It's just a expensive private hospital ready to dig your pocket. The doctors here will write you unnecessary test and xrays and won't tell you the medication at once and will call you again so they can charge you more. The helping staff nurses were polite and helpful, doctor on the other hand was rude. If you have money to waste please visit.

I have been treating there for since 2009. Regular follow ups are taking place. My Doctor Ajay Dogra is very supportive but unfortunately I haven't recovered yet. I want to discuss the problems with the hospital authorities so that I will be get rid of my painful problems. Please revert or call me. I didn't get any call till date. And today I wrote a feedback mail to the hospital too. Please have a look and revert me back.

I just had to share my recent experience with this hospital. Trust me, this place is far from being recommendable. They’re just interested in counting their cash than providing proper care. The doctors hardly bothered to communicate with us; instead, they just kept thrusting bills at us, demanding upfront payments and not even telling what is wrong, what treatment they’re giving. My sister was taken in emergency because of a seizure attack & was “recommended” to be put on a ventilator. They kept her on ventilator for 4 days even when she was responding & better and were not even listening just because they can make more money if she was on it. They literally gave zero care to her health. And all this time, not once did the doctors bothered to have a proper conversation with us. Most of the staff except a few I can count on my one hand were the rudest bunch of people I've ever come across. They made an already tough situation even harder for us. It's disheartening when you're desperately seeking answers and support, and all you get is attitude. As if all of this wasn't enough, they had these fixed timings for meeting the doctor, but guess what? The doctor conveniently went missing during those hours, and later had the audacity to deny us a meeting. It felt like they were playing hide-and-seek with us, leaving us feeling helpless and frustrated. I strongly advise against choosing this hospital, even if you have a boatload of money. They flat out refused to give us the necessary medications, just because we wanted to discharge her take her home and consult a different and better doctor. Can you imagine? Throughout our entire experience with this hospital, I didn't witness a single moment when the doctor attended to my sister's needs. And mind you, they charged a hefty sum of 75,000+ rupees per day for this appalling level of care. Honestly, I wouldn't even give this hospital a single star, not even minus stars. It was a complete letdown, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone in such a difficult situation. Stay away from this hospital, everyone. Trust me, you will not get the treatment you will pay for not even 5% of it. We showed my sister to a different doctor and she’s doing much better now.

I was diagnosed with dangerous viral lung infections and respiratory failure. Went into the ICU for 11 days. I wholeheartedly thank Dr Sudhir Kumar Gupta , Dr RK Gattani sir and Dr Sanjay Mahajan. And very helpful, sweet and comforting Nurse Rekha and Nurse Pooja and the whole Staff. I'm perfectly well now all because of them and my family. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Thank you ❤

In simple words, if you can go somewhere else GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This is based on my experience of hospitalisation as well as emergency visit! Zero empathy zero knowledge! Example how to be patient with a child who is scared and hurt, how to write the name of the child correctly despite spelling out 10 times!! Disgusting team zero concern for any human!! Walk into the emergency and you will find 4/5 idiots slumped in chairs refusing to even sit up straight!! The only time I see their staff active is when it comes to money !

Treatment is excellent as the Doctors are highly professional and experienced. Staff is very polite and helpful. The Hospital has specialisations of all types. Patients feel quite comfortable and have full faith in the Doctors and other staff. Great community service being provided by the Hospital including all types of vaccinations for COVID and for children.

Patient care is not upto the mark, professionalism is missing even in doctors, nursing staff is grossly under-staffed and not properly trained, infrastructure is also not that good or hygienic. OPD services are ok but ipd is not good at all.

Hi My experience at Kailash Hospital was really horrifying, specially after the Covid fears. People here are more concerned about money making rather than dissolving the concerns of patients thereof. A very senior gynaecologist doctor told my wife that she might have to do abortion in a week as they thought the baby was small for 5 weeks creating a huge surge of anxiety, and concern amongst us and the whole family. However, after further investigations carried out by another hospital, the baby was deemed healthy enough. Just one word of caution, please beware that most of the suggestions given here are based on how much money can be sucked out from a worried patient. Really sorry to be upfront, my nephew was born in Kailash hospital, that time things were different. Now its mostly commercial accompanied by a rude staff. Please be careful while visiting this hospital especially the gynaecology department. Punit Tripathi

I don't recommend this hospital at all. It seems the entire establishment is created to take max money from patient even through wrong diagnosis and procedures. I went to the skin specialist for a small wart on my face. He recommended surgery and gave me a hefty estimate. Luckily, I took a second opinion from another specialist outside the hospital and he recommended a simple ointment which burnt the wart. It was gone in 7 days. I spent INR 250 instead of 100x this amount. Avoid.

Poor disorganised health checkup department Headed by Dr. Simmi Mehra who is always inside her room not aware of the disorganised department she is head of Only organised department was ultrasound II whose nurse took care to call people as per their turn all other departments it is one who can push yourself inside. TMT staff rude missing most of time. Appreciate Dr. Anjali Singh from the dental department, she is very patient with patients, also very hygie concious. Although the dental department lacks enough chairs, many patients need to wait. The billing staff needs training to be more courteous & efficient (less on mobile). The hospital needs better management.

Totally worst experience. I went in for dental treatment. The doctor was Mrs. Shah. Firstly she stretched a simple filling treatment for a month. Secondly she was always in a hurry. She doesn't pay attention to the patient at hand. Her focus is to get more patients but the treatment quality is sacrificed. Thirdly, while drilling the tooth she broke down the tooth. So irresponsible. Never go there.

This is worst hospital in noida.they are charging High like top hospital and they provide facility like worst government hospital. Staff behaviour is very disappoint.they never listen the voice of patients and their attendent. Please be carefull while patent is on slip nd any bottel or medicine is running on night they never check and that will very dengerous. They are just money minded and the doctor panel is very bad. Third class service and facilities. I have so many other issues but I think it's better to avoid this.

Very bad experience. They ask for Insurance company and when I came for IPD they forcibly gave the medical suggestion to hospitalize the patient and within a day , COVID test came as Postive . However , I discharged and did the COVID Test outside ,and it came as Negative. What a big fraud? This hospital is doing the business and taking money is the only aim. God Help us from this hospital

They usually looted people. I never seen such a hospital where aim is to loot people. I visited doctor yesterday ( 28th feb'2022 ), and doctor told to visit tomorrow to prescribe medicine after seeing what other department providing. But today when i reach at under ground OPD at sector 27 Kailash hospital, they want to charge again. But yesterday doctor told you will not be charged because he is still yet to prescribe medicine. It is the those bastard guys seating in billing counter where they have been advised to charge from people. Even after I said doctor told us you can visit to him, but the hospital management saying..we don't care what doctor says. It shows that they are greedy for money. I would request all people, please visit other hospital who really care or visit clinic if you need to see that doctor. Kailash hospital is Big NO..... This is genuine review.

Very good experience with a late night Emergency. They are experienced in handling such crisis situations and respond with immediate attention. ICU docs and nurses are very good and take care of all needs. Also are updated on the case file and share with the patient's family with sensitivity. The visiting docs are good in diagnosing. But very difficult to catch them if patient is in ICU. They are in a hurry, hence the go-to person is always the ICU docs for us. Megha Maam at the back office is such a pleasant and helpful person. She makes the otherwise painful paperwork / process a lot simpler and manageable. Also Deepak Rawat Sir - very helpful. I had good experience here. Only input is that the infrastructure needs an upgrade if you wish to retain patients for longer stay.

All precautionary tests were done in a timely manner. Our treating doctor Mr. Manas Chatterjee, our consulting doctor, paid sufficient attention. The discharge process was also smooth.

This is the best hospital in delhi. My father had a surgery there . And we had the best experience in every way. The cost was affordable . The doctors were wonderful and the staff was polite and helping. 🙌🏻 I would recommend everyone to visit this hospital in case of any heart issues, do consult doctor SK agarwal. He is probably the best and the humblest. If I could give it a 100 stars, I definitely would. The surgery went smooth and the food was tasty.

I got an executive heart check up done for my father at health check up department, Kailash Hospital, Sector 27. It was an amazing experience. All the tests were completed very quickly, on time and with a lot of efficiency. Personal attention was provided during the process of these tests and the doctors were really cooperative and helpful. Dr. Gagan and her team, especially Miss. Megha deserve a special mention as they made sure that all the tests were conducted smoothly and in the absence of any sort of inconvenience to me. I recommend Dr. Gagan and her team as all of them were extremely and exceedingly proactive and placed my convenience on the top of their priority list.

I go for Master Health checkup in every 2 years. This time I choose Kailash Hospital Sector -27, Noida for my health checkup. I had done my health checkup in the same hospital earlier also. However this time the services were different and improved then earlier. The credit goes to Dr. Gagan Grover and her Team. I was free in approx. 4 hrs after getting all my tests done. *It was possible as I was assigned with a personal* attendent to guide me to each sample collection point and getting all my appointments booked in each department well in advance and in a sequential manner so that I had to wait for a very minimal time for my turn to get the tests done. Overall it was a fantastic experience this time. All the staff and team members are courteous and helpful. Happy to share this feedback.

Writing my current expirence of 14 hrs of admit... 1- Pathetic management: They are inhuman and talk rudely. 2-Worst time management- We were said the day I admitted that doctor will come at 8 am then they said in morning after ultrasound doctor will come but they didn't allow us to talk with doctor and its 2 pm still doctor has not arrived. 3- Nurses consider themselves senior doctors-Nurse behaviour with patients are very rude and feel like the government hospital where no one is available to attend the patient and didn't listen problem properly.

I am a Frustated patient so will give you all true rating along with the name of staff. They do have name in this industry because they have all the facilities but they have been told to charge from patients as much as they can. My 2 month baby is diagnosed with a problem and need to do surgery ASAP and they guys are treating him in ICU with paracetamol syrup. They is how they do work. PICU staff - They all are on low payroll of industry and dnt even know how to fix injection in the body everytime they need to call doctors for help. Management - Every floor has a floor manager who mainly focus to make money. Every floor manager want to guide you for costly facilities and will force you. TPA helpdesk - The more aged person you talk with the more attitude they will show. There is a uncle in the TPA desk they will ask you to follow up with your insurance 4 times in a day. Because he dnt even get a perfect daal in his home but here je wants everything perfect like Amitabh Bachhan from Mohabbatein. Billing team - Billing team will not even assign you the room until you take permission from your insurance. He will bother you like hell. There is an incident where they charged me 2700 rs extra in bill and when I complaint for this, they only have sorry in response. Agar bill check nahi karoge to lutt lege ye log. Security staff - I really respect to every person but there security team doesn't. They will treat like he has been promoted as a constable. Pharmacy - They people are doing well because they are third party and do not have involvement with management. Doctors - I have a individual feedback for each doctor I am Intrected with I think that is not fair. Doctors are just trying to cure the patient. But want to say one thing even if you are paying too much money to them but they will not allow you to ask lots of questions. Anesthesia PAC Operation theater staff - Jo log biscuits deke nasha karke apko lut lete hai wo fir bhi badhiya hote hai but ye log to operation karne se darte hai. They are not allowing to give anesthesia because they are afraid of consequences but when I went to another hospital they did surgery within 2 hour of hospitalization. This call the power of best doctor. I am so happy with another hospital I choose after this one. Overall if I want to summarize - people wants to help required people on free of cost. Even if some of the doctors and hospitals are helping but some hospitals are making money. It is one of them. Politicians ko log elect karte hai for being helping hands but agar wahi politicians pitaji ke naam par hospitals bana ke paisa banane lag jaaye to logo ko ummid sirf bhagwaan se hi rah jayegi. I want to appreciate some staff also. Megha from billing team is doing good. She should work in government sector to clean the dust. Abhishek from TPA is best example of customer service. He will give you the work around to solve the issue. Buddho ki tarah apko pareshan nahi karega. Deepak Rawat - In bhai ko knowlege to bot hai par due to workload thode frustrated rahte hai. Deepika - She is from PICU nurse team and she will take care your child like a mother. Rakesh - He is a wardboy here and help you like anything. Appreciate him. General Manager - I forgot the name of sir because he is from South but he has ability to understand your concern and if it is genuine they he will definitely help you. Thank you hospital staff. Will not choose you again.

Have been coming to this hospital since last 28 years. This hospital is quite convenient for me (from where I live) and has competent doctors & staff (especially nursing). One thing that they probably lack today is that their rooms (for patients) are pretty outdated /old and in urgent need of renovation. I wish them all the best!

I got treated there, everything is good, we never got cheated. Although all was paid by medical insurance, the extra tests they did were not remotely related to the ailment. They did ECG and other tests for appendix for my wife, they may have their reasons but I'd say we could do without it.

A hospital that sells fear. No matter what avoid going there at every cost. They will make situation only worse and make you scared that this is up this is down etc.. to simply get money easily just simply say tata bye to them in case you are already stucked there.NO matter which doctor seems every doctor trained to loot by this trick. And in case you have to admit then please god save you because 2-3 doctor will visit 2 times a day to make their dihadi(daily wage) costing you 5000-6000 on top of room charges and other medicines making total bill of around 15000 daily even if you have fever only

I took my father to Gastro in the hospital. Was bit disappointed as doctor wrote some paitent medicines and was not listening to what he was saying. My father is 71 yrs old. Not satisfied as after paying for so much of consultation fee the doctor did not gave proper time. It took him 3 minutes.

Went to Kailash Hospital Noida located in Sector 27, Noida for pre appointment Medical assessment in Feb 2021. The hospital is located on main road and can be easily found. There is ample parking space for Two wheelers with free of cost parking facility. However, four wheeler parking can be an issue. The liasoning Officer, Mr. Phool Singh is very amicable and understands the needs of those who visit Hospital with great enthusiasm. I got to Interact with ENT specialist Ms. Isha , who was friendly , knowledgeable and willing to help people. The other doctors were nice too . The employees here treated people with utmost care and respect , not just like Customers but as if they were family members. The Hospital charges may be on higher side but is comparably affordable as compared to that of other Speciality Hospitals in Delhi NCR .

At my first there is no one to guide you ate emergency services. When i reached their they have send us to neurology when a patient came to emergency i dont know for what reason they have sent us and apart from that in emergency they told us to get A letter from ESI for treatment i mean if ESI facilities are available there then how can a patient in emergency can go for referrral first then come to emergency. No one to guide worst experience ever!!!

We visited there for a consultation from a GI Surgeon (Dr. Avinash). Right from the start our overall experience is very bad. First issue with parking, the Parking is very miss-managed and in most cases you have to park outside the hospital as hospital owned parking gets full in no time. They suggest you to park in other branch of Kailash i.e. in secotor-19 which will take 20 minutes to travel. Then due to sub-standard infra and rush, there is queue to get your billing and they charges are very high even more than some of other big private hospitals. Then our experience with doctor was also not good. First, he was late by an hour for a pre-scheduled appointment which we can understand but the overall attitude and way of talking is very inhumane and non friendly. He even didn't diagnose the problem properly and also didn't response to the answers in details. Highly disappointed.

  • 1/5 Akash K. 1 year ago on Google
Won't recommend this hospital to anyone the physicians here never attends the patients in a proper manner they only prescribes medicines by asking some symptoms and the whole diagnosis will be done within a minutes by just talking to you. no device will be used to check your problems and as a result you need to switch to some other hospitals to see the same issues because their prescription never gets you well. It's been 3 weeks already took all the medicines they prescribed but i am not well yet not even clear about what exactly i am suffering from.

Me and husband had gone for our annual routine check up to Kailash Hospital. I'm so glad that we chose to go to this hospital. The staff is so promt, though there was a good number of patients all around us. However, the staff being so promt made our experience very smooth sailing. Going to a hospital is never a very positive experience, however I'm delighted to share that being taken care of by the Kailash Hospital staff it was a very positive experience, especially when Dr. Gagan came into the picture, she's compassion personified. Her first appearance was so soothing and calming that I got very comfortable because of her positive aura. I wish more n more doctors serve the patients with a smile and so much of patience. We have been staying in Noida since past 32 years and Kailash Hospital has always been our go to place when it comes to any health related emergency. However, this time was our best experience with the staff and especially Dr. Gagan. I would like to extend my gratitude to every person who's behind this success. Best Wishes Sangeeta Dutta

I recently had to admit my elder brother in the hospital for surgery. The doctor and staff conduct is very good. But evening and night shift staffs should be more dedicated to their work. I have found miss communication between different departments of the hospital specially with the tests. If staff can improve on these things than i think this hospital can improve on its popularity on treating its customer. For now its 3 star from my side

I came to admit my Father . What’s the worst hospital. The way it’s smelling, Noida public toilets are not smelling like this. Even though I admit in room. Than that general ward are good. And don’t expect about Hygiene. If you are concern about cleanliness and hygiene. Please never got admit here

Visited the hospital recently for a relative's knee operation. The staff was helpful and assisted my older relatives with warmth and care. That moment I decided to write a review for them. Their warmth helped my relative overcome fear and anxiety before the operation. Thanks to the great doctors the operation was successful too. I hope the management and staff will keep such good behaviour always.
