I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Balaji PG, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place was a breeding ground for fraudulent activities and provided abysmal services. I felt compelled to share my dreadful encounter with the manager and the myriad issues I encountered during my stay. First and foremost, let's talk about the manager. It is evident that the manager of Balaji PG is nothing but a swindler. They have mastered the art of deception and are masters at taking advantage of unsuspecting tenants. Throughout my stay, the manager was completely unresponsive to any concerns or complaints. They simply disappeared when confronted with the problems that plagued the premises. Now, let's address the numerous issues I faced during my stay. The most glaring problem was the frequent power outages. It seemed like the electricity supply at Balaji PG was more like a sporadic flickering light than a reliable source. The entire place was engulfed in darkness for hours on end, leaving the tenants helpless and frustrated. This was not only inconvenient but also posed serious safety concerns. Furthermore, the food served at Balaji PG was nothing short of a health hazard. The so-called "meals" were not only unappetizing but also unhygienic. It was evident that the kitchen lacked basic cleanliness standards, and the food preparation left much to be desired. I would strongly advise against consuming anything from their kitchen to avoid falling ill. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of Balaji PG were deplorable. The common areas were in a constant state of disarray, with overflowing trash cans and unattended messes. The bathrooms were unclean, with broken fixtures and a persistent foul smell that permeated throughout the building. It was apparent that no effort was made to provide a comfortable and sanitary living environment. To make matters worse, the amenities promised by Balaji PG were nothing but empty promises. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and often nonexistent. The laundry facilities were either broken or never available. The advertised recreational spaces were either closed off or in such disrepair that they were unusable. It was a clear case of false advertising and blatant disregard for tenant satisfaction. In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough the magnitude of the negative experiences I had at Balaji PG. The manager's fraudulent activities, coupled with the horrendous services, frequent power outages, unhygienic food, and overall lack of maintenance, made my stay unbearable. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this establishment at all costs. There are plenty of other reliable and trustworthy accommodations available that can provide a comfortable and safe living environment.

The worst PG I ever seen in my life. The quality of food was so poor even dog will eat those food. There is pure water available for drinking. They will provide free wifi but the speed will be approx 10kbps. I stay there only for 26 days but if someone ask to refer that PG then I will suggest you may stay in cow shed rather than that PG

This is the worrest pg. And food was very bad quality and without tasty. The owner will not return security amount. If we ask then he will give abuse and miss behaviour. They are theif. It's not only happened with me, it happens with everyone. I don't recommend to any one to stay there.

This PG is literally very much closely attached to.the market and here you will find the delicious food which might you guys will not be able to find in any restaurant. Apart from the same I am challenging you that here you will find that particular quality which might you will not be able to find in 5 star restaurant. Anyways thanks to the cook Jeetu who is literally very much hardworking guy.

Never go for this PG. The worst PG ever... the pictures shown in google are fake... the person incharge of this PG is female and shameless keeping the security money of people and not returning it. The lady 'Rupali Singh' and the person named 'Virender Singh'.. Those people will show they are nice to you but are not.

Fake pictures, third class pg, no proper power backup. Worst facilities. Their caretaker ayansh flirts with female tenants and pass cheap comments. No action taken against him even after complaining. Some tenants consume drugs and alcohol within the premises at common place, no action taken against them. The manager Rupali is so rude, use cheap language for girls and always take side of boys. She consider her husband devesh as her servant and take decisions against girls. No fire extinguisher, no emergency exit . Just a suffocated building. No one listens to complaints and even their staff is frustrated over them. Partial Rupali and her chmcha Ayansh. Rupali take side of good looking boys and that chamcha give advantage in electricity bill to those girls, who let him flirt with them . Lift never works properly and multiple police cases are going on this pg for fraud and humiliation attitude towards tenants.
