One of the best hospitals with excellent cleanliness which is the hallmark of this facility. Most of the Services are remarkably good with multi-tire checks & balances. Clientele satisfaction is excellent! Which show the attitude of the Organisation & founders ! Orthopaedics ( Dr Gaurav Rathore ) & Nephrology ( Dr Anil Bhat ) services availed & found state of art with utmost precision and professionalism.

This is most idiotic place in Noida. No dought infrastructure is nice there.you can find the clean and well organised system. But when you come to the basic I mean health concern, this not a place wher you can ease your medical problems. One i observed there, there are not experienced doctor looks like farzee kind of feeling from doctor. Tohe nahhdhdme of medical problems you have to pass with many unnecessary test which is useless and costly. I was palnning to deliver my baby there to see the cleaness of the hosptial as my experence with this hosptial i will never ever visit this place. even i drop my some pending test written by the Dr. POONAM YADV. She said i am the one of the best gyni on this universe. but she not able to understand the report. In starting i trusted as see her age but i don't know what problem with her. She refused from his own words, forget the things and put all blaim on you lastly. I thing she got too older and not fit for doing the job, and now this time for her retirment. Four times i visited this Doctor with numerous reports but till now she not come to on any stage that we can tell that this is the final result that i visited this place. this is totally waste of money. Guyes, i am a working person and never write such review. i don't have time to write it. but i am doing because i feel cheated there. There are many option in Noida near by which is best even in lower price like Felix, Krishna hosptial, Apollo is good one or best you can take any personal help from any experienced doctor at his home but don't try to visit this place. trust me this the con place.

One of Best and high class Hospital in this area Yes little bit expensive but against the facilities nothing measurable. Most of the critical treatment are there. All necessary services are available like test. OPD 9 to 5 PM Covid-19 test and we vaccination facilities are available with the well care We connected on the Noida express Highway 🛣️ behind Jaypee Township Huge space for parking 🅿️ but it's chargeable inside the place. A Big cafeteria inside the place for patients as well their families. Call before visiting will be more feasible for avoid any obstacle 👍

Easy to reach and find . Visited for regular health checkup. Long process try to reach as soon as possible or go on week days to avoid rush. The staff needs to be more polite and informative. Consultant doctor behaviour is not up to the mark. Very rude kind behaviour. Behave like IASs. Fortis health checkup is best. Jaypee needs to improve a lot.

Food court is present on the Ground floor with Costa Coffee, Vango, Food Street and Masala Twist outlets. Plenty of sitting arrangement to cater to the needs of attendants accompanying patients. A smaller green's cafe is also there on the second floor down the ICU Lounge alley. It has very limited sitting arrangement. It was unmanned when I visited it. Seems like the management keeps everyone on their toes which is a very good thing for a hospital.....I say this because at both the places when I clicked pictures I had someone come and ask me if I need something or was I looking for something.

I prefer Jaypee hospital over other for many reasons like experience doctor, hygienic place , less crowded, good staff, they also give 20% discount to people with insurance. Their canteen is good you will find Costa coffee, masala twist, Vaango and the food Street

The hospital have good infrastructure, modern equipments and qualified team of doctors and support staff. But the staff who is dealing with direct patients or their families or attendants do not have manners or they do not know soft skills. Had a wonderful experience at Jaypee Hospital's Maternity Department. We had our first child here. Service quality and staff are very good. Few issues here and there but nothing much.

Review Part 2 The management has made arrangements for the attendants in a facility that is 5 mins walk from the main hospital(if the doctor calls in case of any emergency, the attendants will have to cross the entire parking area), and the place stinks and feels like a stable. I fail to understand what is the issue if the attendants wait on their patients in the waiting area! Review Part 1 Even though the hospital has a very good reputation and no doubt are helpful, they sometimes tend to be careless with the patient, especially the night staff. Even the attendants who wish to wait in the waiting area at night are asked not to lie on the chair. The attendants had to literally beg with the concerned staff of the hospital to allow them to lay on the chairs.

Hello everyone If u love ur loved once never ever bring them to JP Hospital as they are making fool of patients and in the name of services they are just taking high end charges but giving degrade and pathetic services. If u will say something they will shout use abusive language. I have gone through same. They are cheating in bill also when I complaint they said TPA Sai to aana hai . 1 they will tell u to get admitted and if u say yes straight away in ICU they will take 2 after that when will shift in ward u make sure that u have some one to look after ur patient because they have given huge burden on their nurses n GDA staff (helpers) on 7 patients one nurse is appointed so if 2 patients are in emergency at the same time there will one who has to suffer.at night all sleep well including there guards n helping staff. 3 so after paying so much money u have to alert every time because if u will leave on them u may loose something 4 make sure that u check the bill n they return all ur medicine are deducted from bill .in my bill two days extra charge was given because of there fault n when I complain they said TPA Sai to aana hai . The medicine I returned was given to pharmacy but not deducted from my bill n when I asked it took 2 hours to discuss what to do but no solution So I n all look before u go they are big big cheaters CHEAP CHEATERS

It's gud major all precautionary actions...good parking place,well experienced doctors available and friendly staff.....but only issue is there on billing counter...less staff so it took too much time for revisit billing.and new patient enrollment... although there are display everywhere senior citizens,new patient,revisit but no body knows in which line you have to go..senior citizens also if they are coming alone are roaming here and there...ideally new patient billing should be on ground floor and one person should be available on floor for senior citizens concerns.

Good hospital. Updated review: It looks good at first, you’re felt welcomed, then you see that they have no staff to attend the patient on time. You’ve to keep following up with nurse for little things. They really need more staff as it gets tedious for attendant and they are in constant stress.

No one comes to a hospital by choice, but when they do the only expectation is prompt help, quality consultation, sense of urgency & care as well as information transparency. I must say I'm very happy with all these and more at Jaypee Hospital. Had to rush mom to the emergency 3 days ago and the staff were ready to attend her as I had called them enroute. She's much better now and we are just waiting for some reports to get her discharged. Again with confidence of how to take care of her at home. Thanks team, you're doing a fab job, thanks again. And yes - the food for the patient - A grade too :-)

Dr. Reenu Jain (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) did not let us feel that we were in a hospital. She is a very experienced and caring gynaecologist and I would surely recommend her. Once again, I want to thank Dr. Reenu and her entire team from the bottom of my heart

Great service from beginning to end! I loved my nurse!!! She was very knowledgeable and an incredible person all around. I bumped into her in the elevator and immediately started a little conversation. She even pressed the floor for me. She then turned out to be my nurse and was so nice! She asked about my wife and kids and genuinely cared! I appreciate you making my visit very comfortable and making me feel less nervous about visiting the hospital.

As an attendant, I had an unforgettable and rewarding experience. My husband regained his good health and strength. His transplant was exceptionally successful. After severals examinations with the latest technological equipement, he received the best treatment he could have. My daughter, his donor, was also prevented and spared from a future kidney problem. Jaypee Hospital saved my family and we would be pleased to be back again for their next checkup. All services, cleanliness and food are impeccable. The staff is professional, caring, helpful and sociable. We would like to express our deepest thanks and gratitude to: - the entire Nephrology team: Dr. Anil, Dr. Devra, Dr. Swapnil, Dr. Aniwar and all the dialysis staff. - the entire ICU team - the staff of the 6th floor - especially the International Marketing Department. If there is any remark to be made, it is that we had to wait much longer than expected sometimes. But I highly recommend JAYPEE Hospital.

The radiology department is very unprofessional. People must wait 6 or more hours to get their MRI done here. People coming from distances suffer a lot as they have to wait for long hours and have to also return to their home town Radiology reception has no clue how much time it will take and no idea why there is a delay The lame excuse they give is that an emergency case, so that’s why it took time I had to write a written complaint about it. Not happy at all.

This hospital has only big picture in people's mind but genuinely speaking they don't value the time of other, no update regarding query just what they do know is show off.

No planning, doctors come late. Reception giving appointment saying waiting is 2/3 post taking appointment I found my number is 8. Doctors visiting time told to us was 11:00-13:00. Doctor started visiting patients 12:10. Wasted an hours time, no one cares. No kids friendly washroom on the floor. Toilet are not cleaned as well.

The overall treatment was very good and the doctor (Dr. Shovna Vaishnavi - Highly recommend her...amazing Doc) + staff devoted themselves completely. A couple of areas of improvement are definitely there like some staff's behaviour or delay in orders but apart from that, I'm thankful to Jaypee Hospital and its staff for my recovery.

Worst in Covid vaccination drive. They booked for COVID-19 vaccination but didn’t do it on time. You have to wait till 10-15 people’s come for vaccination otherwise they will refused to do the vaccination. Please do not book for any consultation or vaccination worst hospital i have ever seen in my life.

I went to this hospital for my Covid vaccination dose. It's a huge hospital & Quite smooth process. Hospital maintained Covid guidelines Book your slot & you can go there. You can vaccination done within 30-40 minutes. Parking facility is available.

Medical care was good. Hopefully the outcome will be good as much. Talking about administration can be much better. Teams work in silos. Coordination is lacking. As next of kin had to wait 24 hours post surgery to get an update on the surgery status whether it was successful or not. Everyone is polite.

Good support. Takes care of patients & the staff is polite & helpful. The food for the patient is monitored & diet fully controlled with good quality also maintained. It takes off the worry from family of the patients.

I admitted to my father in emergency after changing 3 hospitals in one month, he was suffering from COPD. I got my mom's eye surgery done with Dr. Madhukarna and as usual She is for me the Goddess of any eye problem. I have superb experience with her prior to this also as my Father in law and Father both have undergone surgery through her. Our wholesome experience under her was wonderful!!!!

It is a big hospital in terms of area allotted by Noida Authority. Massive and imposing building. Medical facilities are OK and they have the latest equipments. Doctors are also well behaved and empathetic towards patients. Good for OPD facilities. However if you have the misfortune of admission as an indoor patient, you will regret it. The worst behaved are the security staff and they turn the hospital into a fortress where the patients and their attendants are heckled as if it is a crime to visit your relatives. The security services of the hospital needs an immediate change.

Doctors are very good and that is the USP of this hospital. They need to seriously streamline their operational/administrative processes especially discharge process. Nurse Team leader doesn't know how to place request for discharge medicine and he took more than 2 hours for this.. overall discharge process started at11 am and ended at 8 pm.. Very pathetic administrative process

Jaypee hospital is a very nice medical facility , conveniently located on the noida greater noida express way. It caters to almost all kinds of medical needs and has experienced doctors of all disciplines. The staff is also good and friendly. While it is a multi-speciality hospital….. it’s sheer size gives it a very different feel with secluded wings dedicated for each medical specialisation. Both lift and escalators are available for people to move around the facility, and it is a very well maintained clean and hygienic place. Parking is also quite huge. Overall it’s an excellent one stop spot for all your medical needs.

I had a great experience while I was delivering my first baby. Jaypee Hospital has been very caring and supportive. They always made me feel comfortable. The staff is great. And I would recommend people to look forward for any further process here in Jaypee.

The most pathetic hospital i've ever experienced or seen in my so far personal as well as professional (as a paramedic) life. Staff is so unprofessional. They don't have ethics how to handle or communicate either with patient or the attendant. 24*7 they are ready to put blames on other staff even, like - ''this is not my duty, the other staff should have told you''. To make money, they put the patient directly in ICU (which is completely illogical for a stable patient who only came to diagnose the fever root cause) after spending hours of waiting for COVID report in isolation ward, this also makes patient more venerable and anxious. Even after shifting in room, the patient's attendant or patient needs to remind them after every hour for pending tests to be done or to take scheduled Patient's vitals. Even though patient is admitted for fever, they'll only take vitals after 6-8 hours (no protocol to measure temp.). Even for IPD patients USG Deptt. opens at 09:30 am, till this time either patient stays fasting to get test done properly or they'll take the patient to get it done even when you just had the meal (so, no proper protocol for diagnosis). It's been 3rd day of admission but no HOD/ Unit Head Doctor, came to meet or see his patient. To maintain my dignity I would not defame by taking anyone's name here, but till now would like to appreciate only 1 Duty Doctor, Dr. Bilal seems to be extremely helpful, helped in counselling as well as guided what exactly is going on as line of treatment or with the diagnosis. So, in the end, I would only advice ''DO NOT MAKE YOURSELF FOOL'' just by looking at vast infrastructure. A hindi saying fits best on this hospital "Oonchi Dukaan, Feeke Pakwaan''.

Only for high class. Good and bigger in space. Some doctors don't come at time in OPD because they give their duty at multiple places like own clinic and on others. Automatic lift, elevators and stairs are available here.

My mother is a cancer patient and getting treatment from jaypee hospital since 4 months with several admissions. We have received great doctors treatment, nursing and Househelp services and are grateful for that. But highly regret to rate the dietician behaviour and food services as below average and extremely poor. The patient is already suffering so much and on top of that they provide such poor quality food inspite of repeated telling and ignoring. Nevertheless, Highly argumentative, non empathetic, irresponsible dietician Astha has compelled us to write this review. Kindly look into this matter

My experience with Jaypee hospital has been OK. Doctors are good and competent. Billing is well behaved and cooperative. The nurses and lower staff like cleaning and housekeeping are HORRIBLE. I had someone admitted twice and found the housekeeping staff fighting among themselves right in front of the patient.

I have visited this hospital multiple times,, for Internal medicine , plastic surgery ,and dental department and orthopedic department Experience was good ,only thing is bad that the outer administration and process in not balanced as they are time consuming most of the time and sometime its fast (around 20 minute) and doctors are awesome only thing bad is their time consuming waiting ... Its clean , fully air conditioned, great furniture and waiting hall, nice interior ... and doctors are helping. .... . There is also possibly every type of tests and analysis department but the xray and usg takes about 2 hour of waiting. .. I had a bad experience at emergency department when I visited there around 2 am for stomach pain,,

I went many times for the surgery estimate and the black suited administration staff kept making me move from one person to other. After many visits also they did not give me any estimate. Respected Gaur Sir must have worked so hard to establish this hospital. Such attitude of hospital administration staff is bad for the health of honourable Gaur sir's business also. Please senstise the staff to not reject business like this. Every customer is important.

All the doctors, laboratory staff, technical and supporting staff sitting on the counters, etc are very respectful and talk nicely. They all are well mannered. Yours hospital is a very very spacious and big hospital and exceptionally neat and clean. Such excellent seating arrangement I have never ever seen in any other hopitals, not even in Apollo Hospital. Your hospital is the best hospital in all respect, Jaypee hospital is an excellent one.

I’m very much satisfied with the treatment of eye cataract done by Dr Madhukaran. She’s an expert and a humble doctor who understand the patient problem and give best solution. I feel her hands are god gifted to treat these kind of issues. I recommend her for eye related issues.
