A Quintessential Place to Stay Over with your Friends & Family. Charges are affordable/sometimes spike if you book it via app. However, the prices may fluctuate depending on the demand of that particular property. I’d spend overall a fair & good time at this property. Staff was quick & efficient. Breakfast Quality was also decent. You need to check out by 11 AM in the morning. Maximum they could stretch for 1 hour however beyond that you would be charged accordingly. 5/5 as per my recommendation.

The place was good, i stayed here for 2 days and it was good, loved the place most importantly the behavior of the staff was the best, they immediately resolve your issue, i will recommend others to stay at this hotel. I have clicked the some pictures but as I am a guy my room wasn't tidy enough to show all the thing. Still here are some pictures.

From where do I start... from the beginning I guess... 1. The receptionist in order to turn the other guest away (he didnt want to give him a room), gave me a panic attack at 6.20 am that my booking is cancelled. And when the other guest left the hotel, he said that my booking is confirmed. 2. On entering the room, I see that though the beds are made, but the entire linen was used. 3 When I call the reception to change the sheets, a sleepy guy gets a bedsheet as if he had picked it up from the clothesline before coming to my room and it wasnt even folded (or ironed) 4. While changing the bedsheet, he kept the pillows, including the cushion on floor. While he changed the pillow covers, the cushion cover was not changed and before he could place it on the clean bed, I told him to take it away. Unsuspecting guests would have used it without knowing that what they are lovingly putting it under their head was once on floor. 5. The bathroom was dirty and had hair on the wash basin and even the toilet. The drains were clogged. 6. I asked the receptionist about the directions (right or left from the hotel) for Bikanervallah, which was some 400 meters away, he had the effrontery to tell me to check Google Maps. In all, pathetic customer service and gross and dirty linen has put me off this hotel.

People should know if you want to contact the hotel before checking about room availability or something else .. You just would not be able to , as the hotel staff has there phones switch off and then you would have to reach the hotel to get to know that its fully occupied and no scope of early check in and on top of that they will show you yes the phone is switch off , and then when you ask them is that professional then with hate in there eyes the will plug it to the charge as if they are doing a favour. Only visit if you want to have sex and leave the place in few hours and make sure to specially not visit in the morning. Your Welcome.

Everything was really good, but my bathroom was not clean and the sink was clogging. For the price they charged, I was expecting everything to be spotless. Also during breakfast buffet they took too much time in re-stocking food items. As it was weekday and I had to go to work, I couldn't wait that long. This hotel has potential but needs to concentrate more on maintainence or reduce their price.

The hotel is good but the property doesn't feel new. Rooms are quite smaller in size as compared to other townhouse properties. overall it's good especially the swimming pool which is obviously paid but inside the property, leased to third party. Charges per hour per pax. There's a snooker table on the second floor but not they don't allow guests to use. That's again a reason they lost a star *.

The locality is nice and so is the infrastructure but the rooms asre not very spacious. The service was good and the complementary breakfast was delightful. Apart from the small rooms everything was nice throughout the stay but on the checkout day they were hurrying me up to check out early than the given time

The experience this time was not so good. My first room was smelly. The second room doesn't have towels plus the switch boards are not working(sitting on the chair and charging my phome) and the receptionist told me this is the only room we have(guests expect consistency)

Rooms are good, reasonable rates, though not cleaned well. 3-star rating is a little too high for this property. Food choices are very limited, regional, expensive and not that tasty either. Outside food also not allowed. Breakfast buffet is so so, just two random dishes out of the limited food menu.

Good hotel. Clean rooms. Did not get a chance to have the breakfast. Just its located somewhere in the older parts of gurgaon so not many places nearby to hang out. But can be reached easily from huda metro station. Overall a good stay.
