Best hotel in Delhi. Worth every penny. Staffs are great.

I didn't like the place, the room was too small without amenities like cable tv & wifi. Unhygienic place. Room service was very poor.

Property was very well managed... Neat, tidy and hygienic. The food they served was amazing mainly mutton, paneer and dal. Arvinder Singh ji the General Manager is a go-getter person, meeting the needs of his guests well. Also, he is a very courteous person. We had a great time staying at Pals Inn and would highly recommend all.

Our touring group stayed at Pals Inn for 8 nights and were very pleased. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met - even to the point of walking with me across the street to get a Diet Coke! Very impressive and accommodating! And the breakfasts served every morning were excellent - a good variety with one special dish prepared every morning! Very pleased!

Hassle free check in/out, stay and service. I think the price could have been a little more considerate however, it was still pocket friendly comparing the market. Hence I totally recommend this place for a short trip to Delhi.

Good old hotel friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Could add little white lights. Yellow lights are a little scary and makes the place feel eerie

We booked our room after deciding the price on call and WhatsApp but they are so unprofessional that within a few minutes they changed the prices and deleted the chat. Not a reliable hotel.

Washroom of my room was not good. Given feeling of stayed in dharamshala. Otherwise room, food & service was good.

Cleam rooms but room size is too small. Washroom floor is at same level for bath area as well as toilet. So water spreads all over while taking bath
