    Bad experience. They don’t even allow to check in early if you pay online directly to oyo. Check ins are complementary before 12 PM but they don’t even entertain if you paid online. Worst experience. Rooms were not at all good.

    Oyo is really gonna bad, hotel is located in lonely area no street light on roads it's look like a pg, no car parking inside I reached 10pm they gave me 3rd floor room with no attached washroom , no cooler and they setup kitchen in hall outside the room and food item lying here and there, when I asked to change the room hotel guy denied and on contacting oyo they also denied for refund and alternative arrangement even though I paid full in advanced they behave like I am staying for free I left in middle of road though i have done advance booking and the way hotelier behave there is no courtesy niether from oyo nor from hotelier. OYO is just a cheater it's better u can go to local guest house they have much better facilities and courtesy, they don't have brand image just making fool there real face come when u r in trouble and instead of resolving issue at 11pm in night they are asking me to sale another hotel for thrice the price. Don't believe OYO rooms.

    The staff is was not well behaving, the rooms were not good enough to even sleep in, the ac was from 18th century now as soon as I booked the room from oyo these guys cancelled it so that they can get the whole amount of the stay without giving money to Oyo the payment was in cash and no bill was given even when demanded for , so that they can save it from the tax! Also they said the room was booked for 1 person and they didn't tell us this while checking in! Hilarious thing is they are fighting at the time of checkout for a booking that was cancelled so that they can have an extra 200 bucks for an extra person. I'd like to tell Oyo and this property manger that please have a decent atmosphere and keep a good staff!! I belong from the same field of hospitality and there is no place for such nuisance in it! Oyo should discontinue the partnership with you guys because anyhow they are not even getting their share! Thanks to the property manager who said " JO UKHADNA HAI UKHAD LIYE, TEEN HOTEL HAI HUMARE AGAR TERA RESORT HAI TO" when i siad I'll write a review about you guys! I would request all the fellow Oyo users to never visit this place full of hooligans who can create a mishappening with their misguided agendas just to fill their pockets!

    Booked with oyo. The hotel address was incorrect. Photos of the room were incorrect. The staff was very rude. I booked with breakfast they denied that as well. Also the customer service from OYO is really poor. I was on hold for 2-3 hours. No proper response. Really hated the experience.

    1. No board was there stating that it was an oyo property. 2. No attached washrooms. The one which was attached was undergoing some major reconstruction activity. 3. Hotel did not allow to enter the premises since I reached there around 12.30 stating that it's an hindrance to their sleep. 4. Compelled to buy food from a designated place and did not allow zomato and Swiggy to enter for food delivery. 5. No geyser or hot water facility in the hotel for customers. 6. While checking out they will take your cell phone asking for putting some booking id in there register and will end up rating themselves on your behalf. 7. There are lot of mosquitoes in the room. 8. No covid measures were followed. 9. No blanket and pillows were provided.

    Never go their its very unsatisfied place ac are not working some working but room full with ac water and place is very dirty here.

    Room is very bad.. they are not changing bedsheets even on asking toilet is like public toilet and overall worst place to reside at in noida

    No Breakfast provided as it was mentioned as complimentary during booking. AC switch not in room- Multiple times MCB trip from outside during repeated power cuts. Lot of mosquitoes in washroom Dirty washbasin

    Room was good...Bt AC does not work ...Washroom is not clean ...They don't give u complementy breakfast offer by Oyo...So called.. ..Staff memeber was nice...Nd good services
