procrastinates when I got upset. Still, she was trying to be nice. The next day (today) appointment was at 12:00 pm, I arrived early and the appointment was delayed for more than an hour, I cancelled the appointment and left after waiting for an hour. The waiting area also had this high pitched noise constantly, will drive you insane if you aren't already. wouldn't recommend to any neurodivergent client.

I went with my daughter to Asha hospital today, and was seen by the psychiatrist. He asked a few questions to my kid and me separately, and just advised a psychologic test. Nothing else, as to why the test was written, what can be expected from it, he spoke nothing about our problem, just nothing. If we pay 1100 for a less than 5 minute consultation to be just told to get a test(and that costs 4000) done, what's the consultation for? Where is the discussion, where is the evaluation, where is the assurance, where is the treatment plan, where is the provisional diagnosis ...and if we return after a week, we pay 1100 again, looks like making money is the only concern. Asha means hope, but I lost all hope on this hospital. Never go there again.

I’ve recently completed an internship at Asha hospital, banjarahills for almost 5 months before getting into my psychiatry residency. It was a beautiful experience the senior consultants Dr. Chytanya Deepak , Dr. Chandrashekhar, Dr. Gowri Devi, Dr. Jagannath, Dr. Prasad Rao, Dr. MS Reddy, Dr. Ramana, Dr. Sandeep and Dr. Swetha were absolute best in their field. I’ve had many things to learn following each of their approaches. The Jr consultants especially Dr.Sathiya mam what can I say learning from her was the best experience I had here. Dr. Madhiha and Dr. Chandresh Thankyou soo much for all the invaluable lessons. Dr. Amritha made AJRC a fun learning place and to all the Jr. residents especially Dr.vainika Thankyou! This place is run by dedicated and enthusiastic psychiatrists and I hold it in very high regard for both patients and doctors.

I have been to Asha hospital in Banjara Hills a few times accompanying family members. Dr Sandeep has always been amazing. One gets relieved and come out with a positive and hopeful outlook. The good vibes from him are contagious and makes one feel it’s possible to be cheerful. Mr Prasad, his secretary, is also very patient and supportive when you seek appointment or when you’re waiting. With a few counsellors and a couple of labs sharing the same waiting room the place is noisy and disturbing. I found all the patients to be very quiet while the accompanying caregivers mostly on the phone engaged in loud conversations or listening to programs with speakers on in their mobiles. This kind of ambience, I don’t think will be easy on patients. A few notices to observe silence and restrict use of mobiles in the waiting room will definitely fetch a 5 star review

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Asha Nursing Home. The call center associate was rude when enquiring about rehabilitation services and rescheduling appointments. The lack of an escalation process led to a disturbing call from a nursing home employee threatening physical harm. Upon reaching the facility, they overcharged us, issuing an official invoice for Rs.100 while billing Rs.800. This raises concerns about potential scams and alleged government involvement. Exercise caution before considering their services.
