This is a very old sports store. They have everything you can think of. From cricket, football, tennis, badminton to gym equipment and sports wear. All major sports accessories are available here. It's a veritable treasure trove! Staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. You can browse to your hearts content. And Ms. Sakshi is very helpful in this store.

Very bad experience even after regular customers. They say that we respect our team members but what about the respect of customers . In the conversation I just try to tell him that I am also on the post of customer relationship manager and always try to give resolution to my brand customer The manager says don't show your post to us . Wow really decathlon I love your products.but now no after this insult.

I went to the store on Saturday, 18th December w/ my son. I was attended to by Sales Exec Ms Riya Gupta, who patiently helped both my son and myself through all our needs, helped us make alternate orders online for pieces that were not available in the store, and did it always with a smile. It was a pleasure to shop at the store and Ms Gupta was always there. Even post the shopping she helped out with my queries on pieces that we wanted to buy, messaging back quickly and with the right set of information. Very impressed by the Store and the Sales Exec! This decathlon is paradigm shape, where I met with a magnetic personality Mr. Vikash shukla, what a guy he is..! He has commensurate knowledge of products, his way of talking, his way of dealing, really so impressive. While I was talking with him I didn't feel that I talked to unknown or an employees, I felt like I was talking with my close one. He guided me completely with respect to product relict to mountaineering, he has a much more experience of mountaineering field than me. And I satisfied with his advise. Thanks team decathlon especially Mr. Vikas shukla.

Very good place staffs are very trained and co operative all the equipments required for adventure trip is available here. They have great variety of all the sports accessories at a good range . Staffs are very helpful specially mr. Amit Pandey he helped me a lot in guiding and preferring me in buying good product at a good range .

Best store for sports..various variety... Reasonable price.. Staff is very good.. But there is parking issue if you are Only going for shopping and you want to spend 10 min you have to pay 70rs for parking..

Worst Experience...Visited Today for a Swimming Costume... Asked an executive for Camping Tent details, she suggested that check in Decathlon app...If I've to check details in your app then why we have to visit your stores & why you need your staffs if they don't able to assist a customer
