Worse experience with motherhood. They only sell package. They didn't have any feelings about your emotions also very unhygienic hospital, doctor don't come on time of delivery, assistant doctor done delivery and also rain water leakage from the roof, fall sealing is drop down in a room due to the moisture of water. Don't give any service on time late foods, late doctor, late baby feeding, staff very unprofessional they not even listening our any queries after many complaints. everything is waste of money, very harrassing hospital and staff, Full of rain water on the floor of room and coridor. I didn't have any words about there unprofessional behaviour. I requested to everyone please don't waste your valuable money in this hospital. I think Gov hospital is much better then this hospital. Total waste of money.

The pregnancy journey of my wife and delivery experience of my firstborn with motherhood hospital has been awesome. Dr. Manisha Ranjan has guided us throughout the pregnancy of my wife and that went wonderfully. The billing process was smooth. Charu, Jyoti and the nursing staff were polite and helpful. The post delivery care period went great. Definitely recommended.

We had our baby delivered in this Hospital. And this is truly 1 of the best Hospitals available for Mother & Child Care in Noida i would say. The staff here is absolutely amazing and so cooperative. Right from House keeping to Nursing staff or be it Billing staff - they treat you so nicely that you don’t feel shy in asking for help anytime during the day or night. Jyoti Coordinated everything for us, in arranging the room or any help we needed really. She was just a phone call away, and ready to help with a sweet voice and a smile. Even the sisters on both the shifts were friendly and welcoming to every call. Appreciate all the efforts and services offered.

We were very much confused initially to choose between best Mother & Child Hospital in Noida but as soon as we entered the Motherhood hospital, we have finalized it in first place. The only challenge was the rooms as we were searching for big rooms due to twin babies but Our Guruji helped us to get the Executive room even when it was unplanned and emergency situation. We were blessed with twins without any pain or suffering just because of Dr. MANJU GUPTA supervision and support on each and every step. Staff was very supportive including catering services staff, billing desk, security staff and emergency services staff. We are also very thankful to all the doctors who visited us before and after the delivery and took almost care of my wife and children. Everyone was very cooperative and well behaved. The best part in this facility is Dr Manisha Ranjan who is the most humble doctor we have ever met. She makes the journey so smooth and easy that you feel very light all the time. The services of the nursing staffs and everyone around was also very nice and appreciable. The billing staffs made it very easy to understand the process of claim and subsequently the billing. The great gesture in the form of lunch, cake cutting, car decoration, gift hampers, etc at the time of discharge touched the heart really. Overall it was a great experience at Motherhood Hospital, Noida.

Motherhood Noida is one of the best hospitals for delivery in Noida. I am saying this from my personal experience as I was really anxious about hospital selection for the delivery of my first baby. Each and every staff of Noida motherhood is so so dedicated towards their work. My delivery was handled by Dr Manisha Ranjan. She is such a polite, genuine and phenomenal woman. She handled my complications so well and gave me confidence until the very last moment. She remembers her patient so so well and is an epitome of perfection. I highly recommend Manisha ma’am if you want a comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing pregnancy experience. Apart from the doctors, you will feel so comfortable even around duty doctors and sisters. Doctor Parul is so sweet and understands what the patient goes through. Sister Chandni patiently handles all queries. In nursing staff, Neelam ji is so friendly and helpful. Sister Nandini in NiCU… I can just keep on adding and the names will still not be enough. In fact the admission incharge Charu and Ipop Counsellor Jyoti are amazing human beings. Charu took time and addressed all our queries related to insurance and helped us with the smoothest cashless payment. Jyoti ensured I get the suite on time and just before reaching hospital, she had managed to keep everything ready before hand. I also wanted to thank Dr Sonia Verma who helped me with the latching technique and also taught me various breathing exercises that helped me during labour. She taught me a few exercises during Lamaze sessions that helped me developed my stamina even when I am asthmatic. My baby was the 200th baby in motherhood that month and the team celebrated it so nicely. They arranged complimentary lunch and cut the cake. I am forever grateful to motherhood Noida for their exceptional service and efforts. Starting from the entrance guard who helps you with the walk to billing department who ensures smooth transaction, everyone is so dedicated to ensure that every mother gets the most comfortable delivery. Very unhygienic hospital no cleanliness no clean bedsheet and blanket. Dirty washroom. We booked single room 2 months prior to delivery still they provided us twin sharing room. Will never recommend to anyone.

The hospital Counseling team untrustworthy, as they will show you something during booking and you get something else. We were shown a big single room in the executive single room package on the 2nd floor, during booking, and we were provided a small single room on 1st floor. Which is unacceptable however post surgery you have very less option to fight as the patient needs her room nd bed.Very Disappointing experience. And more over post you are admitted in the room no one from counseling will visit you. I will suggest if you opt for mother hood, during booking click pictures of room they have shown or else you may get cheated. Having said this I would like to thank you Abhishek who supported us through the whole process and was there on a single call. Much appreciated.

I Visited doctor Manju Gupta in Motherhood Hospital during my last trimester of pregnancy. She is very humble, kind, supportive and very experienced doctor who treats her patient with love & care. she always encouraged me for normal delivery. She waited for approx 12 hours and did everything possible just for normal delivery to happen.. Due to her outstanding efforts i am blessed with a baby boy via normal delivery.. Strongly recommended...

I heard about Dr. Manju Gupta and Motherhood hospital from a colleague who delivered her baby here and had a positive experience. So, during my last trimester I consulted Dr. Manju Gupta and booked Motherhood for my delivery. A day before my second consultation was due, my water broke at 35 weeks 4 days and I immediately rushed to the hospital, although I was a new case to Manju Mam, her assistant doctor visited me immediately and took care of everything before Manju Mam visited me. Manju Mam tried her best for my normal delivery and kept motivating me even times when I wasn't able to push my baby. Finally with great support of Manju Mam and her team I delivered a baby boy via. Normal delivery on 16th December 2022. Words aren't enough to express my gratitude towards her. All the nursing staff also had been very cooperative. After delivery as well, Manju Mam and her team kept visiting me for my health updates. I got PPH condition during delivery and had excess blood loss but Dr. Manju Gupta and her team took immediate actions to resolve the condition. I recommend Dr. Manju Gupta to everyone who is looking for a doctor that tries her best for normal delivery. Thank you Motherhood and Manju Mam!

The counselling was done by the counsellor “Jyoti” who is now IPOP in Motherhood hospital and the all the details were very cleared. Delivery was done by the Angel Doctor “Amita Bansal” who is very polite and caring like a family member. We are very grateful to having her and being my baby’s angel doctor aunty. Baby checkups were done by Dr. Nishant Bansal who is also very polite and experienced doctor as my first baby’s treatment was done with him and my baby was cured in first consultation Only.

This motherhood hospital was a place i never expected like it would be like that. I delivered my own wife there. I wasn't so sure at first I mean is a bit of confused but when we entered into motherhood hospital it was indeed a great one in its all over services. Thank God I am blessed with a good son baby as well. I changed my dr and hospital in last week and it was best decision I ever made. Dr. Tanveer (Motherhood Noida Sec 48) calmed me a lot and told me all available options to me. Normal delivery was possible for me, but my pain tolerance was really low. She still motivated me and agreed for C-section on my request. The operation went really smooth and my baby boy was delivered safely on 7th Nov 2022. I’m now recovering and getting all help and guidance from Dr.Tanveer. Thank you so much mam for making my pregnancy journey so beautiful and memorable.

I'm a mom now. Our journey with doctor Manisha Ranjan started on the 30th Aug'22 and I gave birth to a cute baby girl on 31st Aug'23. The big thing is, it's a normal delivery. On the D-day, I was nervous but the doctor put her hand on my head and assured me that everything will be alright. And with her by our side, our journey has been super smooth. She consistently delivered top notch doctor consultations with a warm and empathetic approach. All we had to do was to inform her about our insurance provider and she took care of the rest. On the day of Labor she provided us the best possible room and services to our comfort. Her individualised approach created a sense of comfort for us and she was our first point of contact in case we needed to know about any of the facilities that the hospital provides. I wanted to express my gratitude for the incredible experience I had during the Lamaze classes with Dr. Sonia Verma. She was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive throughout the entire course. The techniques and information provided were invaluable in preparing my partner and me for childbirth. I enrolled with her for a five session class and it really helped me during labour. She also guided me in the lactation process after the arrival of the baby. Support from other staff was tremendous as well! All the nurses specially Deepika Maam and Sindhu maam took care of us while in labour. Their positive attitude and encouragement provided invaluable support as we navigated through the pain and the challenging night.

It was a overall great experience. All the nursing staff are nice to us and I recommend motherhood to anyone who is looking for a hassle free process. The delivery and all the claim process can be exhausting but the insurance process was also handled vey well with minimal intervention. You can spend time with your new born baby. The admission process can be a bit improved.

My wife recently delivered in Motherhood Noida. Overall experience is good. Pros: Location Doctors Ambience Treatment Cons: Little pricy. Food taste and quality can be improved. Limited Cleaning staff in every floor so your request will be fulfilled sometimes very late.
