Worst experience ever, zero cleanliness, bathroom was pathetic, water was leaking continuously and dirty water was coming from Commode seat, and worst off all bed sheets and pillows were full of stains, chair was broken i fell down in morning while wearing shoes, no toiletries supplies i have go down and purchase from my side, I’m never going for oyo room that’s for sure and will not recommend any one , if this is being published anywhere and oyo teams is reading then i want to please survey that hotel and take strict action against them

I have stayed there, it was my worst hotel experience till now. The hotel staff are very unsportive, they have attention in only smoking hukka and gossip. Rooms as well as bathrooms are very dirty. They don't tack attention about security of your room and iteams. I have look my room in morning and go office but when I return in evening they open my room from security key of hotel. I found my room unlock that was very horrible conditions. Manager are not there only fukre londe make it aadda of fun. I attached video about that incident.

It seems to be a badly managed hotel though there is scope for improvement. Staff seem to talk friendly but their service is below par. That needs to be improved. Also the ambience doesn't look good and for families particularly it should create a better atmosphere. The reception and room services needed too much of follow-up for everything.

If you can adjust then only come to here. I did the booking from oyo site so they showed weired behavior. Very bad experience. This hotel is only for couples. And the manager and management is not good.

Room provided was really dirty. Bedsheet had hair on it. Didn't even deliver the complimentary water bottle to the room even after calling twice I had to go to the reception to get it. No room key was provided so I couldn't go anywhere without taking my luggage as hotel had security concerns. WiFi wasn't working, bucket for taking a bath wasn't provided and moreover the shower wasn't working and the plug sockets in the room were not working except for 1 which was connected to the TV. Worst experience I have ever had in any hotel room. And from the looks of it this hotel is about to close, so don't bother spending your hard earned money here. You can get much better places in Noida to stay.

Me and my father checked the restaurant. Worst experience in my life. The bed sheet was so much dirty. The receptionist was so rude that I asked him many times to change the sheet, and then after one hour, they changed, and till that time, we had no place to sit. Apart from that the wasroom flush was not working and it is so dirty. Me and my father faced a lot of issues in this restaurant. So please check every thing then stay.

Very bad 😞take more money even after having the book

I booked the hotel on OYO and it showed me Rs. 538, but he kept on asking for 1200. I have seen the rooms and the hotel. It's not a 1200 rupees hotel. Totally unprofessional staff, rude and unhygienic.

Washroom are very dirty ....tabs are not available proper ...staf said Oyo bookings are not allowed there .....poor visit experience

AC fan did not work, Hotel denies check in and asks extra money if you book from Goibibo so be careful before booking this hotel, The reason they say is it is low cost booking and ask extra money, They also do not provide GST invoice for extra money they charge extra. Hotel rooms are Ok and location is very near to metro

The most unprofessional staff... Rooms were dirty, TV was not working, washroom was not clean at all, no soap to wash handa and no towels as well... They had no key for the room... Only good thing was AC ....

Room was very dirty, washroom is very very dirty, all plumbing items leaking, even after several complains they ignore the requests made by customer. TV is also not working and it's remote is also not there and even made complains several times they don't provide the remote. Light in washroom is also fuseand they don't willing to replace the same. Hotel denied check in and demanding high prize despite advance partial payment was done. It is a very unpleasant experience in my life. It ruined all plan. Hotel showing 484 rupees at booking via app. When I reached at reception in night they demanding 1000 rupees. There is no place for customer at night who travelling from a long journey. They are crooked...very bad app.

Consider this 1 star rating as 0 star . The bedsheet of the hotel was discussed and even the bathroom was not clean. I asked for keys to lock my room so that I can go outside and they told me that they don't have any key. There was no towel, no water nothing. I was in a hurry for an interview otherwise I would have never taken this hotel. I just left the hotel as soon as my work was done. I preferred to travel outside rather than stay in this hotel. My only advice to those who are going to this hotel, check your room once before payment.

Beware of this hotel. They might charge you extra money on the grounds that Oyo's charges are lesser than their standards and hence the guest should pay the shortfall. Please look for other hotels in Noida. For those working in companies near Noida Sector 62/63, please look for other hotels. You can always book bike taxi/cab to reach your office despite being relatively away. Disclaimer: I have the right to keep my opinion. Final decision should be yours and as per your judgement. Any hotel that may not be professionally managed today, can be a good hotel later.

First , hotel accept booking from oyo and later when you go to the hotel they say we cannot accept booking from Oyo, only accept from booking. Com and charge extra money Worst service over-all.

I booked this hotel last month with my family. And it was the worst decision of booking this hotel. Nothing is good about this hotel. The staffs are ill mannered. They only need money otherwise they don't know the name room service. I had to request them to clean my room but when I return in my room the room was as usual dirty. I checkout in the morning but when I go there for collecting my luggage after sometime they were asking me one full day charge of the room.

I love this Oyo The Signature Hotel. I am impressed this hotel service.
