from
the
beginning
I
guess...
1.
The
receptionist
in
order
to
turn
the
other
guest
away
(he
didnt
want
to
give
him
a
room),
gave
me
a
panic
attack
at
6.20
am
that
my
booking
is
cancelled.
And
when
the
other
guest
left
the
hotel,
he
said
that
my
booking
is
confirmed.
2.
On
entering
the
room,
I
see
that
though
the
beds
are
made,
but
the
entire
linen
was
used.

When
I
call
the
reception
to
change
the
sheets,
a
sleepy
guy
gets
a
bedsheet
as
if
he
had
picked
it
up
from
the
clothesline
before
coming
to
my
room
and
it
wasnt
even
folded
(or
ironed)
4.
While
changing
the
bedsheet,
he
kept
the
pillows,
including
the
cushion
on
floor.
While
he
changed
the
pillow
covers,
the
cushion
cover
was
not
changed
and
before
he
could
place
it
on
the
clean
bed,
I
told
him
to
take
it
away.
Unsuspecting
guests
would
have
used
it
without
knowing
that
what
they
are
lovingly
putting
it
under
their
head
was
once
on
floor.
5.
The
bathroom
was
dirty
and
had
hair
on
the
wash
basin
and
even
the
toilet.
The
drains
were
clogged.
6.
I
asked
the
receptionist
about
the
directions
(right
or
left
from
the
hotel)
for
Bikanervallah,
which
was
some
400
meters
away,
he
had
the
effrontery
to
tell
me
to
check
Google
Maps.
In
all,
pathetic
customer
service
and
gross
and
dirty
linen
has
put
me
off
this
hotel.
