Four years back I had given 5stars but now in 2022 I'm forced to edit my feedback, nothing is as before, except few doctors and nurses all are waste, no proper response to us, don't know what's going on. Specially ICU, worst Dr Ramakrishna. Many times got to run behind the nursing staff and on duty doctor from clarification, on few occasions they came with wrong medicine, we had to check out. When it's for billing all corporate hospitals are nearly same and same corporate level treatment is expected, the least they should provide for the amount we are paying. Sorry but if you want your loved ones to live and taken care at best, please avoid this hospital. Thankfully in time we got discharged and got admitted in other hospital. Wish this hospital get's closed earlier, let's see till when they runs it, if it continues surely it will be closed very soon.

If I could give this a negative 10, I would. NIGHTMARE of a place! My father who was admitted for a very commonplace surgical procedure was neglected to the point of extreme suffering post-op until he passed away a few days later IN THE MOST CRUEL WAY. Not even our consent was asked before the ventilator was taken down after they found no pulse on him. We were not informed/updated at various stages about the trauma he was enduring even after repeated efforts and pleading to take better care of him. They only started giving him attention after reaching a critical stage and THEN told us survival rate was minimal. This is a BIG warning to others. Do not pay heed to the positive reviews if you want to save your loved ones. Take them to APOLLO! In addition, they even calculated payments wrong and wanted us to pay extra. Complete FRAUDS.

The worst hospital ever in my life. Money is the priority here,even after taking lakhs of rupees they don’t take care of the patient even if the patient is about to die they neglect the patient very easily. Very much unprofessional doctors they doesn’t how to treat the patient.If you want your loved one’s to die then I highly recommend this hospital.

Cheap hospital. Mismanagement to the core and greedy doctors who are concerned about money only. The hospital staff which includes management and nurses were not cordial. The whole hospital should be accounted for the unethical practices it is carrying out.

Went to see a neurologist. It is a good spacious hospital with whole lot of departments. They made us wait for sometime. Finally the doctor Dr. Ateequr Rahman saw the patient. He examined well gave some tests. The hospital is little bit expensive but the good thing is it is centrally located.

This hospital has the most disgusting staff ever. The worst hospital I have ever come across. They don't care about person's life or death. They will show up their negligence until a patient is dead.

I cannot say enough expletives for this place. Extremely negligent nurses and doctors. For my uncle admitted in the ICU where there is supposed to be a duty doctor present 24x7, most times hardly any doctor was to be found especially when patient was needing urgent attention. Two days later, he suffered cardiac arrest due to their inattentive and rude heartless and inhuman behaviour. Due to their negligence we lost a pure soul.

Absolutely disgusting service here. My poor brother who needed a simple enough surgical procedure was messed around with during and after surgery, infected with sepsis which was not identified until too late and was nearly on his deathbed. No sense of accountability from doctors and nurses were incredibly rude. He suffered needlessly on their behalf. Can never forget this experience of treating the patient like meat being presented for sacrifice for the sake of money.

The worst hospital in Hyderabad. I lost my father there as they mismanaged the whole situation. A powerful person's relative had to admitted in the hospital, and everyone attended him and no nurse stood beside my father to take care of his needs even after us calling them multiple times. Terrible hospital. My friend lost her husband due to carelessness of the hospital staff. No proper treatment was given to the patient. This is really so heart-wrenching. A hospital is considered to be a place where the patients are treated for their illnesses and not mistreated. They left him to die. Really careless attitude of the doctors and nurses. If you really want to save your loved ones kindly look for some other hospital and not for a money making one which simply doesn't care about the patients but simply want to mint money. A genuine request to go for another hospital.

Hello Everyone, Please don’t ever think of taking to this hospital. They don’t have proper staff to take care of post surgery treatment. Money is everything for them. They can’t even handle normal surgeries, they keep my brother after normal surgery in ICU for 2 days and 3rd day they told us that his condition is getting critical after that they put him on ventilator for 2 days before declaring he passed away. Please don’t go to this hospital.

Staff is helpful, maintenance is very good. Our assigned doctor Zubair was very professional and helped us with all questions we had...... Food is great in taste and quality...... Nurses were little slow and had to be called multiple times sometimes..... Rooms are comfortable for the patient, their service is great. Definitely suggest you to visit for any treatments.

Useless Hospital and its Staff.

The receptionist at Dr.Jaychandra need to polite with the not so called vvvip patients. Preference is given only to vvvip patients only. The receptionist & the hospital should see the urgency of the patients needs.

My father is admitted in this hospital. He cured within two days. He got good treatment and doctors are very supportive. Management is also very good and responsive. In this covid pandemic situation,they are sanitizing regularly. And treating the attender with good respect. I am well satisfied with their services. Receptionist at Dr Sukumar Gabriel cluster is worst , She is showing attitude at patients as if they are doing it for free, she is irresponsible and not fit to work as Receptionist. My brother was treated by Dr. Jayachandra Pulmonologist. Man of excellence. He is very positive oriented and has tremendous knowledge in lungs. He treatment was excellent and very effective. Overall it is a nice hospital.

Came here for treatment of my father. This place is not for people who are looking for economical treatment . The fees are pretty high and even a general consultation would end up making your pocket lighter by Rs. 2500 at least ( Doctor Fees + Pharmacy + some minimal test) . SO visit this place only if you have the financial means to incur such costs. They have a pharmacy as well but they do not give any discounts. So instead purchase medicines from nearby shops.

I am an Inspector in central excise. Right now in hospital joined 2 days ago ...got shifted from ICCU to General. I had CGHS facility but intially management staff insisted me to pay and claim reimbursement in my dept. After convincing them for long time they agreed to give credit based treatment. Doctors r very professional and kind. Nurses r very kind and attentive. Bathrooms r kept very very neatly...I Appreciate. Security personnel r heartless as they don't let food from home even though patient is starving and even doctors allow home food. Security argues wid doctors !!! Shame . Mosquitoes in general ward 5th floor and suddenly the AC will b off. Twice I requested to ON the AC. No idea abt charges as I am under CGHS benefit. Over all doctors r very good and hospital is abov average. I felt charges might b less than yashoda. In yashoda u HV to sell Ur whole family's kidneys to pay for treatment 😉.

In Virinchi hospital I had a excellent experience with The doctor's and nurses practitioner are so understanding.We’ve never had an issue with either of them. Dr.G.Hidayath Ullah is one of the most caring doctor ever I have had the pleasure of having Called as best surgeon. He is well-trained, knowledgeable, and strives to be a partner in my healthcare as my family attempt to stay in the best physical condition possible.

Needs to work on betterment of the infrastructure. Rooms need to be looked into and getting the issues in the rooms fixed. Support staff needs to ensure that all the belongings of the previous patients have been removed before shifting the new patient. The staff has no proper communication between them and in the end the patients are getting impacted and suffering. The vibes in the hospital are depressing and really lowers the patients moral and will power. The hospital just looks nice from outside but it’s the opposite from inside. Needs to really work on getting the infrastructure and the staff communication gaps issues to be fixed. Ideally will not recommend this hospital for a major surgery as it would cost a bomb and the surgery will not be worth it.

Doctors are good but general management of hospital is ridiculous. Hospital has made Covid19 test mandatory before admission, however for simple Rapid Antigen test, the patient was made to be pushed on wheel chair to a different block made to sit on road where there is no provision for wheel chair access, simple they could do the test in the main block and avoid giving unnecessary trauma to sick.

My father was admitted for Acute Cardiac Arrest at Virinchi, Banjara Hills on 28 Nov,2020. Virinchi Emergency Team used their best resources to diagnosis the cause and then after admitted in ICCU, under the Supervision and Procedure of Dr. Deepak Saha- Intensive Cardiologist, my father was treated with CAG followed by PTCA and kept our family learned and timely update of all the stages of developments. We thank whole heartedly to Dr. Deepak Saha for his humane, hospitality and recognize his unmatched skills. At same time we thank Dr. Bilal and Dr. Ajay, who was following up with the case pre and post procedure, I also thank the management for economical support and strongly recommend Virinchi hospital in any emergency. We recommend Virinchi Hospital to everybody for their loved ones as our beloved father was treated by Virinchi Team, of his successful and speedy recovery.

My Mom had a serious shoulder injury, and we walked in immediately to 'Ravi Ortho' wherein we were asked for our details, soon the receptionist spoke (on call) to the doctor in front of us and they assumed that we are coming from a containment zone .They had a conversation about the COVID situation and made us wait for the hours together. And later we were asked to leave saying we will get a call as and when the doctor is available, and there has been no call ever since! Overall it is clearly evident the doctor or the staff are least bothered about the patients and rather worried about their themselves. I wish them safe health and advise to open up a new business/venture!

The services of the hospital are good and the medical personnel are very sincere and they used to listen the patients problems carefully noted and give good advices and suggestions to the patients requirements further. Hypocrisy - just be careful else you’ll lose your loved once! - if something wrong happens, they will bribe you not to make issue before media but they are least bothered about a life. KARMA will hit whom ever did wrong irrespective of it might be MD, Doctors, Nurses/anyone… - A huge difference in treating patients by their range or status. - Here nurses are more than doctors, when the patient is feeling hungry, they respond do you need feeding or treatment? I know, when a human has his stomach him, (s)he would feel confident to live but these guys as killing with their overconfidence.

This hospital is located just adjacent to my home and it looks deserted and empty all the time. There is not a single person, patient visible. Even the guards are also not their on the doors. This looks more like a hotel than hospital. Built on the main road, with magnificent structure need a stronger staff, good doctor team for it to run in the better way.

I got two words for this place- MONEY MINDED. My husband got admitted here for a fracture repair under the guidance of Dr Aditya. The junior doctor was Dr Venkatesh. He underwent surgery and the day after was holi. We were given discharge and sent home to come back after 7 days. When we went back the doctors are asking us why we have not used any medication. Apparently we were supposed to use medicine in tapering doses etc which we were neither informed not explained. My husband developed radial nerve palsy because of the negligence of the doctors and staff. Completely disappointed. They blamed it all on us saying we were supposed to check the reports to see if we have to take any medicine. They charged 2L for the simple procedure and the service given was horrible. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

He is so friendly and very patient in making us understand about the condition and we are extremely happy with his treatment. The Hospital staff are very polite and cooperative. Rooms are very neat and would like to thank ward boys in keeping rooms clean and hygienic. Would like to thank Duty doctors,Nurses, physio and Dietitians who took care of patient very well. We admitted our father in this hospital for knee replacement. Dr Natesh did the surgery and he is a wonderful doctor and a great human being. He did a great job and my father is able to walk properly in just 2 days. Special Thanks to all other duty doctors, nursing staff and other sub staff for taking care of the patient well. Dieticians took special care about patients food and the attendant also. Overall it was a nice experience and we definitely suggest this hospital for any kind of treatment.

I suffered with covid for more than 40 days even after taking Apollo online consultation, followed doctors prescription and diet. Then I approached virinchi hospitals and after12 days I got covid negative. I really thank to Dr Abu baker sir for your treatment, medication and diet advise.

Absolutely unprofessional.. first of all, informing us that dr is busy and asking us to come next day, in spite of taking prior appointment, then making patients wait for 2 hrs just for the consultation then delaying the procedures for 2 hrs without having an satisfactory explanation for the delay. There are no much patients in hospital, still not able to manage patients and procedures. It’s a failure of Entire system. I don’t think I’m coming here again.

They have very good Doctors. The administration of operations is very bad. Nursing staff can be increased and should be well trained. The worst part is, the Pharmacy. The indent from the nurse station is not responded immediately. Nursing staff has to follow up and beg them for medicines. Half of the prescribed medicines will not be available. Lazy attitude.

My mom was admitted at Virinchi on 12th Jul 22 mid night. As she was facing breathing issue. From the 1st day the worry started as she is old and her nerves are not easily traceable her hand was poked so many times that she was hurt and was not able to move her left hand freely. Then after the test the doctor found out that her lungs were infected and the next night there was an ECG done and the technician was so irresponsible that she removed sheet from her body applied the solution and didn’t bother to clean the solution nor to cover her back she started shivering and had to ask the ICU nurse to cover her. When this incident was brought to the notice of the ICU consultant Dr.Rama Krishna he simply said her skin is flappy so thats all we can do and didn’t bother to hear us, instead said its our mistake that we are allowing you people inside the ICU for more than 5 mins. I said we assume ICU means the care taken would be intensive and leave our loved ones without attender. But the regret of admitting her started from there… She suffered nephro issues but till the day she was discharged i.e 23rd July no clue of what treatment was going on. Senior doctors too couldnt tell us about her condition,no coordination within the doctors and nursing staff...the tablets, injections were not given on time we had to keep reminding and the person checking vitals filled in wrong figures, After continous complaints, customer manager Rekha and billing Mr,Malik bothered to get few things corrected...making it little better than worse. The management should be concerned and take proper action. They do have some nice doctors Dr, Ahrar, Dr. Kevin and Nutritionist Aparna. Nurse Pravalika in ICU was good. But overall experience was pethetic

Dr.Avinash Dal is an extraordinary cardiac surgeon he did CABG to my husband. We have lot of trust and confidence on him he is a God to us. He will give best treatment and will respond immediately to our messages a very good doctor

She was very clear when se said she will not be available after 2:15pm and asked me to be at hospital before 2pm. We used the hospital services for 2 weeks in the months of March and April, 2023. I didn’t know anything about the hospital until we had to use it under certain circumstances. I had heard negative reaction from almost anyone that I mentioned the hospital name to. That kind of scared me about how to manage the situation. By virtue of coming through a referral and having our own team of second opinion doctors, assembled subsequently, I felt better by closely managing, monitoring the patient care. The elevators would not work well for example. Multiple elevators on the emergency access side of building are not connected by a common switch. They operate individually. Some of the buttons don’t work properly. I have experienced long waits even for a patient on the bed, especially on ventilator support for taking from ICU floor level to operating room floor level. I overheard people commenting about the hospital functioning quality, if the elevators were in such state. The doctors are okay, as one has to expect varying levels of expertise across the panel. The lower level staff is not bad, except very few cases of overt expectation. I have to appreciate one administrative staff person, Bomrao, not sure about the name spelling, who was kind and considerate. The quality of meals is good enough and timely service of meals and tea to the rooms is just fine. Normally, I would give a better rating, but I would settle for rating three because of the poor maintenance of the premises. If I were to choose this hospital, I would think twice, unless there is a strong reason for preferring this. One thing I learnt is the inner workings of all hospital function similarly and cost pretty much same. The difference would be quality of doctor, quality of nursing care, and quality of environment.

Went to hospital with covid symptoms took sample by molecular dept...After taking sample and receiving payment ... After one day I went to collect report now they are stared saying that the report will bee come after four days ....how rresponsible with patient care ...one of the wrost hospital in Hyderabad....

We had a really good experience at Virinchi. The staff was helpful and polite. All the procedures were performed quickly and everything was explained thoroughly. The food is good and good care of patients is taken. We visited Virinchi for a left wrist fracture surgery. Dr Natesh Kolusu handled this case and made sure everything is fine until we left. The surgery was a success. The overall experience was really good.

Doctors are quite cordial & the SOP followed for Gyn.surgery of Polyp of my wife was excellent. Good communication & coordination. Dr Sudha & Team handled very well Thanks to them & to Dr Dhanalakshmi our Nephrologist whose word matters a lot. The room & services are excellent by the staff . Only thing the Hospital should not charge for a followup check up after undergoing a surgery within a week which is their duty.I felt really bad about it. Even though we asked they told after 5days it is charged. The Management should be considerate enough to keep the 1st followup checkup free. I had a little issue in the Insurance Department . They should inform us about how room rent is linked to my surgical charges & that Bajaj Insurance though it approved Rs 50k doesn't pay it.We were under the impression that 80% is paid by Bajaj.Though when final Bill of Rs 87k was sent only 29k was approved by Bajaj & we had to shell down from our Pocket the rest which came as a shocker to us in the last minute. People should check out clearly from Insurance Companies otherwise they fool the Customers about their policies which we are ignorant of during crucial emergency.

I have visited this hospital the ambience and service is good but they are costing very high fees for everything

Highly unprofessional customer care(Dinesh), confused, unqualified with lack of proper training and knowledge. They don't even know which disease which doctor to consult. Its a complete mess. Even way of speech is also very unclear. I thought to consult this hospital for my mom but after I saw that their staff has no knowledge and highly underconfident enough to suggest doctors. I dropped my idea.

Iam writing this review after consulting with Dr.Chetan b Mahajan no doubt he was best surgeon and as well as doctor with humanity who knows how to treat and take care of his patients. He treated my father liver problem and successfully removed hydated cyst. Only a few doctors available in our society with this kind of nature and experience. I strongly recommend people who are suffering with liver disease should consult this doctor. All other doctors in gastroenterology department are very good in this hospital. While coming to hospital I think this is one of the best hospital in Hyderabad in infrastructure and facilities provided to patients. Service and support of Doctors, nurses and administrative staff of emergency care and other areas is very good. hospital was hygienic and maintenance was good. You will feel comfortable while staying in hospital.

This hospital is worst because my Dad was admitted for heart attack they took 4 lakhs without any treatment then we moved to usha mallapudi hospital they took 3 lakhs for open heart surgery ....virichi doctor was saying you must keep 10 lakhs rupees ready they can ask anytime

Incompetent/unexperienced duty doctors on floor as well as in ICU. They dont know what action has to be taken unless we ask them to do Or to check with the respective doctor. Irresponsible duty doctors are holding the chairs with zero accountability. Moreover they will order the pharmacy multiple times for the same injection Or tablet which are high in price and they won't give that to patient as well. If anyone need evidence I can share the details happily with them. Also they will give the Final Bill or Break up of the bill after 3 days of payment/discharge, So that no one can raise queries on it. Hospital and doctors are good for outpatient but not for Inpatient. Think twice before getting admission into it w.r.t doctors as well as for fake billing.

Had a very bad experience when we went for X-ray . We went on Friday evening at 5, it being public holiday we were told to collect the reports later. Even after saturday and sunday, the reports are delayed till Monday after 12 PM. I understand that it is public holiday, but will patient and reports wait till 3 days to get a report??

Dialysis staff is excellent!! They take superb care !!The team of Nephrologists is excellent!! But once you get admitted the nursing staff doesn't care much & needs to be called multiple times. At Virinchi u will be charged unnecessarily if u get hospitalized and the IP services are just not up to the mark. But for dialysis & nephro issues this is the best place !!

Worst Security Staff It has friendly service staff but the security staff is the worst I have seen ever.They talk to you with such a rough attitude as if they own that place. They have puntured my two wheeler as it was parked in the wrong place,but no one told me when I was parking that the place is not for parking of a two wheeler. When I went and spoke to them the personnel at the main gate started being ABUSIVE. I would like to raise complaint against such unprofessional behaviour.

Dr. SaiRavishankar cardiologist insist to purchase medicines from hospital pharmacy at MRP when we can get at 75 to 80% of MRP in standard pharmacies outside. He said he will sign medical reimbursement form of TSTRANSCO emplyee, if medicines are purchased only at VIRINCHI. I am sorry for this.

Want to share my experience with Virinchi Hospitals. Had visited the Hospital for an appointment with Dr. Suresh Chandra, Gastro Surgeon, on 16th of Jan for a specific issue. Though I was a little apprehensive initially, he understood my issue completely and suggested few mandatory investigations before a surgical procedure. Completed some of the investigations on the same day and another on the next day and met him again with the reports. We fixed 18th of Jan as the date for surgical procedure. Got admitted in the morning and the procedure was completed in the afternoon under local anaesthesia and shifted to the room after a few hours of observation. Spent the night in the hospital and got discharged the next evening. Here, I need to mention the clean environment of the hospital, courteous nursing and paramedical staff and special thanks to Dr. Suresh Chandra for treating me like a member of his family. Food is also good and very tasty which was enjoyed by my attendees as well. All in all, a very happy experience for someone getting hospitalised for the first time in life. Thank you, Team Virinchi.
