deluxe
rooms
for
my
parents
at
Fab
hotel
cameron
in
Jasola(Delhi)
property
for
1
night
stay(including
morning
break
fast
the
next
day)
and
got
pathetic
services
in
the
name
of
hospitality..
Long
List
of
pathetic
services
received-
1.My
parents
checked
in
at
6pm
and
Hotel
could
not
provide
rooms
at
6
pm
though
checkin
time
was
12pm
in
afternoon,Even
after
giving
confirmation
of
booking
of
2
deluxe
rooms
and
taking
25%
amount
as
advance
for
booking.
2.Hotel
staff
at
reception
said
you
dont
have
booking
as
we
have
no
vacant
room
in
hotel.
3.After
lots
of
discussions
and
every
thing
they
provided
1
temporary
room.
4.Again
after
big
round
of
discussions
they
provided
2
normal
rooms
at
7pm
against
booking
of
2
deluxe
rooms.
5.Washroom
door
couldnot
be
bolted.
6.TV
was
not
working.
7.Intercoms
were
not
working.
8.No
water
in
taps.
9.Leakage
in
drainage
pipes.
10.Even
after
giving
confirmation
of
breakfast
the
next
morning,hotel
staff
said
kitchen
is
under
renovation
so
we
cannot
provide
you
breakfast.
I
wouldnot
recommend
any
one
to
do
booking
in
this
hotel.
With
all
these
pathetic
services,Hotel
charged
me
Rs.1900/-
per
room
and
provided
me
services
of
Rs.500/-
Room.
I
want
refund
of
my
amount
i
paid
for
the
services
hotel
didnt
provide..
