When I heard about this first time, I was little bit in confusion. But the coordinator is very good and helpful. She helped me to take decision and make me ready for this surgery. And the environment of pristyn care was very impressive, The Doctor is so cool and helpful. I am so happy for the treatment and all helping processes. Thank you very much Team👍

Pristyn Care is fraud... First, they asked to come for a free consultation, but no doctors were available... Secondly, they booked my (free) appointment again, and when I visited, they asked for money... I spent a total of 10 hours and 800rs on traveling, it should have been better to consult at a different location...

Very very worst company ever, they have tie up with all the such hospitals who are already in lose due to their worst services. The hospital are charging almost 10 times extra than other hospitals. And staff of hospitals too behave badly and no cooperation at all. Pristyn team also cannot help in hospital behaviours and their looting services, I will strongly recommend do not use any services from them.

Pristyn care is fraud company. His cordinator Mr Vivek talking very softly to the patients for getting patient cheat properly. I want to share my experience that on 25 Dec 23 they admitted me in Moolchand Hospital for piles surgery with empty stomach from morning 0700 hours and take pre approval sanction of my insurance for surgery. But till evening 1900 Hrs they could not arrange Doctor and start telling lies that OT is not available. Their cordinator at hospital Mr Abhishek was completely Fraud man and other patients in hospital telling me that APP IN FRAUDO KE YAHA KAHA FAS GYE. Then I cancelled my pre approval from my insurance company and and some how escape from this fraud company. I request everyone to be careful and with this PRISTYN FRAUD COMPANY because they neither have a Doctor nor have tie up with any good Hospital. Even Moolchand Hospital employees are also very very unhappy with Pristyn cordinator. While Hospital employees are humble and cooperative. In case of recommendation I will prefer to give him MINUS FIVE STAR. I recommend everyone to go with HEXA health care instead of this FRAUD COMPANY. HEXA HEALTH CARE is very competitive and helping. Very bad response, I have spend 70000 rupees for cyst removal but after 21 days , facing problem doctor not responding proper, pristncare employees not cooperating, please visit max hospital only for best treatment,

I am very satisfied with the services provided by pristyncare, from Pick up Cab to the Drop facility they provide all and they take care of everything. Mohammed Nooruddin did my surgery and my the surgery result was amazing The Care Coordinator was very helpful as he was available at every step of the surgery.
