Disappointed! Went to consult for treatment of my father. They did UFM (Uroflowmetry) test which was totally unvalidated by Dr at Medanta hospital, Gurugram. Actually almost all data was wrongly printed in the report and format of report was also found to be wrong, seems like test was conducted by unprofessional staff member as father later told me that they found some sort of unprofessionalism while conducting test by hospital staff. Secondly , cost found to be higher as comparing to other high profile hospitals. Thirdly, post approaching the hospital with their mistake , they didn't admit their mistake and offer us to repeat the test which has no means that time. Overall , Dr and staff behaviour was good.

I think he is cashier nd look after billing... Is very very chief person... He after coming to hospital daily in the morning says to the attendent of Pacient... Itna deposit kar do.. Kal jo keya to vo bill me adjust ho jayega... When we ask rest amount will pay at the time of discharge... Nd still total billing pending... But he says.... Hamare yaha hospital measa nhi chalta... He is like hafta vasuling. . . He is spoiling the image of whole hospital and dr... Hospital plz loom in the matter seriously. Money is secondary but behaviour is first... And it's well know every on clear his dues before leaving the hospital... So why this non sence person behavi. . Over smartly..
