The
experience
of
stay
at
this
OYO
property
was
really
pathetic.
I
never
expected
this
from
OYO.
The
room
booked
by
App
was
cancelled
automatically.
This
was
in
spite
of
giving
confirmation
on
your
automated
telephonic
call.
After
giving
confirmation
on
telephonic
call
I
received
call
from
your
automated
telephonic
service
several
times
which
was
quite
disturbing.
There
after
again
I
gave
telephonic
booking
and
requested
to
book
room
with
MAP
plan
(Additional
One
meal
).
Surprisingly
your
executive
booked
room
considering
lunch
and
dinner
both.
This
I
cam
to
know
at
the
time
of
arrival
at
your
property.
So
I
advised
your
executive
to
cancel
Lunch
from
the
booking
for
which
your
executive
had
reservation.
Initially
he
advised
me
that
he
will
have
to
cancel
existing
booking
and
do
new
booking.
In
the
process
instead
of
getting
rate
reduction,
he
got
new
booking
rate
very
high.
So
I
advised
him
to
check
my
call
record
and
find
out
my
booking
details.
After
lot
of
deliberation
finally
he
removed
lunch
from
the
scope
and
reduced
two
days
package
cost
marginally.
The
room
was
not
at
all
clean.
Flooring
was
with
lot
of
dust,
bath
towels
and
beds
were
extremely
dirty.
No
paper
roll
in
Toilet.
No
hot
water
in
bathroom.
Also
your
desk
person
was
not
clear
about
MAP
plan
what
food
items
to
serve.
He
gave
me
confirmation
that
I
can
order
any
item
from
Menu
and
while
checking
out
your
desk
executive
said
that
only
fixed
thali
is
given
in
MAP
plan
and
since
I
had
ordered
separate
food
items
it
will
be
charged.
He
wanted
to
charge
me
for
the
meals
I
ordered
in
the
evening
worth
RS.
700.00.
After
very
strong
argument
finally
your
person
accepted
mistake
and
withdrawn
these
extra
charges.
It
was
noticed
that
to
keep
the
food
tray
there
is
no
sufficient
space
in
the
room.
So
service
boy
kept
the
food
tray
on
the
adjoining
bed.
I
could
notice
that
due
to
such
poor
facility,
your
bed
sheets
have
got
spoiled.
The
breakfast
was
also
very
very
ordinary.
On
both
days
they
served
common
breakfast
of
poha
(which
were
not
of
good
quality),
bread
and
butter
and
sandwich
and
paratha.
I
wanted
to
take
corn-flex
in
bowl
but
the
spare
bowl
was
not
kept.
When
I
demanded
spare
bowl,
your
person
emptied
sugar
bowl
(There
was
sugar
in
power
form
kept
in
one
bowl)
and
gave
it
to
me
for
usage.
It
was
a
surprise
to
me
that
such
a
big
property
does
not
have
any
proper
crockery
with
them.
While
checking
out
I
wanted
to
get
hard
copy
of
bill.
I
paid
Rs.
6770.00
by
credit
card
as
against
that
they
were
providing
me
hard
copy
of
bill
for
Rs.
6000.00
only.
When
I
demanded
bill
for
full
amount
what
I
paid,
desk
executive
refused
to
give
and
said
that
I
will
get
the
bill
online
only.
After
vigorous
follow
up
on
your
customer
care
number
for
more
than
45
minutes,
finally
I
got
the
bill
on
email
was
surprisingly
for
Rs.
7005.00
and
figures
were
not
matching
with
what
I
paid
as
advance
by
credit
card.
The
room
booking
was
given
on
telephone
and
you
have
added
subscription
of
Oyo
Wizard
membership
by
charging
Rs.
99
for
it.
This
way
you
can
not
force
your
guests
to
be
member.
