very bad response from reception

It was comfortable and worthy to have good time there.....staff was nice...room was clean and well maintained and yes for food you can order to the staff that they can get to your room from outside or either you can order by yourself online........ totally I would say that it was worthy of money...definately I recommend others and everyone to go their...!!

Stayed for 5 days. Lift was not functional. Water heater was not working which was a major problem in the cold times of mid december. Management said they were going to repair both but hasn't. Had really terrible experience.

I booked a room at this hotel for my guests today via Oyo app. However, after my guests reached there, they were denied a check-in saying that the money paid online to Oyo has nothing to do with them, and asked my guests to pay Rs 1200 to check-in. Since it's too late, they obliged and paid the amount. I asked them to take a receipt from the hotel for the Rs 1200 paid so that I could lodge a complaint against them for taking two different payments -- online on Oyo app and one directly at the hotel front office -- for one room. Don't fall prey to such dubious hotels and waste your money and time.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's amenities, including the on-site restaurant and fitness center, added convenience to my stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.

Good location, near Nagaram local Bus stand , on main road , good and clean rooms , friendly staff , clean maintenance.

Very comfortable with rooms and facilities.. But need more kitchen items inside plates or fragrance required in room.. We feel like naptaline smell

Very Worst Place. Not Recommended for family stay. Complementary RO water, laundry facilities are not available. Provided bed covers are with fully stains...

Hotel is charging more. You always get better deal in booking.com or in oyo app. Room is ok, noticed some stains on bedsheets and pillow. They didnt remove plastic cover on the bed which is not comfortable for long usage. Overall its worth for the money we pay.

Worst experience while booking room through OYO I inform the OYO representative for early arrival he assured me nothing will be charged by hotel extra I reach there 9.30am , hotel manager charge Rs1000/- for early check in .I Request Mr.Ritesh Agrawal I belong to western Odisha I choose OYO because Mr.Agrawal kindly refund my amount unduly charge by hotel and take necessary action against the person who book my room

Worst place to live. It is lodge not a hotel. They are charging too much and extra for pre check in and extended check out. They don't have SOP to serve the guest. Unprofessionaled staff.......
