Doctors are supposed to be kind and nice to their patients. They treat their patients very harshly. Especially Priyanka who did my cleaning filling and scaling. I told her I had sensitive teeth she was super harsh in treating me. I'm never going to this branch or maybe FMS again!

The worst service ever in this As Rao nagar branch, very neglect to customers and the way they answer to the queries is pathetic.. Opened their service after four months and we have to call them regarding the appointment which has been scheduled prior and no intimation will be given that the appointment gets postponed.. If google had negative rating I would be given that

I visited on 24th october 2020. My OP number is 1032462. These people are crooks. They charge additional 500/- for PPE kit and they say that its for the protection of doctor and concerned staff. After that they will give you few polythene bags to wear on your hands and legs. Then they will give you appointment for the next day for different reasons so that you pay again for those. good luck if you want to take appointment before visit. they dont pick the call. Please avoid visiting such hospitals who are making money illicitly in this pandemic situations. If you do visit, ask the doctor and staff members in contact to dump their kit after you go because you paid for it..!!!

My treatment of root canal has been done under Dr.Smitha Reddy. Throughout the procedure Smitha ma'am was very nimble and delicately and expertly worked through it. All the micro details were very well explained by her, i was little scared but she counselled me so well and provided the best treatment. Overall , the clinic has a very friendly and happy ambience. I went to FMS Dental hospital at AS Rao Nagar for my root canal treatment. The team of doctors consisting of Dr. Divya, Dr. Smita, Dr. Sandeep and Dr. Akhila were extremely professional as well as understanding. They explained in detail all the aspects about the treatment, the costs involved and the timeline for further follow up. Also, the staff was very courteous and professional and always made it a point to remind me about the appointment and any subsequent changes. I am very satisfied with the FMS dental hospital.

Very good service, attitude of doctors and office staff was very positive and friendly. Although I had come to FMS Hospital AS Ravnagar because I was familiar with Dr. Smita Reddy, but from the behavior of the doctors and staff during the treatment here, it felt as if all the staff of this hospital were my previous acquaintances.
