Brijghat  is situated on the banks of River Ganga at 5 km from Garhmukteshwar located at the famous pilgrimage place, about 35 km from the district headquarters, Harpud, on the National Moradabad National Highway No.24, located at Brijghat. This place has emerged as a new place of pilgrimage. A huge historic fair is held on the Ganga Ghat on Kartik Purnima in Brijghat and the surrounding area. On this site, the view of the evening arti of Ganga Kshatra is very interesting. Located in the area, Vedanti Temple, Ganga Mandir, Hanuman Mandir, Gangaghat and Falahari Mataji’s Kuti are other places.

Very nice place near to Delhi NCR , visited with family, enjoyed GANGA JI after a long time. This place has been improved a lot but a lot of work is still to be done. Ghats, baricating, approach roads still needs to be maintained. Beside all , if you want to see and spend some time with Ganga , you must visit here.

Garhmukteshwar is roughly 120 kilometres from Delhi. The Ganga river banks here are ideal locations for a few moments of relaxation. 🌟 Garhmukteshwar is famous for its Ganga Fair which is held every year on Full Moon Day in the month of Kartik. 🌟One can go for boating, usually they charge Rs. 100/person for 15-20 mins boat ride. It is recommended to take the boat to the other side of ghat as it is much more clean and calm. 🌟 Take a dip in the holy water. Don't forget to carry a set of clothes with you. Changing rooms are easily available. 🌟 Avoid visiting in peak winters as the water can get very cold. 🌟 Try some hot bread pakoda/chole bhature and kulhad chai from eateries at the entrance. Add this place to your list for a long drive or a day trip from NCR.

Was clean people are good. Pandits may loot you but you need to be stubborn on how much you want to donate. Instead we choose to feed animals over there.

It's a must visit pilgrim for sanatanis. But government must take some strict actions, rules as well as make proper arrangements for the visitors to fulfill their deities. Jai Gange Maiya🙏

Brijghat is a famous Hindu religious place on the way to Hapur- Moradabad highway. It's sunset is awfully captivating. River Ganges at its best during Sunset time and Ganga Aarti adds beauty to whole.
